Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan kausalitas antara program MSIB dan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Bisnis Digital di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan industri digital yang kompetitif. Dalam konteks perubahan cepat dan kompleksitas industri digital, penting untuk memahami sejauh mana program pendidikan seperti MSIB dapat mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk berhasil di dunia kerja. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik quota sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data yang representatif dari subjek penelitian, yaitu mahasiswa Bisnis Digital UPI angkatan 2019-2021 yang terlibat atau telah menyelesaikan program MSIB. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, seperti kualitas pengalaman MSIB, efikasi diri, soft skill, dan kesesuaian jurusan, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya aspek-aspek tersebut dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Bisnis Digital, yang tidak hanya mencakup pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kemampuan interpersonal, kepercayaan diri, dan kesesuaian dengan bidang studi yang dipilih. Analisis ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengambilankeputusan kebijakan di masa depan terkait dengan program studi Bisnis Digital di UPI. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, lembaga pendidikan dapat mengadaptasi kurikulum dan strategi pengajaran untuk lebih efektif mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tuntutan industri yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan persiapan mahasiswa dengan memperhatikan temuan dari penelitian ini dan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar kerja digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Learning is the process of learning to solve problems with experience and practice. This means that the purpose of learning activities is how to solve problems properly and quickly, both concerning knowledge, skills and attitudes, even covering all aspects of personality. One example is the BMKM (Bimbingan Membaca Kitab Kuning Mandiri) di Pondok Pesantren Darussholah Pakong Modung Bangkalan. The process of learning to teach the yellow book is certain to occur in the world of education, in the delivery of the teaching and learning process the application of the method can vary. One of the important methods found in every pesantren is problem solving. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach. With this type of case study. According to Moleong, naturalistic phenomenology means understanding events in relation to people in certain situations, where researchers seek to understand the meaning of a phenomenon. Meanwhile, according to Robert K.Yin, case studies are an empirical inquiry that investigates phenomena in real life contexts, the boundaries between phenomena and contexts are not clearly visible and multiple sources of evidence are used.

Abstract

The medical and social issues surrounding hymenoplasty, a procedure aimed at restoring the hymen, have sparked controversy, particularly within Muslim communities. This practice is often driven by social and aesthetic pressures, with the hymen being viewed as a symbol of a woman's purity and morality. However, the procedure raises complex ethical dilemmas, both medically and socially, that require thorough examination within the context of Islamic law. This study aims to explore the controversy surrounding hymenoplasty from the perspective of Islamic law, with a focus on applying the principle of Saddu Al-Dhara’i as a tool to assess the legitimacy of this practice. The research employs a qualitative approach with a literature review, analyzing relevant texts to explore Islamic viewpoints on the issue. The findings indicate that Islamic law views hymenoplasty as a practice that can lead to misuse, particularly if it is used to conceal behavior contrary to Islamic moral values, such as adultery. Through the principle of Saddu Al-Dhara’i, this procedure can be seen as an action that should be limited in order to prevent greater harm to individuals and society. The study also highlights the importance of integrating this issue into Islamic education to provide a deeper understanding of Sharia values in everyday life. Thus, this research contributes to the formation of a contextual perspective in Islamic education, which combines legal, social, and ethical aspects.
