Abstract

Literature review research on green marketing analysis: branding, positioning and environmentally friendly products is a scientific literature article in the scope of marketing management science. The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of marketing management. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this study and is sourced from academic online media such as the Scopus Emerald Journal, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Branding has an effect on green marketing; 2) Positioning has an effect on green marketing; and 3) Environmentally friendly products have an effect on green marketing.

Abstract

Articles can make a significant contribution to the economic literature and public policy, as well as provide practical guidance for policymakers and stakeholders in their efforts to improve economic growth through logistics and free trade strategies. The research method applied in this scientific article is a structured literature review. Relevant scientific articles are selected, identified, and evaluated during the literature review process. The determination of the scope of the study was carried out using the PICO (population/problem, intervention, comparison) framework, which provides a score to set the study limits. A collection of relevant scientific articles is selected, identified, and reviewed during a literature review. The results of this article state that existing logistics infrastructure plays an important role in improving logistics performance, which ultimately has an impact on increasing sea trade and higher economic growth. Cooperation with customs and excise authorities in the supply chain also increases trade opportunities and supports environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions through reduced waiting times and queues. The use of green energy sources and green practices in logistics operations not only reduces negative environmental and social impacts, but also improves financial performance through increased GDP per capita, trade openness, and greater global export opportunities.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO)-based marketing strategies on Umrah consumer decision-making in the digital era. FoMO as a psychological phenomenon that develops due to the use of social media has been shown to influence consumption behavior widely, including in the context of religious travel. Methodology/approach: The approach used in this study is qualitative with a literature study method, examining relevant research results from internationally reputable journals for the last five years. Previous research has shown that FoMO correlates positively with purchase intent, especially through temporary marketing content and the role of social media influencers. Results/findings: In the context of Umrah, a promotional strategy that emphasizes quota limitations, departure times, and testimonials from previous pilgrims is able to create a perception of urgency and emotional attachment of potential consumers. This study concludes that FoMO can be an important variable in crafting marketing strategies that are more effective and relevant to today's digital Muslim generation. Conclusion: FoMO significantly shapes consumer behavior in umrah travel, where urgency-based marketing and digital content enhance purchase intention. However, its application should be sensitively aligned with spiritual values and community togetherness, not merely emotional pressure. Limitations: Limited to only variables FOMO, Marketing Strategy, Promotion, Consumer, Umrah, Qualitative Studies with the results. Contribution: The contribution of this research lies in the integration of digital psychology perspectives, religious consumer behaviuor, and ethical marketing strategies, as well as providing direction for further research and practical implications for the Umrah travel service industry players.

Abstract

Implementation of Basic Cadet Leadership Training (LDKT) activities at the Nusantara Maritime Academy Banjarmasin Rengat can have a very positive impact, especially in growing and developing a spirit of leadership and independence among cadets. Abstract

Pelatihan kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi yang dilaksanakan untuk taruna Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, memperkuat fungsi manajerial, dan menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab dalam diri taruna. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai aspek, termasuk pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan strategis, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen konflik. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga menekankan pentingnya kerja sama tim, integritas, dan nilai-nilai maritim seperti disiplin dan keberanian. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi kepemimpinan dan manajerial taruna, serta kesadaran akan peran dan tanggung jawab mereka dalam organisasi. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, mempersiapkan taruna untuk menjadi pemimpin yang kompeten dan bertanggung jawab di masa depan. Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari pelatihan ini menjadi langkah penting untuk memastikan kontinuitas pengembangan kemampuan taruna ke depan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari sosialisasi dan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk memperkuat semangat persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa dalam rangka mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional pasca pandemi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kerjasama dan gotong royong dalam membangun kembali ekonomi Indonesia yang terdampak oleh krisis global. Melalui berbagai program edukatif dan informatif, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih memahami kebijakan pemerintah serta turut berpartisipasi aktif dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi seminar, workshop, dan kampanye media sosial yang menyasar berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Hasil dari sosialisasi dan penyuluhan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan sinergi antara pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan Indonesia yang lebih maju dan sejahtera.
