Abstract

Studi penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan terhadap reputasi perusahaan AMDK (Air Minum Dalam Kemasan) di Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan mix methods, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dari data survei dengan analisis kualitatif dari wawancara. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan wawasan yang berharga mengenai hubungan antara CSR, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan reputasi perusahaan, sehingga dapat membantu organisasi dalam meningkatkan strategi manajemen reputasi mereka. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman akademis dan praktis mengenai CSR dan manajemen reputasi dalam konteks Perusahaan AMDK di Sukabumi. Dengan mengkaji dampak dari inisiatif CSR dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan terhadap reputasi perusahaan, penelitian ini menawarkan panduan yang berharga bagi perusahaan yang ingin memperkuat reputasi mereka dan membangun kepercayaan dari para pemangku kepentingan. Hasil dan rekomendasi yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini akan sangat menarik bagi para akademisi dan praktisi di bidang tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan manajemen reputasi.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of conflict management and internal communication on employee satisfaction within the creative industries in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 150 employees using a structured questionnaire featuring a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that effective conflict management significantly enhances employee satisfaction, with clear and consistent internal communication further amplifying this effect. Additionally, internal communication was found to moderate the relationship between conflict management and employee satisfaction, highlighting its critical role in fostering a positive work environment. These results suggest that fostering a harmonious work environment and promoting transparent communication channels are crucial for improving employee satisfaction in the creative sector. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationships between conflict management, internal communication, and employee satisfaction, offering valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers aiming to enhance organizational performance in the creative industries.

Abstract

This study examines the regulatory design of smart city governance in Indonesia through a normative legal approach, with a focus on balancing public safety, privacy, and civil liberties within the framework of administrative law. The rapid adoption of digital technologies—such as surveillance systems, big data analytics, and automated decision-making—has enhanced governmental capacity in delivering public services and maintaining security. However, these developments also raise significant legal challenges related to data protection, administrative discretion, and the potential infringement of fundamental rights. This research analyzes relevant legal frameworks, including constitutional provisions, administrative law principles, and sectoral regulations on digital governance and personal data protection. The findings reveal that Indonesia’s current regulatory framework is fragmented and lacks comprehensive integration, resulting in an imbalance that tends to prioritize public safety and administrative efficiency over privacy and civil liberties. The study identifies key challenges, including weak implementation of data protection principles, limited transparency in algorithmic governance, and inadequate oversight mechanisms. From an administrative law perspective, principles such as legality, proportionality, transparency, accountability, and legal certainty have not been fully operationalized in smart city policies. This study proposes a more integrated and principles-based regulatory model that harmonizes existing regulations, strengthens institutional coordination, and embeds human rights safeguards into digital governance. By aligning smart city development with the rule of law and constitutional values, the study contributes to the formulation of a balanced regulatory framework that supports technological innovation while protecting individual rights in Indonesia.
