Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of self-talk to anxiety MTQ participants. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach to design experiments with form Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects were participants MTQ with a total of 12 participants. 6 as an experimental group and 6 participants as the control group. Selection of subjects using quota sampling technique and purposive sampling. Measuring instrument used to measure anxiety is anxiety scale participants adopted from Smith, Smoll, and Schutz (1990). Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon signed rank test by SPSS Statistics ver 2.0. the results showed that the “Self-Talk influence MTQ example where anxiety participant” as seen from the Wilcoxon test in pretest and posttest results of the experimental group showed Asymp value. Abstract

Bullying is a behavior that does not please those who feel it and makes people tend to be someone who has a closed nature or is more aloof from the crowd. In recent years there have been many cases of bullying that have occurred and this has experienced an increase in its spread to the extent that it has a negative impact on the sufferer, namely a sense of trauma that arises until it is sustainable and for quite a long time. Trauma is a nature in which the victim will feel a sense of anxiety, anxiety, emotions and behavior that lose control and fear appears instantly. As for problems like this, they must be addressed as soon as possible because they are afraid that they will get worse and the methods of alleviation will also vary and allow problems to arise in daily life. The strategy used is existential counseling in which there are several concepts, namely trauma, bullying, some signs of bullying, the impact of bullying, the existential counseling process, the goals of existential counseling, the function and role of the counselor, the role of the client in counseling, how the client's relationship with the counselor in counseling activities, and how to overcome trauma in existential counseling.

Abstract

The series of conflicts that we see happening in Indonesia is inseparable from ethnic religion and culture, although there are factors such as structural inequality and system injustice. This factual reality might bring potential conflict, meaning that the latent danger of these factors can turn into a sensitive attitude. Some social analyzes assume that the potential for conflict becomes latent because the education system is unable to touch the psychological aspects of individual counseling and mental management in interacting with the community and its social environment. This study was categorized as literature research and field. describing or describing the social prejudices and ethnic stereotypes of religion that we see in Indonesia and based on the results of research journals/books that explain the stereotypes of ethnic religion. This paper will explain how to manage social prejudice and religious ethnic stereotypes through psychological and global education in the context of religious and cultural pluralism

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya mendapatkan kebahagiaan dalam lingkup kehidupan serta pencapaian kesuksesan dan keberhasilan manusia yang lebih baik. Pendidikan menyumbang kontribusi besar terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa serta sarana untuk membangun generasi yang berperadaban. Melalui bimbingan dan arahan dari pendidik melahirkan manusia yang cerdas, berilmu dan berakhlak. Bukan hanya kecerdasan intelektual yang harus diperhatikan oleh pendidik, tetapi juga kecerdasan emosional, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan gambaran tentang penerapan layanan informasi serta kaitannya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor sekolah dalam hal ini guru bimbingan dan konseling dan siswa SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan kelas IX. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang berupaya mendeskripsikan serta menguraikan hasil temuan sesuai fakta-fakta di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan bahwa implementasi layanan informasi dilaksanakan secara terjadwal dan terstruktur, seperti pertemuan klasikal, pertemuan umum, pertemuan kelompok hingga melalui bantuan media papan informasi sebagai tindakan preventif agar siswa tidak melakukan perbuatan yang tidak berkecerdasan emosional yang bisa merugikan dirinya sendiri dan mengganggu orang lain. Layanan informasi ini sangat membantu siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan hubungan emosional baik dengan dirinya maupun dengan orang lain, siswa menunjukkan sikap yang baik, berusaha untuk saling membantu sesama teman dalam pergaulan dan saling menghargai, tidak saling membenci yang menimbulkan kegaduhan, serta berusaha untuk tidak melawan guru sehingga mendukung keberhasilan siswa.Kata Kunci: Layanan Informasi, Kecerdasan EmosionalAbstractEducation has a strategic role in efforts to get happiness in the sphere of life and the achievement of better human success and success. Education contributes greatly to the progress of a nation as well as a means to build a civilized generation. Through the guidance and direction of educators, human beings are born who are intelligent, knowledgeable and have character. It is not only intellectual intelligence that must be considered by educators, but also emotional intelligence, so this study aims to produce an overview of the application of information services and its relation to the emotional intelligence of class IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan. The informants in this study were school counselors in this case guidance and counseling teachers and students of SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan class IX. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that seeks to describe and describe the findings according to the facts in the field. The results of this study can be stated that the implementation of information services is carried out in a scheduled and structured manner, such as classical meetings, general meetings, group meetings to through the help of information board media as a preventive measure so that students do not commit acts that are not emotionally intelligent which can harm themselves and disturb others. other. This information service is very helpful for class IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan in improving the ability of emotional relationships both with themselves and with others, students show a good attitude, try to help each other in relationships and respect each other, do not hate each other which causes noise, and trying not to fight the teacher so as to support student success.

Abstract

Learn from home has various impacts on early childhood development. Significant changes to daily habits have led to many reports of a decline in children's development, especially in the enthusiasm for learning and the social and emotional development of early childhood. The purpose of this study is an attempt to describe an alternative model of early childhood counseling counseling service at Al Fatih Kindergarten, Pagarantonga Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data through the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data management is carried out using Milles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. To obtain accurate data, researchers used triangulation techniques as a test of data validity. The results of the study found that the guidance of a client-centered counseling model by providing information services, individual counseling, communication, and attention is a solution elaboration of the practitioner counselor or mentor to take preventive and curative steps to overcome problems that can hinder children's development while learning from home.Keywords: Counseling Guidance Model, Early Childhood, Pandemic Covid-19AbstrakLearn from home membawa dampak yang beragam terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini. Perubahan yang signifikan terhadap habitual keseharian menghadirkan banyak laporan atas penurunan perkembangan anak terutama pada semangat belajar, dan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk mendeskripsikan alternatif model layanan bimbigan konseling anak usia dini di TK Al Fatih Desa Pagarantonga pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan  kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui tahap observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Milles dan Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan verivication. Untuk memperoleh data yang akurat, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sebagai uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa bimbingan model konseling client-centered dengan melakukan layanan informasi, konseling individu, komunikasi, dan perhatian merupakan sebuah elaborasi yang solutif dari praktisi konselor atau pembimbing untuk mengambil langkah yang preventif dan kuratif mengatasi masalah yang dapat menghambat perkembangan anak selama pembelajaran learn from home.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan spiritual terhadap peran perempuan (korban KDRT) dalam memperjuangkan pendidikan anak. Pemahaman tentang arti dan tujuan pekerjaan harus dipahami oleh karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Bekerja tidak hanya sebatas mendapatkan uang atau hemat. Namun didalamnya banyak hal yang membuat seseorang mampu bertahan dan terus menjalankan tugasnya sebagai karyawan dimana tanggung jawab utamanya adalah memperjuangkan pendidikan anak melalui kepemimpinan. Artinya ada nilai dan spiritual yang berlaku yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal seseorang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peran perempuan (korban KDRT) dalam memperjuangkan pendidikan anak. Metodenya adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan fenomena yang muncul di lapangan. Dengan berbagai cara yang harus ditempuh penulis seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan akurat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran perempuan (korban KDRT) melalui kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Spiritualitas dapat menjadikan karyawan lebih aktif dan efektif dalam bekerja, karena dipandang pekerjaannya sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan spiritualitas sehingga upaya memperjuangkan pendidikan anak-anak yang mereka tunjukkan lebih besar dari pada karyawan yang hanya melihat pekerjaannya sebagai sarana untuk memperoleh kesenangan. Meski sibuk bekerja di luar rumah, namun informan tetap memberikan atau memperjuangkan pendidikan bagi anak.Kata Kunci: Gender, Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, Nilai dan Kepemimpinan SpritualAbstractThis study aims to look at the effect of values-based and spiritual leadership in the role of women (victims of domestic violence) in fighting for children's education. An understanding of the meaning and purpose of work must be understood by employees in carrying out their duties. Work is not just limited to getting money or economical. But in it there are many things that make a person able to survive and continue to carry out their duties as an employee where the main responsibility is to fight for children's education through leadership. This means that there is a value and spiritual that is applicable which is influenced by internal and external factors of a person. The problem in this research is the role of women (victims of domestic violence) in fighting for children's education. The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods that describe the phenomena that appear in the field. With various ways that must be taken by the author such as observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The results of this study indicate that the role of women (victims of domestic violence) through value-based and spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance improvement. Spirituality can make employees more active and effective at work, because they see their work as a tool to improve spirituality so that efforts to fight for the education of the children they show are greater than employees who only see their work as a means of gaining pleasure. Even though they are busy working outside the home, the informant continues to provide or fight for education for children.Key Words : Gender, Domestic Violence, Value and Spritual Leadership

Abstract

Every individual has experienced fear and anxiety in life. This is usually caused by excessive emotions, fear of the future, inner contradictions, or something that happens unexpectedly. Islamic counseling is considered to be able to overcome the spiritual emptiness that is often the cause of mental disorientation of modern humans. One method that can be implemented in the context of counseling therapy is murattal (chanting) the Qur’an. With descriptive and analytical approaches, namely narrating the characteristics of an object holistically and systematically, this article explains the steps of counseling therapy through Islamic art, which in this case is the murattal art of the Qur’an. This paper concludes that murattal of the Qur’an can be an alternative approach in the practice of Islamic counseling.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, dinamisasi zaman melahirkan banyak cobaan bagi kaum akademisi, terkhusus pada mahasiswa yang berada di program studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam UIN  Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary  Padangsidimpuan. Proses siklus pengetahuan seakan menjadi terhambat karena beberapa alasan, diantaranya teknologi, lingkungan, teman sepergaulan, dan lain-lain. Hambatan-hambatan tersebut melahirkan sikap skeptis/ragu-ragu, tidak yakin pada potensi dan kualitas diri sendiri sehingga motivasi belajar semakin menurun.          Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah: Pertama tahap orientasi, penulis mengumpulkan data secara umum baik itu aktivitas perkuliahan Kedua tahap eksplorasi, penulis mengeksplor motivasi belajar mahasiswa, Ketiga studi terfokus, penulis melakukan pelacakan secara mendalam yang terfokus dengan tujuan belajar dan efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar.          Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa arah tujuan  belajar mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Islam UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary  Padangsidimpuan lebih kepada orientasi tujuan kinerja tidak pada orientasi tujuan penguasaan, dimana menurut observasi penulis bahwa mahasiswa BKI memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mendapatkan nilai tinggi tanpa memperdulikan penguasaan materi kuliah. Adapun peran bimbingan konseling dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar yaitu dari sumber utama efikasi diri seperti Mastery Experiences, Vicarious Experiences/Modelling, Persuasi Sosial, Fisiologis dan Emosional. Berdasarkan data penulis disebutkan bahwa arti pentingnya konseling belajar akan menjadi modal awal untuk menyelesaikan problem solving dari setiap klien/konseli.Kata Kunci: Tujuan Belajar, Efikasi Diri, Motivasi/Hasil Belajar
