Abstract

The research focuses on the crucial role of parents in shaping the moral and spiritual development of children in the congregation, as well as close collaboration between parents and the Church in instilling positive values ​​and providing spiritual guidance to children. This research aims to determine the ethical awareness and involvement of parents in educating children within the GMIM Marturia Ratatotok congregation, emphasizing the theological and ethical dimensions of the role of parents. The research method used is qualitative, using observation data collection, interviews, literature studies, and data analysis. This research explores the perspectives and benefits of involving parents and children in natural environments. Research findings emphasize the importance of the active role of parents in shaping the moral and spiritual character of children in the congregation. The research results show that parental involvement rooted in Christian values ​​is crucial to promoting children's well-being and building a societal foundation of truth. So, it can be concluded that the active involvement of parents in children's education within the GMIM Marturia Ratatotok congregation is significant for developing children's character and spiritual growth. The implications of this research emphasize the need to prioritize parental involvement and support and strong collaboration between parents and the Church. This research recommends special programs designed to increase parental awareness and involvement in children's education and develop effective strategies to strengthen collaboration between parents and the Church in instilling Christian values.

Abstract

Dalam tradisi Gereja katekisasi merupakan moment penting dalam pembentukan iman sebelum seseorang menyatakan komitmen imannya. Metode dalam katekisasi memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan religiusitas peserta. Namun, dalam praktiknya, metode pengajaran yang digunakan sering kali bersifat satu arah, didominasi oleh ceramah dan hafalan doktrin, yang kurang memberi ruang bagi peserta untuk bertanya dan berdiskusi sehingga proses pembelajaran terasa kaku karna menciptakan jarak antara Pemimpin katekisasi dan peserta. Sebagai respons terhadap tantangan tersebut, penelitian ini mengajukan model kepemimpinan Yesus sebagai Sahabat sebagai pendekatan baru dalam proses katekisasi. Yesus dalam pelayanan-Nya tidak hanya mengajar dengan otoritas, tetapi hadir secara dekat, mendengarkan, berdialog, dan membangun relasi yang setara dengan murid-murid-Nya. Model inilah yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini agar katekisasi bisa menjadi lebih hidup dan membuat peserta merasa dihargai. Dengan meneladani Yesus sebagai Sahabat, penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah pendekatan kepemimpinan yang dialogis dan egaliter guna meningkatkan religiusitas Peserta katekisasi sidi.

Abstract

The challenge of the church in carrying out God's mission is something that happens in reality, the church as a tool used by God to carry out His mission for His people, but in the midst of the church's efforts to carry out God's mission there are various challenges that o ften occur in carrying out God's mission. church, God's mission is not only limited to evangelism but all forms of church ministry are part of carrying out God's mission. In the midst of church life, the church in which there is an assembly, the congregation and even the entire ministry are called to be tools to carry out God's mission, they must understand correctly how the challenges occur and have a deeper knowledge of God's mission and mission. This journal has a goal in which people who believe in Him truly understand how God's mission is for mankind and what are the challenges of the church in carrying out the church's mission to realize God's mission for believers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine teenage pregnancy outside of marriage from the perspective of Christian Ethics. This research is based on the fact of the problem of teenagers who have many pregnancies outside of marriage. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of out-of-wedlock pregnancy cases, the role of the church and the study of Christian ethics towards teenagers who are pregnant outside of marriage in the GMIM Imanuel Wanea congregation. This research was conducted using qualitative research. This research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Pregnancy cases outside of marriage are caused by sexual acts caused by promiscuity, the environment, mass media and lack of supervision from parents. From the research I conducted, it was found that the factors that cause teenagers to become pregnant outside of marriage are lack of parental attention, free sex, wrong association, being forced etc. For this reason, churches and parents need to be aware of the causes of pregnancy outside of marriage. For this reason, churches and parents need to be more involved in fostering and supervising the lives of teenagers towards activities such as their daily associations and activities.
