Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a crime that has gained significant public concern in Indonesia, as cases have become an escalating emergency with annual increases. Children, who should ideally receive affection and protection from families and society, are frequently victims of sexual violence. This vulnerability is driven by various factors, including an inability to protect themselves, a lack of sexual education, media influence, and complex social dynamics. Victims often suffer from psychological trauma, declining academic performance, and mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. This community service activity at SMP Negeri 1 Konawe Selatan serves as a preventive measure to help students understand the importance of body autonomy. The activity employed a qualitative-descriptive method, emphasizing an actual and systematic socialization process. During the face-to-face implementation phase, students were equipped with the ability to identify private body areas, the courage to assertively say "NO" when feeling uncomfortable, skepticism toward invitations from strangers, and caution in using social media.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah yang berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia dan harus dipandang bukan hanya dari sisi kesehatan, tetapi juga sebagai pelanggaran hak anak. Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Perpres Nomor 72 Tahun 2021 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting sebagai dasar hukum nasional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Morome, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman hukum masyarakat, membentuk kelembagaan desa, serta mengintegrasikan regulasi nasional ke dalam dokumen perencanaan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis-empiris dengan model Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mulai memahami stunting sebagai persoalan hak anak, Desa Morome membentuk Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS) melalui SK Kepala Desa, program stunting terintegrasi dalam RPJMDes dan APBDes, serta musyawarah desa tematik dijadikan forum akuntabilitas publik. Kesimpulannya, penanganan stunting harus dipahami sebagai tanggung jawab hukum negara yang harus dijalankan hingga ke tingkat desa. Desa Morome dapat menjadi contoh bagaimana regulasi nasional diimplementasikan di tingkat lokal melalui literasi hukum, penguatan kelembagaan, dan partisipasi masyarakat

Abstract

Drug abuse is a legal and social problem that can have serious impacts on security, health, and public order. This condition demands an active role from law enforcement officers, particularly the Narcotics Investigation Unit, in efforts to combat drug abuse. This study aims to analyze the role of the South Konawe Police Narcotics Investigation Unit in combating drug abuse and identify obstacles faced in carrying out this task. This study uses an empirical legal research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation related to the implementation of the South Konawe Police Narcotics Investigation Unit's duties. The results show that the South Konawe Police Narcotics Investigation Unit plays a crucial role in combating drug abuse through preemptive, preventive, and repressive efforts. Preemptive efforts are carried out through providing education and outreach to the community regarding the dangers of narcotics, while preventive efforts are carried out through monitoring areas considered vulnerable, patrol activities, and cooperation with various parties. Meanwhile, repressive efforts are carried out through investigations, inquiries, arrests, searches, confiscation of evidence, and legal proceedings against perpetrators of narcotics crimes. In its implementation, several obstacles remain, including limited human resources, facilities and infrastructure, the vastness of the jurisdiction, and the still low awareness of some members of the public to participate in eradicating narcotics abuse. Therefore, it is necessary to increase personnel capacity, support facilities and infrastructure, and strengthen synergy between the police, local governments, related institutions, and the community so that the eradication of narcotics abuse in the jurisdiction of the South Konawe Police can be implemented more optimally.
