Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya mendapatkan kebahagiaan dalam lingkup kehidupan serta pencapaian kesuksesan dan keberhasilan manusia yang lebih baik. Pendidikan menyumbang kontribusi besar terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa serta sarana untuk membangun generasi yang berperadaban. Melalui bimbingan dan arahan dari pendidik melahirkan manusia yang cerdas, berilmu dan berakhlak. Bukan hanya kecerdasan intelektual yang harus diperhatikan oleh pendidik, tetapi juga kecerdasan emosional, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan gambaran tentang penerapan layanan informasi serta kaitannya dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor sekolah dalam hal ini guru bimbingan dan konseling dan siswa SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan kelas IX. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang berupaya mendeskripsikan serta menguraikan hasil temuan sesuai fakta-fakta di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan bahwa implementasi layanan informasi dilaksanakan secara terjadwal dan terstruktur, seperti pertemuan klasikal, pertemuan umum, pertemuan kelompok hingga melalui bantuan media papan informasi sebagai tindakan preventif agar siswa tidak melakukan perbuatan yang tidak berkecerdasan emosional yang bisa merugikan dirinya sendiri dan mengganggu orang lain. Layanan informasi ini sangat membantu siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan hubungan emosional baik dengan dirinya maupun dengan orang lain, siswa menunjukkan sikap yang baik, berusaha untuk saling membantu sesama teman dalam pergaulan dan saling menghargai, tidak saling membenci yang menimbulkan kegaduhan, serta berusaha untuk tidak melawan guru sehingga mendukung keberhasilan siswa.Kata Kunci: Layanan Informasi, Kecerdasan EmosionalAbstractEducation has a strategic role in efforts to get happiness in the sphere of life and the achievement of better human success and success. Education contributes greatly to the progress of a nation as well as a means to build a civilized generation. Through the guidance and direction of educators, human beings are born who are intelligent, knowledgeable and have character. It is not only intellectual intelligence that must be considered by educators, but also emotional intelligence, so this study aims to produce an overview of the application of information services and its relation to the emotional intelligence of class IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan. The informants in this study were school counselors in this case guidance and counseling teachers and students of SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan class IX. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that seeks to describe and describe the findings according to the facts in the field. The results of this study can be stated that the implementation of information services is carried out in a scheduled and structured manner, such as classical meetings, general meetings, group meetings to through the help of information board media as a preventive measure so that students do not commit acts that are not emotionally intelligent which can harm themselves and disturb others. other. This information service is very helpful for class IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan in improving the ability of emotional relationships both with themselves and with others, students show a good attitude, try to help each other in relationships and respect each other, do not hate each other which causes noise, and trying not to fight the teacher so as to support student success.

Abstract

Facing the challenge of globalization today, employees as human resources who have the ability, attitudes, values, needs, and characteristics must get great attention in an organization or company. Through guidance in the form of education and training can be viewed as one invesment, so that any organization or company that wants to grow and develop requires guidance for employees. This study aims to determine the implementation of career guidance in achieving employee performance in restaurants Lombok Idjo Yogyakarta. Understanding of career becomes important for employees in achieving targets and goals set by the company. By running the duties and responsibilities as employees will result in employee performance. Work is not just about getting money or economical course. But many things that make employees able to survive and continue to perform their duties as workers. Career concept and understanding is given by the management in the form of guidance in the form of individual and group. This research method uses qualitative research that describes the phenomenon that appears in the field. The data collection conducted by researchers are : observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of career guidance on employee performance is given by the management. Achievement of position and promotion of office due to the achievement shown by employees through the attitude and good skills and duties and responsibilities carried out by employees during work in Lombok Idjo Yogyakarta.Keywords : career guidance, employee performance

Abstract

Ibnu Khaldun adalah seorang filsuf abad 14 yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia Islam dan Barat. Ia sangat concern membahas masyarakat dan Negara, sosial-politik hingga soal Tuhan dan agama. Kitab Mukaddimah merupakan karya monumental Ibnu Khaldun yang menjadi rujukan utama dalam penelitian ini. Tulisan ini mengangkat tokoh penting abad 14 karena the history of scientific development tak lepas dari sejarah dan tradisi intelektual Islam yang selalu memperkaya ruang kajian multidisipliner khususnya Islamic studies. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan historis, sosio-cultural-religius dan bersifat kritis-analisis, dalam artian sang tokoh tidak dilepaskan dari konteks sosio-cultural dan agamanya yang dianalisis secara kritis. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa pokok pikiran utama yang terkandung dalam kitab Mukaddimah. Dalam hal ini penulis memetakan pokok pikiran itu pada empat kategori, pertama tentang Tuhan dan agama, kedua tentang manusia dan akal, ketiga tentang masyarakat dan Negara, keempat tentang sosial dan politik. Kempat poin ini memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan yang lainnya terutama dalam pembentukan serta pertahanan sebuah Negara. Teorinya yang populer ashabiyah tak lepas dari peran antara agama, manusia dan akal, masyarakat dan politik yang memiliki hubungan satu sama lain.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of self-discovery, when faced with contradictory and unstable environmental conditions. So this will make teenagers trapped in uncertainty, so they do not realize that the actions they take are contrary to the rules of values ​​and norms in people's lives. This if left unchecked will interfere with many things including his own development. This study aims to determine how the emotional rational counseling model in tackling juvenile delinquency. This effort is considered capable of making teenagers to think rationally and think healthy. This study uses a literature review research method with data sources from previous books and articles. Based on the results of this study indicate that the rational emotive counseling model in overcoming juvenile delinquency is one of the guidance and counseling service strategies to reduce juvenile delinquency. Rational counseling is more focused on educative efforts, counselors must actively teach clients (problem teenagers) to change their irrational ideas, attitudes and behavior to rational, positive and realistic situations, and be carried out comprehensively by changing cognitive, emotive aspects. and behavioristic.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) with its increasingly complex development currently seems to increase complications, especially when it comes to violations of the law, especially regarding copyright of works created by AI systems or. So that the clarity of the legal responsibility for problems or conflicts that then arise needs to be clarified in the eyes of the law. This study is a qualitative study with a normative legal approach, and the data analysis method used is qualitative juridical. The results of the study show that based on the laws and regulations in Indonesia, namely Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and Law No. 12 of 2016 concerning Patents, it states that creators and copyright holders as well as inventors and patent holders are one or several people, meaning that those who have the right to hold copyright and patent rights are humans as legal subjects (persons or legal entities). Then because AI is a system, AI is not included in the legal subject but AI is a human-made product and functions as a tool to create a work. However, formulating clear and fair policies and regulations regarding civil rights and legal responsibility for the results of AI creations needs to be done by the government. Legal certainty in this case will encourage the development of responsible AI technology and provide adequate protection for all parties involved. Then AI is known as an electronic system and electronic agent that operates based on human commands. Therefore, if an unlawful act or action occurs, then the legal responsibility is borne by the creator and user of AI who gives the commands and parameters.

Abstract

Flood disasters that occurred in Hutabargot District, Mandailing Natal Regency, caused not only physical damage but also significant psychological impacts on elementary school students. Children, as a vulnerable group, experienced difficulties in psychological adjustment (al-takayyuf al-nafsī), excessive fear (al-khawf al-mufriṭ), decreased concentration, and declining learning motivation in the post-disaster period. This article aims to examine and describe the implementation of traumatic counseling (al-irsyād al-nafsī al-‘ilājī ba‘da al-ṣadmah) at SD Negeri 124 Binanga as an effort to support students’ psychosocial recovery after the flood. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were students affected by psychological trauma, while supporting informants included classroom teachers, psychosocial counseling teachers, the school principal, and parents. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that traumatic counseling implemented through individual and group counseling, play therapy (al-‘ilāj bi al-la‘ib), expressive activities, and the integration of religious values such as patience (al-ṣabr) and trust in God (al-tawakkul) had a positive impact on students’ psychological recovery. Students showed reduced anxiety, improved social interaction, and increased concentration and learning motivation. Therefore, traumatic counseling in the school setting plays an effective curative and preventive role in strengthening children’s psychological resilience (al-munā‘ah al-nafsiyyah) following natural disasters.
