Abstract

Efforts to increase the value of the quality of education for students as the next generation of the nation require teachers who have competence in providing education to students. The competence of a teacher can be assessed when a teacher has carried out his duties in accordance with the standard provisions he has. The ranking of potential teachers is used to motivate teachers to be active in carrying out each activity and is expected to have a positive effect on their work to face challenges in this era of globalization. The data that is processed for the ranking of teacher potential is the assessment data of elementary school teachers sourced from the korwildik of the Batang kapas sub-district. This ranking is based on several criteria and weights are determined. Furthermore, this ranking is processed using a system created by the researcher. This ranking uses a method called TOPSIS to assist researchers in ranking. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision support method with the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive and negative ideal solutions. The results of ranking with the TOPSIS method are able to support the ranking decisions of potential teachers using predetermined criteria. So that the highest value is found in the 5th alternative with a value of 0.7321 and the lowest value is found in the 1st alternative with a value of 0.2218. The ranking of potential teachers has proven to be able to help the South Coast District Education and Culture Office, especially the korwildik of the Batang kapas sub-district in determining prospective school principals.

Abstract

Pertamina Gas is a company engaged in the midstream and downstream industry sectors of Indonesian gas. Currently, the process to access the best areas in PT. Pertamina Gas has not been computerizedand it is still doing manu ally. In assessing the area itself, this method is considered less effective and efficient to determine the best area. Area Assessment according to PT. Pertamina Gas itself is important to iincrease the performance and safety in improving PT. Pertamina Gas Health, Safety, Environment quality. Therefore, we need a system to determine which areas are the best in the PT. Pertamina Gas environment, using predetermined criteria. To create a system commenting on the area in PT. Pertamina Gas Environment, the author used the method Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Techniques for Other References With Similarities to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS) for the best process of conversation and area testing.This study suggests finding the best method for reporting and helping to make decisions based on the best alternative value. The results obtained from this study show that the testing using SAW method is more optimal than using TOPSIS method, with the value of sensitivity change for SAW is 2.4 and TOPSIS is 0.7754.

Abstract

In an office routine, recording employee data is an unavoidable necessity. This data collection has the main purpose of evaluating employee performance, thereby enabling appropriate rewards to be given as a means of increasing their motivation in carrying out their duties. To solve the problems that have been described, a decision support system is planned to be built by utilizing the WP algorithm. The purpose of using the WP algorithm, to provide decision-making support in choosing alternatives as a result of information processing with a decision-making model, and to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. Employee performance assessment will be used as a basis for evaluation to improve overall performance. Employees who are successfully selected as having the best performance will be given a reward as a form of appreciation for their achievements. The results of the employee performance assessment are the employee named MULYOKO ranked as the best performance with a score of 0.096505 and the employee with the lowest performance score REVI with a score of 0.044987.

Abstract

Abstract: Teeth are part of the chewing apparatus in the digestive system in the human body, so they indirectly play a role in the health status of individuals. The mouth is an ideal place for bacteria to multiply due to temperature and humidity. There are several tooth fissures in the mouth so that food residues are easily left behind. Teeth and mouth are very important organs of the body because all diseases will start from diseases in this organ will cause several dangerous diseases that attack other organs of the body. This system was built with the aim of making it easier to identify Dental and Oral Cavity Diseases and producing the highest accuracy in diagnosing these diseases. The expert system was built using the Bayesian theorem method which is the main technique in the process of detecting dental and oral cavity diseases based on the knowledge of an expert. Diagnostic test results with an accuracy level of 61%, Therefore, the research conducted can be said to be successful in diagnosing dental and oral cavity diseases. Keywords: Expert Systems, Identification, Teeth and Oral Cavity, Bayes Theorem. Abstrak: Gigi merupakan bagian dari alat pengunyahan pada sistem pencernaan dalam tubuh manusia, sehingga secara tidak langsung berperan dalam status kesehatan perorangan. Mulut merupakan suatu tempat yang sangat ideal bagi perkembangbiakan bakteri karena temperatur dan kelembaban. Terdapat beberapa fisur gigi di mulut sehingga sisa makanan mudah tertinggal. Gigi dan mulut adalah organ-organ tubuh yang sangat penting karena semua penyakit akan berawal dari penyakit pada organ ini akan menimbulkan beberapa penyakit-penyakit membahayakan yang menyerang organ tubuh lainnya. Sistem ini dibangun dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah mengidentifikasi Penyakit Gigi dan Rongga Mulut serta menghasilkan keakuratan tertinggi dalam diagnosis penyakit tersebut. Sistem pakar yang dibangun menggunakan metode teorema bayes yang merupakan teknik utama dalam proses mendeteksi penyakit Gigi dan Rongga Mulut berdasarkan pengetahuan dari seorang pakar. Hasil pengujian diagnosis dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 61%, maka dari itu penelitian yang dilakukan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam mendiagnosa penyakit Gigi dan Rongga Mulut. Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Identifikasi, Gigi dan Rongga Mulut, Teorema Bayes.

Abstract

Abstract: Expert systems, a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI), are designed to represent expert knowledge within a computer system, allowing users to receive solutions as if consulting a human expert. In developing expert systems, an appropriate method is required, one of which is the Bayes Theorem. This method is used to calculate the probability of an event based on available observational data, enabling more accurate disease diagnosis based on patient symptoms. This study applies the Bayesian approach to address uncertainty in identifying gynecological diseases through conditional probability calculations. The data processing results show the probability distribution of various gynecological conditions, including: Anemia (75.38%), Hypertension (14.77%), Placenta Previa (5.00%), Premature Birth (3.00%), Hypotension (0.92%), Hyperemesis Gravidarum (0.63%), Ectopic Pregnancy (0.17%), Ovarian Cyst (0.12%), Uterine Cancer (0.002%), and Endometriosis (0.001%). Based on the findings, anemia is the most commonly experienced condition among pregnant women. Anemia can lead to fatigue, dizziness, fetal developmental disorders, and even premature labor. Therefore, it is recommended to consume iron-rich foods and undergo regular prenatal check-ups to monitor hemoglobin levels and prevent further complications. Keywords: Expert Systems, Identification, obstetric disease, Bayes Theorem. Abstrak: Sistem pakar, yang merupakan bagian dari cabang kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), dirancang untuk merepresentasikan pengetahuan seorang pakar ke dalam sistem komputer sehingga pengguna dapat memperoleh solusi seolah-olah berkonsultasi langsung dengan pakar. Dalam pengembangan sistem pakar, dibutuhkan metode yang tepat, salah satunya adalah metode Teorema Bayes. Metode ini digunakan untuk menghitung probabilitas suatu kejadian berdasarkan data observasi yang tersedia, sehingga proses diagnosis penyakit dapat dilakukan secara lebih akurat berdasarkan gejala yang dialami pasien. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan Teorema Bayes untuk menangani ketidakpastian dalam proses identifikasi penyakit kandungan melalui perhitungan probabilitas bersyarat. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan distribusi probabilitas beberapa jenis penyakit kandungan, di antaranya: Anemia (75,38%), Hipertensi (14,77%), Plasenta Previa (5,00%), Prematur (3,00%), Hipotensi (0,92%), Hyperemesis Gravidarum (0,63%), Kehamilan Ektopik (0,17%), Kista Ovarium (0,12%), Kanker Rahim (0,002%), dan Endometriosis (0,001%). Dari hasil tersebut, anemia merupakan kondisi paling dominan yang dialami ibu hamil. Anemia berisiko menyebabkan kelelahan, pusing, hambatan perkembangan janin, hingga kelahiran prematur. Oleh karena itu, penanganan yang disarankan meliputi konsumsi makanan kaya zat besi serta pemeriksaan kehamilan secara rutin untuk memantau kadar hemoglobin dan mencegah komplikasi lebih lanjut. Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Identifikasi, Penyakit Kandungan, Teorema Bayes.

Abstract

Pengembangan situs web saat ini, docotel masih menerapkan arsitektur monolitik. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan sistem dhealth yang telah menerapkan arsitektur microservices, sehingga Ketika pengembangan sistem dhealth dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan fleksibel karena arsitektur microservices berarti membagi aplikasi menjadi layanan-layanan yang lebih kecil dan saling terhubung satu sama lain. Selain itu, microservices membuat setiap layanan yang dibangun dapat menggunakan teknologi yang berbeda yang berarti tidak terikat oleh suatu teknologi dan kemampuan menangani beban lebih baik dibandingkan arsitektur monolitik. Sehingga membutuhkan implementasi arsitektur microservices pada situs web dhealt yang akan membuat situs web Dinkes menjadi lebih baik dan modern. Metodologi eXtreme Programming (XP) merupakan salah satu metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang termasuk ke dalam metodologi modern. Dalam metodologi ini kepuasan pemilik produk adalah hal yang paling penting terpenting karena pemilik produk terlibat langsung dalam memberikan umpan balik kepada pengembang mengenai website yang yang sedang dibangun. Website dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dan menggunakan framework reactjs dan vuejs. Website yang dibangun akan diuji dengan metode stress test dan perfomance testing untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari implementasi layanan mikro. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengujian terhadap implementasi arsitektur microservices menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan performa dan kecepatan website hampir 2x lipat lebih baik ketika diimplementasikan dengan microservices

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksakan agar kiranya sumber daya manusia yang ada di kantor keluaran durian kecamatan medan timur ini dapat memanfaatkan teknologi komputer dalam pembuatan dokumen, sehingga tidak ada lagi data atau dokumen dilakukan secara manual atau tulis tangan,dan membuat data/dokumen yang terpusat di dalam satu komputer untuk menghindari kehilangan dokumen. Maka kami sebagia dosen dalam menjalankan tri dharma perguruan tinggi adalah salah satunya pengabdian kepada masyarakt, sehingga masyarakat juga dapat merasakan manfaat kehadiran dari kampus Politeknik Unggulan Cipta Mandiri Medan. Maka dari itu kami memberikan bimbingan atau berupa traning kepada kantor kelurahan durian kecamatan medan timur.
