Abstract

From the results of the analysis of this study it was found that the Hajj funds managed by the Ministry of Finance were combined with funds from debt financing sources which then entered into the state treasury which was allocated to debt financing in the budget financing section which functioned to cover short-term cash shortages where cash differences appeared when the available state treasury is unable to suffice for expenditures that cannot be postponed. The effectiveness of the management of the Hajj funds can be seen from the improvement in the quality of organizing the Hajj (lodging, catering and transportation) and the Cost of Organizing the Hajj (BPIH). With BPIH in 2018 of Rp. 31 million pilgrims have received the best facilities with 3 star accommodation, safe and secure transportation and timely catering, clean and healthy food is also delivered according to time and portion. This is proof that the management of haj funds at SDHI is effective because the results of these yields can cover half of the service needs and costs of Indonesian haj.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the perception of usefulness, ease of use and risk on interest in using qris services with attitude toward using as an intervening variable. This study is quantitative research using the SPSS Statistics program with a sample of 98 respondents using QRIS services. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. By using probability sampling techniques. The results of this study show that the perception of usefulness has an effect on interest in using QRIS services, the perception of ease of use has a positive and significant effect, while the perception of risk does not have a significant effect on interest in using QRIS services. The perception of usefulness does not have a significant effect on attitude toward using, the perception of ease of use has a negative effect, the perception of risk has a negative effect while interest in using QRIS services has a positive effect on attitude toward using. Based on the path analysis, the attitude toward using variable cannot be used as an intervening variable between the perception of the usefulness of ease of use and the risk to interest in using QRIS services and attitude toward using can be used as an intervening variable for the variable interest in using QRIS services. Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with a causal associative relationship to analyze the influence of financial awareness and the role of AI on the structure of financial decision-making among UINSU students. Primary data collection comes from a 5-level Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 students. To ensure the accuracy of the multiple linear regression output, SPSS software is used to execute the analysis stages including: instrument reliability and validity testing, fulfillment of classical assumptions (consisting of normality, freedom from heteroscedasticity, and absence of multicollinearity), and significance evaluation (t-test, F-test, plus the achievement of the coefficient of determination). The output of this research shows a tendency for a positive and significant relationship between variables. Independently, the growth of financial awareness and the appropriate application of AI can stimulate students' financial decisions to become more mature. This conclusion is strengthened by simultaneous testing which shows that the combination of these two factors plays an essential role in influencing the financial behavior of students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the main priority strategies for oil palm farmers in increasing income in terms of post-transformation sharia maqashid in Labuhanbatu district, North Sumatra province by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far which have been discussed with relevant experts. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis and the QSPM method. This research used questionnaires and interviews with 10 respondents divided into 5 SWOT respondents and 5 QSPM respondents. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be ascertained that the strategy obtained after processing it in the IFAS and EFAS matrices is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that you can maximize your strengths and take advantage of opportunities. Furthermore, the QSPM analysis showed that the main priority strategy that must be implemented is strategy number 2 with a TAS value of 5.565, namely the role of agricultural instructors is maximized so that farmers' knowledge and abilities increase and they can work well.
