Abstract

This service program is a responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the environment of an area through cleaning day activities in the Takkalasi exodus of Barru district, this activity was followed and carried out by participants of Thematic KKN Makassar State University faculties of mathematics and natural sciences supported by the local community. This environmental cleaning effort wants to build public awareness of the need for environmental cleanliness, especially where they live. This service will be carried out from July to August 2023 at Takkalasi Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency. The result obtained from this activity is that the environment around the Takkalasi sub-district area becomes cleaner, healthier and more friendly. The target of this activity starts from around the post area then the area of mosques and around community houses. This activity aims to make the public aware of the importance of environmental hygiene.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini merupakan implementasi tanggung jawab untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan suatu wilayah melalui kegiatan cleaning day di keluarahan Takkalasi kabupaten Barru, kegiatan ini diikuti dan dilaksanakan oleh tim KKN Tematik, FMIPA UNM didukung oleh Masyarakat setempat. Upaya pembersihan lingkungan ini berupaya membangun kesadaran Masyarakat akan perlunya kebersihan lingkungan terutama tempat wilayah mereka tinggal. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai bulan Agustus tahun 2023 yang bertempat di Kelurahan Takkalasi, Kecamatan Balusu, Kabupaten Barru. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu lingkungan sekitar wilayah kelurahan Takkalasi menjadi lebih bersih, lebih sehat, dan lebih ramah. Target dari kegiatan ini dimulai dari sekitaran wilayah posko KKNT kemudian wilayah masjid dan sekitaran rumah-rumah Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat terkait kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

This article was written based on research that the researcher conducted with the aim of identifying the forms of formative assessment implementation that can promote meaningful learning in Indonesian language subjects. This research is very important to conduct because the implementation of formative assessment that can encourage meaningful learning for students is not only oriented toward determining students' learning progress, but also creating a lasting impression on students when participating in formative assessment and being effective in helping students understand the learning material. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted in Class III-B of SDN 024 Tarakan, involving the homeroom teacher as the main research subject and two students selected through random sampling as supporting research subjects. The researcher collected research data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and implemented source and technique triangulation to ensure that the data obtained and presented were credible and objective. Based on the research findings, it was found that the main research subject had implemented formative assessment in promoting meaningful learning in Indonesian language subjects. This was actualized through the contextual implementation of formative assessment, active student participation, and integration across disciplines, so that formative assessment could effectively facilitate students in understanding learning materials, recognizing the implementation of learning materials in everyday life, and reconstructing students’ deficiencies during the learning process.
