Abstract

West Seram Regency is one of the regencies in Maluku province, Indonesia. This district has a population of 212,393 in 2020 and its people are of very diverse backgrounds, both ethnic and religious. Meanwhile, the government center is in Piru, part of West Seram District, which has a population of 16,628 people. Huamual Rear District, which is the location of the Trans Seram road construction project, is a sub-district in West Seram Regency, Maluku, Indonesia. The Trans Seram road construction project, which is located from Limboro Hamlet - Ulatu Hamlet, Huamual Rear District, includes 5 hamlets including Limboro Hamlet, Temi Hamlet, Erang Hamlet, Tapinalu Hamlet, and Ulatu Hamlet. with a project length of up to 9.3 KM. The data analysis technique uses the descriptive method with the help of the SPSS program. Descriptive method is to provide an overview of research subjects based on variable data from the group of subjects studied. The results of this study can be concluded that in general the implementation of occupational safety and health in the Western Part of the Trans Seram Road Development Project is not good. Then the application of K3 in the drainage work was not good, the 2nd layer spreading and compaction work was not good, the paving work was not good, and the material transport work was not good. This was evidenced by the results of the descriptive statistical test (t-test) which rejected the initial hypothesis (H0). Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the Western Part of the Trans Seram Road Construction Project Seen from the Attitude of Workers. From the descriptive analysis it can be concluded that the workers in the Western Part of the Trans Seram Road Construction Project have a positive attitude towards the Application of K3 in the Western Trans Seram Road Construction Project, positive attitudes are also triggered because the workers have good knowledge so that automatically their attitude also Good.

Abstract

The performance of drainage channels is very important to ensure the flow of water from upstream to downstream. Likewise with drainage channels in the village of Liang, Salahhutu sub-district, Central Maluku Regency. From the results of a previous study by the author regarding the capacity of the existing canals in Liang Village, there are several canals whose capacity will not be able to hold water in the next 10 years. The channels are channels K3 – K8 where the channel Planned Debit (Qr) > Existing Debit (QS). Therefore this study aims to rehabilitate the dimensions of the existing canal so that in the next 10 years the drainage canal in Liang village will be able to function properly. This research rehabilitates the dimensions of the existing canal so that its capacity can be increased. The results of the research are as follows; Channel K3 : Qr (2.598 m3/s) < Qs(4.8751m3/s). Channel K4 : Qr (2.0922 m3/sec) < Qs (2.2890 m3/sec), Channel K5 : Qr (2.21 m3/sec) < Qs (2.6526 m3/sec), Channel K6 : Qr (1.5119 m3/sec) < Qs (1.9813 m3/sec), Channel K7 : Qr (1.99 m3/sec) < Qs (2.0990 m3/sec), Channel K8 : Qr (2.25 m3/s) < Qs (3.2493 m3/s).

Abstract

Liang Village is an area located in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. The increase in the population of the village of Liang led to rapid development, as well as causing an increase in the number of settlements. The conversion of land functions into settlements results in reduced water infiltration into the ground so that surface water runoff increases. In addition, an increase in population, housing also causes an increase in waste discharge, and has the potential to reduce water absorption and channel capacity. So it is feared that in the next few years the existing canal capacity will not be able to drain water. This study aims to analyze the existing canal capacity for the next 10 years. From the research results K1 & K2 channels meet the requirements because the channel's Planned Debit (Qr) < Existing Debit (QS). Channel K1 : Qr (0.61404 m3/sec) < Qs(2,14 m3/sec). Channel K2 Qr (1.176 m3/s) < Qs(1.48 m3/s). Channels K3 – K8 do not meet the requirements because the channel's Planned Debit (Qr) > Existing Debit (QS). Channel K3 : Qr (2.085 m3/s) .> Qs(1.63 m3/s). Channel K4 : Qr (1.6782 m3/s) .> Qs(1.63 m3/s). Channel K5 : Qr (1.7661 m3/s) .> Qs(0.60 m3/s). Channel K6 : Qr (1.2197 m3/s) .> Qs(0.61 m3/s). Channel K7 : Qr (1.5991 m3/s) .> Qs(0.82 m3/s). Channel K8 : Qr (1.8081 m3/s) .> Qs(1.20 m3/s).

Abstract

Project development nowadays is increasing, but on the other hand, the need for available quality resources is limited. The resources in question are human resources, materials and equipment. One very important factor is labor. If the workforce used is less skilled or not optimal in their work, then the results of the work will be poor. The quality obtained is not good and the productivity is low. The IAIN Ambon Laboratory Rehabilitation and Renovation Project really requires a careful calculation of the productivity of the workforce, so that an appropriate work system and the number of workers needed can be determined so that it can produce products that meet expectations. The analytical method used is the work sampling method where the percentage is obtained from adding effective work to ¼ essential contributory work, then dividing the sum by the total observations. The research results obtained LUR values based on time divided into 2 (two) parts, namely the morning session from 08.00-12.00 and then the afternoon session from 14.00-17.00. The following results were obtained: A). The cleaning work was obtained: (Morning Time) Value Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) (85.21%) effective (82%), essential contributory (11%) and ineffective (7%). (Afternoon time) Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) (82.36%), effective (79%), essential contributor (12%), ineffective (9%). B). The best jobs obtained are: (Morning Time) Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) (90.10%), effective (88%), essential contributory (7%) and ineffective (5%). (Day Time) Labor Utilization Rate (LUR), (86.81%), effective (84%), essential contributor (12%) and ineffective (4%). C). Foundry work obtained: (Morning Time) Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) (86.56), effective (85%), essential contributory (8%) and ineffective (8%). (Day Time) Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) values (87.50%), effective (85%), essential contributory (10%) and ineffective at 5%. From the work sampling results of overall sloof work on sloof work, the following are obtained: Labor Utilization Value Rate (LUR) (86.64%) effective (84%), essential contributory (10%) and ineffective (6%).
