Abstract

Universitas Sangga Buana telah memberlakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan membagikan kertas kuesioner yang disebar dan diisi oleh atasan langsung, atasan khusus dan rekan sejawat. Pada prosesnya, kegiatan penyebaran kuesioner banyak menggunakan kertas serta memungkinkan akan terjadinya human error, pada pengumpulan lembar kuesioner yang telah diisi, terkadang tercecer atau hilang dan tidak terarsipkan dengan baik oleh petugas. Selanjutnya tahap penghitungan kueioner juga sangat memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan input data dan perhitungan. Kesalahan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi penilaian karyawan, sehingga diperlukan sebuah model penilaian karyawan berupa sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Model Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Berbasis Daily Activities Report Sebagai Implementasi Self assesment pada Karyawan Universitas Sangga Buana YPKP Bandung dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasilnya adalah model Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Berbasis Daily Activities Report Sebagai Implementasi Self assesment pada Karyawan Universitas Sangga Buana YPKP Bandung bisa digunakan dan diimplementasikan sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dari beberapa informan dan hasil pengujian sistem dengan tim IT. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Kinerja, Self assesment, Daily Activity Report.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan model Daily Activities Report (DAR) yang dapat digunakan oleh instansi untuk melakukan evaluasi pada penilaian kinerja karyawan dan sebagai masukan kepada para pengambil keputusan untuk penentuan prestasi dan sanksi terhadap karyawan, memimalisir terjadinya penilaian yang bersifat subjektif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari sumber primer (informan penelitian) dengan teknik wawancara, melakukan expert judgment pada para ahli baik praktisi maupun akademisi. Penentuan key informan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria memiliki pengetahuan mengenai kinerja karyawan, memililiki kompeten dalam hal SDM atau IT. Data terkumpul divalidasi dengan triangulasi. Hasi dari penelitian berupa model penialain kinerja dengan menggunakan model Daily Activities Report (DAR) dapat diterima dan dipergunakan. Kata kunci: Model, Penilaian Kinerja, Karyawan, DAR

Abstract

The Green Economy Implementation Program in the Environmentally Friendly Young Entrepreneurs Program at MAN 2 Pangandaran is a community service program (PKM) through empowerment for students that aims to develop an entrepreneurial spirit for groups of students through environmentally friendly products. Environmental issues to date have become an important concern for the whole world along with the many problems that threaten the human environment such as global warming, depletion of the ozone layer, air, water and soil pollution. The importance of implementing the green economy as a form of awareness for students at MAN 2 Pangandaran is increasingly being carried out as a long-term program. Schools can be a comfortable and dynamic vehicle and system for students to develop good knowing, good filling, and good acting about environmentally friendly programs. This PKM program is carried out on MAN 2 Pangandaran students who have good potential and skills. The implementation method developed in this program is an extension and training method including technical training and non-technical training (knowledge transfer, skills transfer and technology transfer). The results of environmentally friendly products produced by students are flower pots made of towels, plates made of wood/rattan (hoe), photo figures and pencil cases. Keyword: Green Economy, Entrepreneurship, Environmentally Friendly Program

Abstract

The effective communication training at Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Sumenep aims to develop communication skills essential for the children of the orphanage as preparation to become future leaders. In the context of leadership development, communication is a key element in building healthy relationships, enhancing self-confidence, and preparing them to face social challenges. The objective of this activity is to train participants in verbal and nonverbal communication skills, as well as improve public speaking and active listening abilities. The method used in this training incorporates communication theory, complemented by group simulations, role-playing, and skill evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the training show a significant improvement in participants' communication abilities, with notable improvements in self-confidence and public speaking skills. The conclusion of this activity is that effective communication training can be an effective tool for developing communication-based leadership, which can help orphanage children lead themselves and others more effectively. This training also provides a strong foundation for future follow-up training programs.ABSTRAKPelatihan komunikasi efektif di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Sumenep bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi yang diperlukan bagi anak-anak panti sebagai bekal untuk menjadi pemimpin masa depan. Dalam konteks pengembangan kepemimpinan, komunikasi menjadi kunci utama dalam membangun hubungan yang sehat, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan sosial. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melatih peserta dalam keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal, serta meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum dan mendengarkan aktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini melibatkan teori komunikasi efektif, dilengkapi dengan simulasi kelompok, role play, dan evaluasi keterampilan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan komunikasi peserta, dengan beberapa aspek utama yang diperbaiki termasuk kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan komunikasi efektif dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan berbasis komunikasi, yang nantinya dapat membantu anak-anak panti asuhan dalam memimpin dirinya sendiri dan orang lain dengan lebih baik. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk program pelatihan lanjutan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Environmental damage caused by business activities opens up opportunities for business actors to apply the green marketing concept. Components such as green brand image and green trust are important elements of green marketing that can increase customer loyalty, along with increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. This research aims to test the significant and positive influence, both partially and simultaneously, of green brand image and green trust on I.C.O Water customer loyalty in Laok Jang-Jang Village, Arjasa District, Sumenep Regency. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research population was all I.C.O Water customers, with a sample of 80 people selected using purposive sampling techniques. The sample size is determined based on the Roscoe formula because the population size is unknown. The research results show that partially, the variables Green Brand Image (X1) and Green Trust (X2) have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty (Y), so that the first and second hypotheses are accepted. Simultaneously, all independent variables (green brand image and green trust) have a significant influence on customer loyalty, so that the fourth hypothesis is accepted. This research concludes that implementing green marketing strategies, especially through strengthening green brand image and green trust, can be a key factor in increasing I.C.O Water customer loyalty.

Abstract

In the context of global sustainability challenges, the transition from fossil fuel dependency to greener alternatives in transportation is vital. The Greater Madura region of Indonesia, with its substantial natural resources and escalating mobility needs, presents a unique opportunity for implementing electric vehicles (EVs) as a sustainable solution. This study explores the barriers to and facilitators of EV adoption in this region through qualitative methods including interviews and expert judgements with stakeholders across government, industry, academia, and the consumer base. The findings reveal that while there is significant potential for EVs to contribute to green economic growth, challenges such as inadequate charging infrastructure and limited public awareness persist. However, strategic investments in infrastructure, comprehensive policy support, and enhanced public engagement are identified as critical drivers for successful EV integration. The study underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration in achieving sustainable mobility and economic development in Greater Madura.Highlights: The study identifies critical infrastructural and regulatory barriers to electric vehicle adoption in Greater Madura. It highlights the role of multi-sectoral collaboration in fostering a supportive environment for electric vehicles. The research emphasizes the need for increased public awareness and engagement to facilitate the shift to electric vehicles. Abstract

The main problem in this study is the effectiveness of implementing the Service-Based Business Model (MBBL) in KIHT management in Sumenep Regency. The successful implementation of this model is expected to maximize the performance of KIHT management by KIHT organizers, considering that the purpose of KIHT development is to improve excise supervision (reducing the circulation of non-excise cigarettes) and improve the regional economy. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through (1) Focus Group Discussions (FGD), (2) observation, and (3) interviews with Cigarette Entrepreneurs (PR) to be able to adjust the services needed in MBBL. Based on observations that have been made using the three research methods mentioned, the Service-Based Business Model (MBBL) in KIHT management in Sumenep Regency, KIHT organizers must provide basic services through the formation of four divisions, namely: (1) Finance and Risk Management Division, (2) HR and Personnel Division, (3) Operational and Service Development Division, and (4) Development Division (Building & Property Management).
