Abstract

There are several methods in nursing in providing care, one of the methods of his team. The team's method is applied by using a team of nurses who work heterogeneous, consisting of nurses propesional, and additional nurses to provide nursing care to a group of patients. According to the results of interviews with nurse researcher Dr. interne space RSAM Ahmad Mochtar Bukittinggi, Pre and conferences conducted with less than maximum conference, pre and post done not in accordance with the rules of the pre and post konferensi.Hal that affect nursing care given by nurses. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the pre and post nursing conference with the implementation of nursing care in inpatient hospital interne Dr Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Year 2015. The study was conducted on 13 to 1 August 2015 with a descriptive correlation design. The number of samples in this study were 31 teams of nurses with a total sampling sampling techniques, the instrument uses the observation sheet. From the analysis results obtained value of p = 0.01 (p <0.05), which showed a significant relationship between the pre-conference with the implementation of nursing care with OR = 12.80. There is a relationship between pre-conference with the implementation of nursing care with 12,800.Dari opportunities analysis results obtained value of p = 0.013 (p <0.05), which showed a significant relationship between post-conference with the implementation of nursing care with OR = 20 o'clock there is a relationship between post conference with the implementation of nursing care at the hospital is expected 20,00.untuk opportunity to follow standard operating procedures in providing nursing care

Abstract

Masalah seks masih dianggap tabu dikalangan masyrakat untuk dibicarakan didepan anak-anak apalagi untuk mengajarkannya, sehingga anak cenderung beresiko terhadap kekerasan seksual. Kejadian kekerasan seksual pada anak di Indonesia cenderung mengalami peningkatan, dimana pada tahun 2016 tercatat sebanyak 2676 kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak dan meningkat menjadi 2898 sepanjang Januari-Juli 2017, sedangkan di Simalanggang tercatat sebanyak 393 kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak sepanjang 2016-2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pendidikan seksual terhadap kejadian kekerasan seksual di SDN 04 Balai Rupih Simalanggang Payakumbuh Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini Quasy Eksperimen dengan pendekatan Pretest-posttes one grup Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan besar sampel 64 orang. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian penunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kejadian kekerasan seksual sebelum intervensi adalah 13,00 dan setelah intervensi adalah 12,06. Ada perbedaan rerata penurunan kejadian kekerasan seksual sebelum intervensi 13,00 dan sesudah intervensi menurun menjadi 12,00. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seksual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian kekerasan seksual pada anak SDN 04 Balai Rupih Simalanggang (p = 0,000). Diharapkan kepada semua pihak, terutama orang tua dan guru dapat selalu memberikan pendidikan seksual sedini mungkin kepada anak, agar anak mampu mengetahui dan menghindari resiko kejadian kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Posyandu is one form of community-based health effort managed jointly the health development as an effort to get basic health services for the.Lack of support from family, the cadres and capital work affect a visit to posyandu.The purpose of this research is to find the, family support the cadres and capital work for the child mother brought to the posyandu.This study was conducted in january 2019, with the design cross sectional, and population of the research is all the mothers with children under five were 76. peopleThe sample in a simple. random samplingThe analysis univariat shows that most visit the child to the posyandu good category ( 65.8 % ), more than child separoh mother supported the poor ( 52.6 % ), the role of kaders kategiri less active ( 53.9 % ) and more than separoh mother working visit to the posyandu ( 56.6 % ).
