Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh prestasi kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawannya. Semakin bagus prestasi kerja karyawan, maka kontribusinya terhadap kemajuan perusahaan juga akan semakin besar. Karyawan yang berprestasi akan dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar Perusahaan dapat menentukan indikator yang sesuai sebagai ukuran kinerja sehigga dapat memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang mencapai target KPI serta mengevaluasi punishment bagi karyawan yang tidak mencapai target dan dampaknya bagi Perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua tim inti gudang yang berjumlah tujuh orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan alternatif jawaban menggunakan Skala Likert. Serta analisis data menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik korelasi berganda. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan ada pengaruh Reward and punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan gudang. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai mean variable sebesar 3,50 dari skala 4 dalam kategori setuju, artinya sebagian besar responden menyatakan bahwa efektifitas, kemandirian dan komitmen karyawan di bagian gudang PT. Victorindo Pratama Mandiri sudah baik (memenuhi harapan). Sedangkan untuk nilai standar devisiasinya menunjukkan nilai yang lebih kecil dari pada mean. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai mean dapat digunakan sebagai representasi dari keseluruhan data

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Membina Ekonomi Keluarga Sejahtera (Mekaar) program on increasing household income among communities in Binjai City, Indonesia. The research is motivated by the need to address limited access to micro-capital and entrepreneurship development among low-income families, especially women-led households. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through surveys from 150 respondents who had participated in the Mekaar program for at least one year. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results show that the Mekaar program has a positive and significant effect on income improvement, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.612. The variables of microcredit, group mentoring, and entrepreneurship training all contributed significantly, with financing having the highest influence (β = 0.412, p < 0.05). These findings confirm the research hypothesis and indicate that a well-integrated microfinance program can substantially enhance the economic capacity of underprivileged communities. The study supports existing literature on community-based economic empowerment and contributes to the evaluation of microfinance programs in urban areas. Practically, this research offers recommendations for strengthening mentoring quality and the sustainability of business training. Academically, it provides empirical support for the role of microfinance in local economic development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Augmented Reality (AR) features on user satisfaction in online transportation services and to examine the mediating role of customer value among users in Medan City. A quantitative survey approach was employed in this study. The sample consisted of 120 active users of online transportation services in Medan City, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel mediation test. The findings reveal that AR features have a positive and significant effect on customer value and user satisfaction. Customer value also has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction and is proven to partially mediate the relationship between AR features and user satisfaction. These results indicate that the implementation of AR features enhances user satisfaction primarily through increased perceived customer value. The regression coefficients show that AR features (X₁) have a value of 0.328, while customer value (X₂) has a value of 0.415, suggesting that both variables play an important role in shaping user satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.587 indicates that the research model has a relatively strong explanatory power. This study is limited to Medan City and a relatively small sample size, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research is recommended to expand the study area and include additional variables such as trust and user experience to enrich the research model.
