Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat. Pemerintah berupaya untuk memberikan kontribusi strategi penanganan Covid-19 dengan tidak mengesampingkan kegiatan perekonomian yang harus tetap berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi karyawan Bank terdampak Covid-19 terhadap Protokol Kesehatan dalam pelayanan Perbankan pada PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri. Adapun permasalahan yang muncul adalah urgensi dualisme kondisi yaitu antara pelayanan perbankan yang harus dilakukan oleh PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri dan Pandemi dihadapi, disinilah peran Protokol Kesehatan memiliki arti penting yang harus dijalankan oleh Pihak Perbankan agar kegiatan Pelayanan Perbankan tetap dapat terlaksana secara maksimal walau ditengah Pandemi yang mengancam. Peran karyawan Perbankan memiliki posisi yang sangat penting karena karyawan merupakan organ yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat (Nasabah) yang mana kondisi karyawan Bank yang harus berhadapan langsung dengan nasabah ini sangat rentan untuk tertular Covid-19 yang menjadi Pandemi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pada Kantor PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri telah melakukan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dengan prosedur sesuai ketentuan pemerintah dan ditindak lanjuti oleh Karyawan Bank untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan Pelayanan Perbankan sesuai Perundang-undangan Negara Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at empowering the capacity of higher education institutions in an effort to increase the community's ability to utilize knowledge to carry out Mangrove reforestation to prevent seawater abrasion and preserve the coastal environment and aims at coastal conservation. This service activity was carried out by representatives of STIA Mataram lecturers together with Panca Marga Youth activists in the NTB region and community members around Gili Petagan Sambelia National Park, East Lombok. The method used is counseling and direct action in the form of planting Mangrove seedlings at the planting site. From the results of this community service, a stretch of Mangrove seedlings that have been planted neatly filled the coast of Gili Petagan Sambelia National Park - East Lombok, it is hoped that later this Mangrove forest can withstand the waves so as to prevent abrasion. Given the importance of this community service because it can provide support and guidance for the community who will take similar actions in the future, it is hoped that this service activity can be carried out continuously

Abstract

This research is entitled "Marketing Strategy for the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery in Increasing the Competitiveness of Sales Woven Fabrics in the West Praya Region, Central Lombok", which aims to determine the Marketing Strategy for the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery in increasing the competitiveness of sales Woven Fabrics in the West Praya region, Central Lombok. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in research uses SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the Marketing Strategy carried out by the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery in increasing the competitiveness of sales woven fabrics in the West Praya region of Central Lombok based on its position in Quadrant I in the SWOT Analysis is an aggressive strategy using more aggressive promotional strategies in promoting Village Songket Woven fabrics. Setanggor, so that it is better known by the public and abroad, which can be done through social media, websites, as well as variations in Setanggor Village Songket Woven cloth motifs that can adapt to current fashion. Keywords: Weaving Gallery, Marketing Strategy, Setanggor Village.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Archives Governance in the Administration Section of the Mataram College of Environmental Engineering (STTL), which aims to determine archival governance in the Administration Section of the Mataram College of Environmental Engineering (STTL). In this research, the Qualitative method is used, which is descriptive analysis, by collecting data in such a way, grouping it, then organizing it and connecting it with theories that are relevant to the problem and then drawing conclusions. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection techniques in this research, using documentation, observation and interviews. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding Archives Management in the Administration Section of the Mataram Environmental Engineering College, it can be concluded that: Simplicity of archiving, maintenance and safeguarding, ensuring security, placement of archives, archive officers, and control of archives is stated to be quite good, although there are still several things that need to be addressed. In the future, an officer on duty will need to know where documents are located so that it will be quicker and easier if at any time a document is needed.

Abstract

This research is entitled Optimizing the Promotion Mix in Increasing the Sales Value of Songket Woven Fabrics at the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery, Central Lombok Regency which aims to increase the Promotion Mix that will be used in increasing sales of Songket Woven Fabrics at the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery, Central Lombok. This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. In analyzing this research using triangulation techniques through data validity checks. The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research on Optimizing the Promotion Mix in Increasing the Sales Value of Songket Woven Fabrics at the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery, Central Lombok, namely by using a promotion mix including: direct marketing, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations, and mass selling. By optimizing the promotion mix in marketing the Setanggor Village Songket Woven Fabric products so that they can be known by the public to foreign countries so as to increase the sales value of Songket Woven Fabric at the Setanggor Village Weaving Gallery, Central Lombok.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi yang cepat telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang transportasi. E-ticketing adalah salah satu inovasi di bidang transportasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanannya. Kepuasan konsumen dapat dicapai melalui pelayanan berkualitas. Kualitas informasi meliputi keterbacaan, kebenaran, ketepatan waktu, dan kelengkapan; kualitas sistem meliputi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang membentuk suatu sistem informasi. Ketika pendapat pengguna tentang layanan yang mereka terima dan yang mereka inginkan dibandingkan, kualitas layanan adalah hasilnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan tiket online PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) cabang Lembar dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan. Hubungan antara variabel X1 (Kualitas Sistem), X2 (Kualitas Informasi), dan X3 (Kualitas Layanan) dan Variabel Y (Kepuasan Konsumen) dipastikan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Sembilan puluh enam pelanggan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry cabang Lembar memanfaatkan layanan transportasi feri sebagai sampel penelitian. Temuan investigasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas sistem e-ticketing, informasi, dan layanan. PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry perlu menyediakan ruang informasi dan layanan aduan untuk membantu penumpang mendapatkan informasi yang jelas dan solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi saat menggunakan aplikasi, tetap menyediakan loket di pelabuhan untuk pembelian tiket, mengingat tidak semua orang memiliki HP berbasis Android atau sering menggunakan angkutan kapal laut sehingga tidak perlu menginstal aplikasi e-ticketing Ferizy. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan variabel lain seperti kenyamanan, kepuasan penumpang, dan lokasi yang berhubungan dengan bidang pemasaran

Abstract

An important component of a country's economic success is entrepreneurship. Therefore, the government tries to encourage people to start their own businesses by offering loans, support, and entrepreneurship education. This study is very important to conduct because knowing the entrepreneurial interest of students and the factors that influence it can be a source of reference and can contribute to the development of studies on entrepreneurship which is very important to be encouraged today. The purpose of this study is to improve the teaching of entrepreneurship, and it may be useful for faculties to explore expanding the reach of programs that encourage students to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors. This study employed the associative quantitative technique. The study's sample comprised 92 participants who had completed an introductory course on entrepreneurship at the University of Mataram Faculty of Economics and Business. Everybody there was a student in the program for management studies. The study's conclusions suggest that entrepreneurship education influences people's aspirations to launch their own companies. Personality has no bearing on one's ambition to start their own business. Motivation influences a person's interest in starting their own business. The home environment influences a person's interest in business. Both the social milieu and the aspiration to pursue entrepreneurship bear significance.
