The role of social institutions in communication skills training at the Rehabilitation Social Institution for Women with Social Disabilities in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency, uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive level of explanation. The results showed that the role of social institutions in communication skills training at the Indralaya Women's Rehabilitation Social Institution, Ogan Ilir Regency, had been implemented quite well, but there were still some obstacles that occurred in the field. Obstacles to the Social Rehabilitation of Women with Disability Social Institutions are delays in disbursement of funds for the first quarter, thus hampering all activities from training costs, meals to studying. The Indralaya Women's Rehabilitation Social Institution for Social Rehabilitation really must be monitored by the coaches. Based on the dimensions of clarity of purpose, there are still problems. One of the obstacles is the lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure in dormitories and study rooms at the Indralaya Women's Rehabilitation Social Center. The lack of adequate facilities in the communication skills training class has forced the orphanage coach to deal with it by using equipment and classes in rotation.

Leadership value training and the processes that must be passed by someone to become a leader have undergone many shifts. The evolution of thoughts and social life that continues to grow has made the modern human paradigm change in viewing the concept of leadership. Participative leadership style, leadership in organizational change and how to make the right decision. Before holding a negotiation, you must first review the theme of the negotiation so that the negotiation process runs smoothly and there is no shortage of ideas to provide solutions. To make it easier to study the negotiation theme, use the 5W+1H formula and answer the possibilities of the formula. After this training, it is hoped that the administrators of the S-1 STISIPOL Candradimuka students will have and demonstrate leadership behavior skills and are good at negotiating who are ready to take on challenges and can inspire students in the school environment.

Empowerment of MSMEs (Small and Medium Micro Enterprises) Through the Program of mothers in sports villages. This assistance examines how the Empowerment of MSMEs (Small and Medium Micro Enterprises) in customer retention marketing of oyek products in sukamulia village. Thembuatan of oyek products is carried out assistance with mothers. Meanwhile, oyek products are processed products produced by housewives. In this assistance, it is expected to have an impact and improve the economy of mothers in marketing oyek products. to describe or explain about oyek products, namely empowering MSMEs (Small and Medium Micro Enterprises) through the Program to Build a Prosperous Family Economy in Sukamulia Village of Banyuasin Regency. Based on the results of the assistance, it was found that the Empowerment of MSMEs (Small and Medium Micro Enterprises) through the Program to Foster a Prosperous Family Economy in sukamulia was found in the field that has been disclosed by the community, especially pre-welfare mothers in Sukamulia Village, satisfied with the mentoring program that took place about 3 months ago in April. 2020. Mentoring program is considered able to provide business and capital assistance to them or MSME actors, especially pre-welfare mothers in marketing oyek products.The existence of oyek product management assistance proved to get a place in the hearts of the community, because the community felt that this mentoring program brought good effects and could be felt by every individual who participated in its development through the mentoring program, because until the end of April 2021 there were already 85 more oyek product outlets managed by pre-country mothers after the end of April 2021. Follow the development of oyek products by using customer retention marketing strategies.

Abstract Social media has become an arena for throwing issues at each other until in the end people are bombarded with various information whose source and truth are unclear. The lack of awareness of creating comfort and peace for the community through the use of healthy information prompted the birth of this community service program. The youth of RT 1 Kelurahan Mokoau as the target of the activity should be able to become the driving force of information democracy but in fact the understanding in consuming and disseminating information as well as the ability to select and produce quality information is still limited. The lack of ethics in social media encourages the birth of hoax news, hate speech and bullying which is currently happening a lot. Through this partnership-oriented service activity, it will be a solution to this problem. This solution is carried out through training activities to form partners' understanding and knowledge of the use of social media. After the training activities, there has been a change in partners' understanding and ability to recognize and identify social media content that contains hoaxes, hate speech and bullying. Awareness in controlling the use of social media in terms of updates, shares and likes on social media is starting to grow. Apart from being documented on video, this activity has also been published in online news media. Through this PKM program, a healthy youth social movement using social media was born as a form of responsibility in minimizing the occurrence of misuse of information in society with the Instagram account @antihoaxandhatespeech and Facebook @antiHoax Bullying.

Community service in its implementation cannot be separated from the two other parts, namely Education and Teaching and Research. This community service was motivated by activities in Sei Lais Village, Kalidoni District, Palembang City. After conducting a survey in Sei Lais Village, Kalidoni District, RT 12 and RT 13 identified problems regarding waste management. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to reduce the amount of waste piled up. The right way is to run a waste management program with the "3R" pattern (reduce, reuse, recycle) in Sei Lais Village, Kalidoni District, Palembang City. The aim of this outreach is to provide additional information, increase public knowledge, and mobilize the behavior of the Sei Lais Village community to carry out waste management using the "3R" pattern in their respective homes. The method used is a coordination and implementation education at the activity location with several examples of items resulting from waste management using the "3R" pattern. The outreach activities went according to expectations, because they were supported by the seriousness of sub-district officials who encouraged their residents to take part in these outreach activities, the community was aware of the importance of the information provided, the community was interested in waste management using the "3R" pattern. The results of the outreach that had been carried out concluded that the community in Sei Lais Village did not yet know about "3R" waste management, because there had never been any education about this matter. Therefore, the community is very enthusiastic about the outreach material presented and will apply it at home.

Communication skills training activities were carried out at the Indralaya Social Rehabilitation Center for Socially Disabled Women, Ogan Ilir Regency. The participants in the activity were all clients and this activity was supported by the institution. The training method used was socialization with several stages including the preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation and follow-up. Communication training for women at the Social Rehabilitation Center for Socially Disabled Women had a major influence on improving participants' communication skills, both verbally and non-verbally, by combining theoretical and practical approaches. This program plays a role in building clients' self-confidence in conveying ideas and strengthening clients' social abilities in interacting with their social environment.
