Abstract

This research aims to explore appropriate media and methods for the application of digital technology in schools, with a focus on MI/SD education. Several examples of supportive media, such as Quizizz, Wordwall, Zoom, and Gmeet, were considered. Through interviews with MI/SD teachers, this research identified challenges and barriers to integrating digital technology in schools. The results show that improving teachers' knowledge and skills is key to overcoming these challenges. Teachers need to be able to apply developmentally appropriate methods and media in the industrial 5.0 era. In addition, improving school infrastructure is also an important factor in overcoming barriers to integrating digital technology. In order to improve the quality and relevance of the learning experience, the solution proposed in this study is to improve teachers' knowledge and skills through training and professional development that focuses on the application of digital technology. In addition, it is necessary to improve school infrastructure to support the effective use of digital technology. With the implementation of these solutions, it is expected that MI/SD education can continue to innovate and adapt to current technological developments. This will ensure that students' learning experiences become more qualified and relevant to the demands of evolving times. Keywords: Digital technology, Learning, MI/SD, Industrial revolution 5.0.

Abstract

Efforts to instill good, noble behavior in children are character education in early childhood. The environment in which the child is located can be part of the child's character education. The family is the first environment for children so that parents and families have the responsibility to teach good attitudes to children. Children need guidance from adults, both parents and teachers. Character itself is defined as morals, manners, character or behavior that becomes a habit. Early age is a critical period in individual development so that character education is needed from an early age. Society 5.0 provides an example of how data can be used to mobilize and connect things, including solving social problems. In the era of society 5.0, humans are required to have more abilities in solving complex problems, being creative and thinking critically. This study aims to find out and provide an overview that moral and religious education is very important for children in facing the era of society 5.0. Educational transformation has developed rapidly, along with increasingly developing technology making systems, learning methods, technology and other things change including the character of students. Character education must also be built together by the family, school, and the environment. School is a place that is considered appropriate for the process of forming character education in students. The impact of social character education in the era of society 5.0 on the behavior of elementary school children is as explained that character education is a systematic intentional effort to develop virtues that have a positive impact on both the individual and the social environment and the process is not instantaneous, but through habituation efforts. In preparing for the challenges of the society 5.0 era, the educational curriculum design mentions several substantive points, namely character education, having the ability to think critically and innovatively, and being able to apply technology in the era of society 5.0. seeing how technological developments can affect a person's life, it is necessary to cultivate character, especially in early childhood. Regarding how the education of the moral characteristics of children in that era, this article will contain "Analysis of the educational moral characteristics of elementary school-aged children in the era of society 5.0".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of tiktok social media on the learning achievement of students in grade V in the Indonesian Language subject at MI Islamiyah Perguruan Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is pre-experimental designs with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The sample in this study was 24 grade V students. The data validity technique uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses normality tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the pre-test data that have not used tiktok social media as a learning medium obtained an average of 37.50. While the post-test data after implementing tiktok social media as a learning medium obtained an average of 82.92, it can be seen that student learning achievement is higher after implementing tiktok social media than the learning achievement of students who have not implemented tiktok social media. The results of the research and data analysis were obtained using the paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS for windows version 25 with a significant value of 5%, namely 0.000 <0.05. Because the significant value is less than 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence of tiktok social media on student learning achievement in the Indonesian language subject of class V MI Islamiyah Perguruan Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the online game Free Fire on the learning interest of fourth-grade students in the Indonesian language subject at MI Islamiyah Perguruan Palembang. The research uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto design. The sample consisted of 28 students. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show a significant influence between the intensity of playing online games and students’ learning interest. A significance value of 0.015 (<0.05) indicates that the online game Free Fire contributes 20.8% to learning interest. Students who play games excessively experience decreased focus, motivation, and activeness in participating in learning activities. The study concludes that collaboration between teachers and parents is needed in regulating students’ gaming duration so that it does not interfere with the academic process.
