Abstract

This research is entitled Effectiveness of Employee Performance at UPTD Pasar Betung, Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of UPTD Pasar Betung employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as employees at the Betung Market, Banyuasin Regency. This research is a qualitative research, while the approach in this research is a case study which will explain the effectiveness of the Employee Performance of UPTD Pasar Betung, Banyuasin Regency. This study uses interview and documentation techniques as a means of collecting data. In this case, the interviewed informants were the Head of Market Management Service, Head of UPTD, Market Staff and UPTD Market, Visitors and Market Traders. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done previously, it is concluded that the Performance Effectiveness of the UPTD Pasar Betung which still experiences many problems, especially from internal employees such as lack of quality of employee performance on the work assigned, causes of employee timeliness and lack of employee responsibility in carrying out Duty.

Abstract

This reseach aims to examine service quality of Kalidoni urban village Office, Palembang City, the supporting and inhibiting factors of service at Kalidoni village office, Palembang City. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive level of explanation. Data or information is collected through informant interviews. The results showed that based on the Tangible dimension (physical evidence), the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the convenience of services such as waiting rooms, parking lots, toilets, prayer rooms, suggestion boxes, and service counters at Kalidoni village office, Palembang City Based on the dimension of reliability, service procedures are a little indifferent due to improper turnaround time. Based on the dimension of Responsiveness, officers do not give a positive response to community complaints, and there is no follow-up to the criticisms and suggestions submitted. Based on the dimension of Assurance, there is still a delay in the process of completing the services provided that are not in accordance with the existing standard operating procedures because there are still people who do not complete the required requirements, so they are required to complete these requirements to be able to continue the procedure. Empathy dimension (Empathy), the lack of attention given by the officers and the lack of hospitality received by the community are complaints that are often raised by the public.

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the implementation of information services for coronavirus disease 19 in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The conclusions of this study are as follows (1). Planning for information services for the corona virus 19 in OKU Regency is going well, the purpose of this policy is to find out information about this covid19, in the context of preventing and reducing the impact of transmission, according to the Information Commission Circular (SE) Regulation No: 02 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Public Information Services in Public Health Emergency Due to Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid19). (2). There are 13 organizations with indicators of staffing implementation, organizational structure and division of labor for human resources in the 19 corona disease information service in OKU Regency. (3). The amount of Deployment for reporting COVID-19 cases in OKU Regency, which can be done on the official portal, at Diskominfo and on the official OKU Regency government portal, but the existing mechanism is compiled from the health office through the Ogan Puskesmas Komering Ulu Regency. The implementation provides information on immunization achievements in OKU District, in general there is already a COVID 19 task force in OKU District, but the OKU District information and communication service always provides information regarding vaccination achievements through the official website and social media owned by Diskominfo. in the form of information provided by the public, such as information services that can be accessed through the official website of Diskominfo OKU. (Ogan Komering Ulu). The monitoring measure for the monitoring stage is the existence of internal and external monitoring at the OKU District Communication and Information Office.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Implementation of Policies on Procedures and Requirements for Requesting Criminal Investigations at the Crime Scene and the Criminalistics Laboratory for Evidence to the Bidlabfor Polda Sumsel. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on the type of quantitative data and qualitative data while based on the source is primary data and secondary data. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were 1) the Forensic Laboratory of the South Sumatra Police (Subbarenmin as examiner of administrative requirements and sub-bid/investigator as examiner of technical requirements for evidence; 2) the Criminal Case Investigation Team for the service area of ​​Bidlabfor Polda Sumsel (South Sumatra Police, Lampung Police, Polda Jambi, Bengkulu Regional Police and Babel Islands Regional Police). Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Policies on Procedures and Requirements for Requesting Criminal Investigations at the Crime Scene and the Criminalistic Evidence Laboratories for the Police Forensic Laboratory at the Regional Police of South Sumatra has been carried out in accordance with the procedures and provisions that apply in the Indonesian National Police Perkap No. 10 of 2009.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Recruitment of Emergency Installation Employees during the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic at the Bayung Lencir Regional General Hospital. by using a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses an instrument consisting of interviews with research informants, observations and literature studies. The data used in this study consisted of qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed through the following stages: sorting, analysis/discussion, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it is known that employee recruitment is seen from the stages of submitting additional proposals, it is known that the process of finding job information has obstacles in the form of difficulty in coordination in order to search for job information carried out by team members, this condition is because during the pandemic must comply with health protocols and remote coordination with team members running wfh was a bit of a problem. The selection of the recruitment method is done by online interview, this method still has problems where if the network conditions are not stable then the interview process is hampered. Approval of proposals is carried out at a selection team meeting and decisions are taken jointly by looking at the conditions and types of positions needed for the procurement of employee recruitment. Judging from the selection stages of prospective employees, it is known that the administrative selection process contains requirements that have been announced to prospective applicants. The implementation of employee selection has been carried out in accordance with the recruitment procedures that have been determined. At this stage it is felt that there are still weaknesses where the selection team cannot see directly the competence of employees, if the network is in an unstable condition, interviews are conducted intermittently. Remote interviews or online interviews using an internet connection experience power outages, both experienced by hospital interviewers and prospective employees. In addition, the internet connectivity owned by prospective employees is often not as good as the connection at the hospital so that it can reduce the effectiveness of conducting interviews. Judging from the stages of employee acceptance, it is known that it has been running according to the implementation guidelines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate strategic planning of the rehabilitation program for persons with sensory disabilities in South Sumatra Province. The research method used is research with a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis with the TOWS matrix tool. The results of this study indicate that the strategic options that can be developed in the rehabilitation program for persons with sensory disabilities in South Sumatra Province are improving the quality of entrepreneurship training, applying for business assistance to the government such as applying for assistance from Joint Business Groups (KUBE) and Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP), improving the quality of disability education, as well as increasing training or business skills. The influencing factors are government support, budget, and the role of family and community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Quality of Services for The Disabled and Elderly in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Banyuasin Regency. The results of the study revealed that the Quality of Services for The Disabled and Elderly in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Banyuasin Regency was good. This can be seen based on the Analysis of Service Quality for The Disabled and Elderly in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Banyuasin Regency which includes the dimensions and indicators used are: Tangibles / physical products ; Reliability ; Responsiveness ; Assurance ; Empathy all of which are of good quality. It is necessary to make efforts to further improve socialization to rural communities about the importance of population documents and the requirements for handling population documents, so that more and more people with disabilities and the elderly understand and understand the importance of having a population document, because now almost all institutions use population documents as a tool for approval; Optimization of facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of public services at the Banyuasin Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, such as optimizing the use of signs, as well as optimizing facilities and infrastructure for queuing; Increasing access to population administration services for all communities in Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of forest and garden fires on the distribution of com-munity’s income in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research shows that: (1) There is a social impact caused by Forest and Garden Fires on the people in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The thick smoke caused people to stay at home and were not able to carry out activities outdoors. Forest and garden fires also impacted the tradition of menganyam purun because the raw mate-rials are hard to find. The crime rate has increased because of the limited options on employy-ment, so people needed to make ends meet in any way possible, including by committing to theft and other crime acts. (2). On the dimension of economic impact, the forest fires lowered the field of jobs. In addition, the large scale of the forest fires in OKI District hindered the commu-nity from conducting economic transactions. Forest fires also cause a reduction in garden yields and agricultural activities. The smoke caused by burning forests prevents people from working in their fields and gardens. In addition, forest fires cause plants to wilt because they did not get enough sunlight.

Abstract

This well-known Watervang Tourism Object is visited by many tourists. This Watervang tourist attraction is suitable for families, children, as well as young people to relax, fill holidays, or enjoy weekends. Facilities that are continuously equipped and perfected by the management, increase the interest of tourists to enjoy the charm of these tourist objects. According to (lubuklinggaukota.go.id) Tourist attractions in Lubuklinggau City are currently experiencing very good development, as evidenced by the large number of tourists arriving at the tourist attraction. Watervang. This cannot be separated from the announcement of Sebiduk Semare City in the "Let's Ngelong to Lubuklinggau 22:2:22" program. The issues addressed in this research involve insufficient financial allocation for the enhancement of water van tourism sites and a deficit in community engagement regarding the oversight of existing tourism assets. The study reveals that, on the whole, the implementation of the Watervang Tourism Object Development Policy in Lubuk Linggau City has been carried out competently. However, challenges persist in its execution, notably the inadequacy of funds for the development of watervang tourism sites and the limited involvement of the community in managing the available tourism resources.

Abstract

Community service in its implementation cannot be separated from the two other parts, namely Education and Teaching and Research. This community service was motivated by activities in Sei Lais Village, Kalidoni District, Palembang City. After conducting a survey in Sei Lais Village, Kalidoni District, RT 12 and RT 13 identified problems regarding waste management. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to reduce the amount of waste piled up. The right way is to run a waste management program with the "3R" pattern (reduce, reuse, recycle) in Sei Lais Village, Kalidoni District, Palembang City. The aim of this outreach is to provide additional information, increase public knowledge, and mobilize the behavior of the Sei Lais Village community to carry out waste management using the "3R" pattern in their respective homes. The method used is a coordination and implementation education at the activity location with several examples of items resulting from waste management using the "3R" pattern. The outreach activities went according to expectations, because they were supported by the seriousness of sub-district officials who encouraged their residents to take part in these outreach activities, the community was aware of the importance of the information provided, the community was interested in waste management using the "3R" pattern. The results of the outreach that had been carried out concluded that the community in Sei Lais Village did not yet know about "3R" waste management, because there had never been any education about this matter. Therefore, the community is very enthusiastic about the outreach material presented and will apply it at home.
