Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Archives Governance in the Administration Section of the Mataram College of Environmental Engineering (STTL), which aims to determine archival governance in the Administration Section of the Mataram College of Environmental Engineering (STTL). In this research, the Qualitative method is used, which is descriptive analysis, by collecting data in such a way, grouping it, then organizing it and connecting it with theories that are relevant to the problem and then drawing conclusions. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection techniques in this research, using documentation, observation and interviews. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding Archives Management in the Administration Section of the Mataram Environmental Engineering College, it can be concluded that: Simplicity of archiving, maintenance and safeguarding, ensuring security, placement of archives, archive officers, and control of archives is stated to be quite good, although there are still several things that need to be addressed. In the future, an officer on duty will need to know where documents are located so that it will be quicker and easier if at any time a document is needed.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan proses transformasi dari media analog atau fisik ke dalam bentuk digital yang melibatkan pemanfaatan teknologi komputerisasi. Transformasi digital dalam pelayanan perizinan menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak dan strategis di era globalisasi serta revolusi industri 4.0, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan publik. Melalui penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, pemerintah dapat menyederhanakan prosedur, mengurangi birokrasi, serta mempercepat waktu pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai transformasi digital dalam pelayanan perizinan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan layanan digital, integrasi sistem, kemudahan akses, dan percepatan proses perizinan telah diimplementasikan dengan baik. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, antara lain perlunya pelatihan sumber daya manusia sebelum sistem diluncurkan serta dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan penurunan kinerja pelayanan di berbagai sektor, termasuk perizinan. Integrasi sistem perizinan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan dampak positif, yang tercermin dari peningkatan jumlah dan kecepatan proses perizinan setelah penerapan digitalisasi. Kemudahan dalam proses perizinan tersebut berkontribusi pada peningkatan minat investor untuk menanamkan modal di sektor unggulan yang dicanangkan oleh Kabupaten Bima, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on firm value in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014–2018 period. Profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), while firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the companies' financial statements. The sample consists of 10 companies with 50 observations selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that profitability has a positive and statistically significant effect on firm value, with a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05). These findings imply that higher profitability enhances firm value by increasing investors' confidence in the company's future prospects. Therefore, improving profitability is an important strategy for companies to maximize firm value and strengthen their competitiveness in the capital market.
