Abstract

Kemitraan adalah bentuk-bentuk kerjasama antara usaha kecil dengan usaha menengah atau usaha besar. Dalam pelaksanaan kemitraan terdapat kendala serta manfaat kemitraan bagi petani hortikultura. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pola kemitraan antara PT. Kreasi Nostra Mandiri (Sayurbox) dengan Petani Sayuran di Kabupaten Cianjur, kendala dalam kemitraan dan manfaat kemitraan yang didapatkan oleh petani sayuran di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT Kreasi Nostra Mandiri (Sayurbox) mulai bulan Maret hingga Juni 2023. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjalin antara PT. Kreasi Nostra Mandiri (Sayurbox) dengan Petani Sayuran di Kabupaten Cianjur adalah Pola Inti Plasma. Kendala dalam kemitraan petani sayuran dengan Sayurbox diantaranya : (1) tidak memiliki akses terhadap modal perbankan, (2) Pengetahuan petani tentang perbankan terbatas dan (3) Informasi kerjasama tidak tersebar luas, (4) Komitmen dan kesadaran petani terhadap mutu yang masih kurang, (5) Memilih pedagang pengumpul sebagai sumber dana pada keadaan mendesak dan (6) Lemahnya posisi petani karena kurangnya kemampuan manajerial dan wawasan kewirausahaan. Manfaat kemitraan yang diperoleh petani adalah manfaat ekonomi, teknis dan sosial

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum can be considered as an option that exists to solve the problem of learning loss factors from online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  This study aims to determine educational problems in urban schools that have implemented the Merdeka Curriculum.  The method that the researchers used was the observation method, as well as interviews for teachers and questionnaires for students.  Based on research conducted, there are educational problems in learning using the Merdeka Curriculum in urban schools that are experienced by students, including lack of focus, low literacy skills, unable to collaborate with friends, and unable to manage time properly.  Suggestions that can be given for problems that occur include the teacher being able to hold ice breaking so that students can switch for a while from cellphones, use media and learning methods that are more interesting, students learn more deeply independently and learn to manage time.  Some students are still adjusting to the process and learning materials using the Independent Curriculum.  Therefore, the teacher's role is very important in helping students to guide and explain the material.

Abstract

Researchers in conducting research at Saddhapala Jaya Kindergarten because children's creativity is lacking and still low, this is evidenced by the researcher's direct observation of children's activities during the learning process in the classroom. Canva as an effective learning media is applied at Saddhapala Jaya Kindergarten which is used in learning activities with the aim of exploring children's creativity in mastering certain competencies and shaping children's attitudes. This research uses the Research & Development research type with the ADDIE Development model which stands for Analysis, Design, Development or Production, implementation or Delivery and evaluations. Based on the results of the material test got a percentage of 90% with a very good description. The average pretest percentage was 62.5 and the average post test was 92.5. So that the use of canva media has a good impact on the creativity of students at Saddhapala Jaya Kindergarten.   Keywords: canva application, creativity, media
