Abstract

ABSTRAK: Merancang dan mengembangkan materi ajar alih kode dan campur kode berbasis bahasa sunda wewengkon guna menarik perhatian mahasiswa tentunya harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi mahasiswa, adanya indikasi bahwa pada perkuliahan sosiolinguistik tentang alih kode dan campur kode masih banyak yang bingung untuk membedakannya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian ini sebagai langkah awal merancang sebuah pengembangan materi perkuliahan yang ada di prodi PBSI Uniku. Penelitian ini dilandaskan pada tiga rumusan masalah yakni, (1) bagaimana kebutuhan materi ajar alih kode dan campur kode berbasis bahasa wewengkon kuningan? (2) bagaimana prototipe materi ajar alih kode dan campur kode berbasis bahasa wewengkon kuningan? dan (3) bagaimana pengembangan materi ajar alih kode dan campur kode berbasis bahasa wewengkon kuningan? Untuk menjawab tiap rumusan masalah di atas, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE. Teknik pemerolehan data pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui analisis RPS, analisis kebutuhan, dan pembagian angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan bahwa mahasiswa masih ada yang bingung membedakan antara apa itu alih kode dan campur kode dan membutuhkan kebaruan dalam materi ajar tersebut seperti (1) menggunakan bahasa sunda wewengkon yang mudah dipahami dan dicerna. Dari hasil analisis RPS dan kebutuhan, maka disusunlah sebuah rancangan pengembangan materi ajar berbasis bahasa sunda wewengkon kuningan. Development of Teaching Materials for Code Switching and Code Mixing in Sociolinguistic Courses Based on Sundanese Language Wewengkon Kuningan ABSTRACT: Designing and developing teaching materials for code switching and code mixing based on Sundanese language wewengkon to attract students' attention must of course be adjusted to the conditions of students, there are indications that in sociolinguistic lectures about code switching and code mixing there are still many who are confused to distinguish them. Therefore, researchers conducted this research as an initial step in designing a development of lecture material in the PBSI Uniku study program. This research is based on three problem formulations, namely, (1) how are the needs of teaching materials for code switching and code mixing based on brass wewengkon language? (2) how is the prototype of teaching materials for code switching and code mixing based on brass wewengkon language? and (3) how is the development of teaching materials for code switching and code mixing based on brass wewengkon language? To answer each of the problem formulations above, researchers used the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model approach. Data acquisition techniques in this study were through RPS analysis, needs analysis, and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done that there are still students who are confused about the difference between what is code switching and code mixing and need novelty in the teaching material such as (1) using Sundanese language wewengkon which is easy to understand and digest. From the results of the RPS and needs analysis, a teaching material development design based on Sundanese language wewengkon kuningan was prepared.
