Abstract

The results of the performance and competency survey of teachers at Pelita Fajar Elementary School in using media or learning resources are appropriate using LKS as a guide, but teachers should use additional guidelines such as teaching modules as a guide. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of teacher competence, work discipline, motivation on teacher performance at Pelita Fajar Elementary School. The benefits of this research are providing additional information to develop theoretically based strategies regarding the Influence of Teacher Competency and Work Discipline on Motivation and the Implications for Teacher Performance at Pelita Fajar Elementary School. The object of this research is Pelita Fajar Elementary School. This research uses a survey research method with a quantitative approach. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X1) has a significant influence on the work discipline variable (X2). The work discipline variable (X2) is 0.610 (< 0.05), so it can be concluded that the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant influence on the motivation variable (Y). This shows that at SD Pelita Fajar teachers master the learning materials given to students. Teachers teach according to the field of science they are studying. Teachers master the subject matter they teach. Teachers master the theoretical concepts of the subjects they teach. Teachers develop learning materials according to the environment around students. Teachers develop learning materials using innovative learning. Teachers utilize technology in teaching in class.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers regarding the principal's leadership and teacher competence at the Baros Kencana Cipta Bina Mandiri Public Elementary School, several initial field facts were found, namely 1) The principal in carrying out his leadership was able to mobilize teachers, students and school members to always improve their abilities even though there are several obstacles, this is proven based on data from the Education Report Card. 2) Some teachers have carried out and maximized their work as teachers, but there are still some students who still need special intervention by their teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher competence on motivation and the implications for teacher performance. The benefits of providing additional information to develop a theoretical basis strategy regarding the Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Competence on Motivation and the Implications for Teacher Performance. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the results of the ANOVA calculation obtained information about the results of the calculation Fcount = 3.788 > Ttable = 1.98 and probability (Sig.) 078a which means greater than the significance level of 0.05, so that it can be decided that Ha which reads "There is a significant influence significantly on the principal's leadership, teacher competence and motivation on teacher performance". The results of the correlation calculation presented in the table show the adjusted R2 result of 0.482. This means that the influence of the principal's leadership variable (X1), teacher competence (X2), and motivation (Y) on teacher performance (Z) is 48.2% while the remaining 50.8% is influenced by the variables in this study.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi bahwa sumber daya manusia menempati posisi penting dalam usaha untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah direncanakan. Tujuan organisasi akan dapat dicapai melalui kinerja karyawan dalam keberhasilan mengelola kinerja operasional perusahaan. Dalam konsep kontemporer, konsep resources diubah menjadi capital, sehingga di perkenalkan istilah human capital, information capital, dan organization capital. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut di beberapa perusahaan khususnya perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan, maka dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh modal manusia (X1) dan modal informasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja operasional (Z). Setelah dilakukan pra survey diperoleh nilai rata-rata variable X1 terhadap variabel Y sebesar 50% dengan kriteria cukup, nilai rata-rata variable X2 sebesar 51% dengan kriteria baik, nilai rata-rata variable Y terhadap variabel Z sebesar 61% dengan kriteria baik, dan nilai rata-rata variable Z sebesar 27% dengan kriteria baik dengan dipengaruhi oleh variabel X1, X2, dan Y. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dijelaskan diatas perlu ditingkatkan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa semua variabel independent baik melalui intervening berpengaruh terhadap variabel depenend.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani sebagai salah satu institusi dalam pengembangan kompetensi, produktivitas dosen serta penerapan talent management dan knowledge management; belum meratanya kompetensi yang dimiliki; belum optimalnya penerapan talent management dan knowledge management; terjadi penurunan produktivitas dosen Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. Data penelitian kualtitatif ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi dan talent management terhadap knowledge management. Pengaruh langsung kompetensi, talent management dan knowledge management terhadap produktivitas dosen Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. Populasi sebanyak 167 dosen Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani dan sampel ditetapkan dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 62 dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indicator variabel kompetensi, talent management, knowledge managemen, dan produktivitas dosen masuk dalam kategori cukup baik, serta membuktikan bahwa kompetensi dan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge management. kompetensi dan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas dosen secara langsung.

Abstract

Fatigue can be caused by overwork, prolonged physical and mental activity, lack of rest, high stress or a combination of these factors. Work fatigue is caused by tiring and energy-draining activities, thereby reducing human alertness and response to stress. Anxiety is a common emotional disorder characterized by deep and persistent fear or worry, but without any disturbance in the assessment of reality. A nurse is someone who has graduated from a nursing school, both inside and outside of school, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. This article provides an explanation of work fatigue, anxiety and determines the relationship between anxiety and work fatigue specifically for nurses who work in hospitals. This research uses a qualitative approach research methodology by collecting data using structured interviews with 2 research subjects, namely nurses in the Emergency Department and Inpatient Installation who work in private hospitals in Wonogiri Regency accompanied by a literature review based on the literature. Based on literature sources, it was found that high work fatigue can cause an increased risk of anxiety disorders up to 2.7 times higher compared to subjects with lower work fatigue. From the results of interviews with the 2 research subjects, it was found that the level of work fatigue was positively related to anxiety, meaning that the higher the level of work fatigue based on the scoring of the Job Fatigue Measuring Tool Questionnaire (KAUPK2), the higher the anxiety level score based on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu menjadi perhatian utama dengan meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja rumah sakit. Rumah Sakit X Bandung menghadapi tantangan dalam efektivitas strategi pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, triangulasi sumber, dan analisis data NVivo 12 Plus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pembahasan: ditemukan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja rumah sakit (K3RS) serta pelaksanaan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) memiliki hubungan erat, dengan berbagai kendala yang perlu diatasi melalui strategi peningkatan SDM, digitalisasi sistem pencatatan, serta optimalisasi kebijakan sterilisasi rumah sakit. Implementasi strategi ini akan membantu meningkatkan kualitas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta efektivitas program pengendalian infeksi di rumah sakit. Kesimpulan: Rumah Sakit X Bandung telah mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi dalam meningkatkan K3RS melalui strategi PPI yang efektif dengan penguatan beberapa kendala yang ditemukan.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis remains a major public health challenge in Indonesia, with suboptimal case detection rates. This study aims to analyze the influence of program management aspects, community knowledge, and community accessibility on the achievement of pulmonary tuberculosis case detection at community health centers (Puskesmas) in Sukabumi Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a census method, involving 58 respondents responsible for tuberculosis programs. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis, and were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that all three independent variables program management aspects, community knowledge, and community accessibility have a positive and statistically significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, on the achievement of pulmonary tuberculosis case detection (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 87.4% demonstrates that the combination of these variables explains a substantial portion of the variance in case detection achievement. These results suggest that improvements in program management, community education, and access to health services are critical to enhancing early detection of tuberculosis at the primary healthcare level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions, places, people, processes, and physical evidence on patient loyalty at the Family Dental Care dental clinic in the Bandung area of Leuwipanjang, Buah Batu, Cibeureum, and Soreang. The marketing mix can be used as a marketing strategy to facilitate the clinic's or health service provider's marketing objectives. This study employs a survey method with a descriptive and verifiable approach. The sample used in this study consists of patients who visited the Family Dental Care dental clinic in the Bandung region, specifically in the areas of Leuwipanjang, Buah Batu, Cibeureum, and Soreang, with a total sample size of 384 respondents. The analysis used includes descriptive analysis and verifiable analysis using multiple linear regression. Result. The results of the descriptive analysis, when depicted using a continuum line, show that the marketing mix aspects of product, promotion, people, and physical evidence are rated as “Good to Very Good.” Meanwhile, the marketing mix aspect of place is rated as “Good.” The marketing mix aspects of price, process, and patient loyalty are rated as “Very Good,” which requires improvement and evaluation in order to address the shortcomings that have been identified. Meanwhile, the results of the confirmatory analysis using multiple linear regression analysis obtained from the regression equation are as follows: Y = -0.103 + 0.027X₁ + 0.364X₂ + 0.085X₃ + 0.375X₄ + 0.121X₅ – 0.097X₆ + 0.012X₇. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the physical evidence variable contributes the least to patient loyalty compared to the other variables. In contrast, the process variable demonstrates that each increase in patients perception of the process factor leads to a decrease in patient loyalty by –0.097. Conclusion. The results of the hypothesis test using the t-test (paired) found that the product marketing mix and physical evidence variables did not have a significant effect on patient loyalty, while the price, promotion, place, and people marketing mix variables had a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Additionally, the process marketing mix variable had a negative and significant effect on patient loyalty. For the F test (simultaneous), the variables of product marketing mix, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with a calculated F value > table F value (390.20 > 2.395).

Abstract

Telemedicine telah menjadi inovasi strategis yang berperan penting dalam memperluas akses pelayanan kesehatan di seluruh Indonesia, terutama setelah pandemi COVID-19 yang mempercepat transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan utama dalam penerapan telemedisin guna meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan di seluruh negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan pendekatan PRISMA, menggunakan sumber literatur dari basis data seperti ProQuest, PubMed, dan Elsevier Science Direct. Pencarian dilakukan dengan kata kunci “Telemedicine Challenges in Indonesia after the COVID-19 Pandemic,” “Telemedicine Implementation in Indonesia,” dan “Telemedicine Infrastructure.”Hasil kajian menunjukkan terdapat lima dimensi utama tantangan, yaitu: (1) keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan konektivitas, terutama di wilayah terpencil dan perbatasan; (2) rendahnya literasi dan kesiapan digital di kalangan tenaga kesehatan maupun masyarakat; (3) kerangka hukum dan regulasi yang belum memadai terkait perlindungan data dan akuntabilitas; (4) belum terintegrasinya pembiayaan telemedisin dalam sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN); serta (5) resistensi sosial-budaya dan rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan digital.Untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, diperlukan kolaborasi yang kuat antara pemerintah, institusi kesehatan, dan masyarakat melalui peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan tenaga kerja, reformasi regulasi yang adaptif, serta edukasi publik yang berkelanjutan. Dengan upaya tersebut, telemedisin dapat menjadi pilar berkelanjutan dalam membangun sistem pelayanan kesehatan nasional yang inklusif, efisien, dan berkeadilan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Belitung berperan dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) guna mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, dan berintegritas. Meskipun memiliki peran strategis, lembaga ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesenjangan kinerja antar pegawai, rendahnya tingkat inovasi, serta perbedaan motivasi kerja yang cukup mencolok. Kinerja ASN dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor utama, yaitu budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan dalam kerja, dan motivasi, di mana motivasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi aktual budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan, motivasi, serta kinerja pegawai di lingkungan BKPSDM Kabupaten Belitung, serta menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan pemberian kuesioner kepada responden yang telah ditentukan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel secara empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan, motivasi, dan kinerja pegawai berada dalam kategori baik, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek motivasi berprestasi dan konsistensi disiplin kerja. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi maupun kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja terbukti menjadi faktor yang berperan besar dalam kinerja pegawai secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan.
