Abstract

The PPM program carried out by a team of lecturers and students at the Adi Buana PGRI Graduate School, Surabaya, has had a positive impact on MSME actors in Banjarsari Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency in dealing with the current uncertain situation. So that MSME actors can anticipate situations that occur for the existence of MSME businesses. The PPM program began in the post-pandemic period for MSMEs in Banjarsari Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency to anticipate uncertain business situations, a strategy was needed that was able to enable MSMEs to anticipate uncertain economic conditions. Uncertainties like today (and for who knows how long) make it difficult for many MSMEs, so they need to review and reformulate their strategic plans. The ability of MSMEs to deal with uncertain economic situations and conditions keeps MSMEs running well. The method for implementing the PPM program is carried out in several stages, namely: counseling, mentoring, and evaluation of implementation. Activities that can be carried out to improve the ability to implement the strategy are: 1). Innovation; 2). Collaboration ; 3). Experience; 4). Infrastructure Modernization; 5). Success of Operational Process; 6).Information and Insights.

Abstract

The calculation and recovery of production costs is greatlypinfluenced by the application of the method. As a result, production costs will show the actual value. This research was conducted at MSMEs in Sidoarjo, especially those engaged in pecel seasoning processing. This study aims to analyze the method of determining the cost of goods sold and cost allocation applied by MSMEs in Sidoarjo by calculating production costs according to the full costingrmethod. The type of4data used is qualitativeydata presented in descriptive or description form and quantitativerdata presented in numerical form. The source of data is primarysdata obtained from interviewszconducted with pecel seasoning business managers in Sidoarjo and secondary data derived from literaturepstudies and other publications that support the writing of this research. The results explain that the full costing method is suitable for analyzing production costs because it includes all general costs, fixed costs, and variable costs in the production9process.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the potential and business development model of Magic Water as part of the growing healthy beverage industry, in line with increasing public awareness of a more health-oriented modern lifestyle. The study was conducted through market data analysis from official international reports, literature studies, and a review of relevant natural beverage product development strategies. The results of the study show that global demand for functional and health drinks is experiencing stable growth, as reflected in market value projections for 2030 and 2033. These findings show that innovation based on natural ingredients, branding power, and digital marketing strategies are key determinants in increasing the competitiveness of Magic Water products in domestic and international markets. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating product uniqueness, health trends, and sustainable business approaches to ensure Magic Water can secure a strategic position and grow competitively amid the increasingly progressive dynamics of the global healthy beverage industry.
