Abstract

Density of Macroalgae Species on Pasir Panjang Beach, Kupang City Macroalgae have an important role for productivity and protection for other marine biota, namely as primary producers, carbon sinks, cosmetic ingredients and have economic value in the trade sector. Pasir Panjang Beach has a high aesthetic value, so it is used as a recreational space for the city community and as a destination for the development of tourist attractions. This study aims to determine the types and density of macroalgae in Pasir Panjang Beach, Kupang City. This study uses the line transect method with quadrant sampling technique with a size of 1m x 1m. The sample consisted of 100 plots of 10 transects at 2 stations. The samples were analyzed quantitatively descriptively to determine the morphological characteristics of the species and the density analysis of each species. The results found 15 types of macroalgae were divided into 3 divisions, namely the Chlorophyta division (7 species), Rhodophyta division (6 species, and Phaeophyta division (2 species). The highest species density at station 1 was Hypnea sp (33.38 ind/m2) and the lowest namely the species Acantopora spicifera (0.02 ind/m2), while at station 2, the highest density was Gracilaria salicornia (6.06 ind/m2) and the lowest density was Neomeris dumentosa (0.14 ind/m2). The conclusions are 1) There are 15 types of macroalgae from 3 divisions namely Chlorophyta, Rhodophyta and Phaeophyta, 2) The species density differs between stations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the most effective volume of watering for Sargassum sp liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of red chili plants. The study was an experimental study using a completely randomized design with 5 treatments of watering volume of Sargassum sp liquid organic fertilizer, namely 0 mL (control), 50 mL, 100 mL, 150 mL, and 200 mL. Each treatment was repeated 4 times. The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves, and number of branches. Observational data were analyzed using analysis of variance and further tested by BNT. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the organic fertilizer treatment of Sargassum sp. very significant effect on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, and number of branches, where each variable shows the value of Fcount > Ftable. Further test results showed that the best treatment was Sargassum sp treatment with a watering volume of 200 mL/polybag.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Biologi Umum di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Nusa Cendana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2022 hingga 2024 yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Biologi Umum, dengan jumlah total 242 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil sebanyak 72 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket minat belajar yang dikembangkan oleh Knekta dkk. (2020), yang terdiri atas 33 butir pernyataan yang mencakup tiga indikator utama yaitu: perasaan senang, nilai, dan keterlibatan. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, diperoleh rata-rata skor minat belajar sebesar 134,11 dengan mayoritas responden (58,3%) berada pada kategori tinggi dan 40,3% pada kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan data nilai UAS menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden (100%) dinyatakan lulus, dengan mayoritas (59,7%) memperoleh nilai A. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar yang diukur melalui nilai UAS. Nilai korelasi yang ditemukan sebesar 0,447, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi minat belajar mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang dicapai

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using liquid organic fertilizer made from tofu solid waste and banana peel waste on the growth and production of green mustard plants and to determine the dosage of liquid organic fertilizer that gives the best results for the growth and production of green mustard plants.This study is an experimental study using a completely randomized design consisting of 5 treatments, each repeated 5 times. The 5 treatments are liquid organic fertilizer made from tofu solid waste and banana peel waste, namely control/without POC 0 ml (P0), POC 50 ml (P1), POC 100 ml (P2), POC 200 ml (P3), and POC 400 ml (P4). The parameters observed were leaf width and plant fresh weight. The observation data were analyzed using an ANOVA test, followed by a post-hoc least significant difference (LSD) test.The results of the study indicate that the application of liquid organic fertilizer made from tofu solid waste and banana peel waste has a significant effect on the growth and production of green mustard plants, as evidenced by the ANOVA test results showing an Fcalculated value > Ftable value. The Fcalculated value for the leaf width parameter was 183.336 (> Ftable 1% = 4.43), and the Fcalculated value for the fresh weight parameter was 49.36707 (> Ftable 1% = 4.43). From the BNT followup test, the value obtained for the leaf width parameter was 0.77, and the BNT follow-up test result for the fresh weight parameter was 12.74.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar terhadap karakteristik 4C (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity) pembelajaran abad 21 pada Sekolah Menengah Atas.  Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 30 artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik, yang diperoleh melaui seleksi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang pada data base google scholar.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar masih berlangsung secara bertahap dan belum merata di SMA serta Keterampilan abad 21 komunikasi, kolaborasi dan kreativitas menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sedangkan berpikir kritis masih membutuhkan strategi khusus. Ditemukan pula bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan masalah, lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif serta integrasi teknologi sangat berpengaruh dalam peningkatan keterampilan 4C. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan guru secara intensif, penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif, serta evaluasi berbasis proyek untuk mendukung efektivitas kurikulum merdeka dalam membentuk peserta didik yang adaptif di era abad 21.
