Abstract

Wringinsongo Village is one of Polinema's partner villages. Wringinsongo Village is located in Tumpang District. There is a lot of potential in Wriginsongo Village, including potential, fishery plantations, agriculture, and water resources. The local government of Malang Regency through Wringin Songo Village reads the situation as an opportunity to improve the welfare of its citizens. So that currently the spring functions as water tourism called Sumberwringin Baths which is managed by the village government as an attractive natural recreation facility. Sumberwringin bathhouse is a potential bathhouse to be developed by Wringin Songo village, but this bath is still lacking in terms of lighting. The manager wants to install lighting around the baths by utilizing natural resources, namely sunlight. Therefore, training in the use of sunlight (PLTS) for lighting and training on the maintenance of solar power plant equipment is needed

Abstract

Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, pengembangan aplikasi Android untuk sistem poin tugas mengaji akan memberikan solusi yang inovatif dan praktis. Aplikasi ini akan memberikan fasilitas bagi pengajar untuk mencatat kemajuan setiap anak dalam menghafal dan memahami Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, orang tua asuh juga dapat mengakses informasi ini secara real-time, sehingga mereka dapat ikut terlibat dalam perkembangan pendidikan agama anak-anak mereka. Melalui penggunaan aplikasi ini, diharapkan akan lebih mudah untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang terstruktur, memberikan motivasi tambahan kepada anak-anak untuk belajar Al-Qur'an, dan menguatkan hubungan antara pengajar, anak-anak, serta orang tua asuh di Panti Asuhan Al-Husna. Dalam rangka menyebarluaskan inovasi ini, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul "Workshop Pembuatan dan Pelatihan Aplikasi Android Untuk Sistem Poin Tugas Mengaji untuk Panti Asuhan Al-Husna." Workshop ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan praktis kepada para pengajar dan pengelola panti asuhan mengenai cara pembuatan dan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut, sehingga mereka dapat memaksimalkan potensi teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama anak-anak di panti asuhan.

Abstract

Shallots are a key agricultural commodity in Indonesia, requiring careful water management for optimal growth. Excessive water can cause rot in shallot seedlings, while insufficient water leads to wilting and yellowing leaves, affecting crop quality. This research designs an IoT-based automatic monitoring and watering system to address these challenges. The system includes a soil moisture sensor, a DHT22 sensor for air temperature and humidity, an ESP32 microcontroller, a water pump, and a solar panel as its energy source, controllable via an Android application. The system maintains ideal soil moisture for each growth stage: 80-90% during germination, 60-70% for the vegetative stage, and 50-60% during the generative stage, with optimal air temperatures of 25-30°C. Real-time data from sensors are processed by the ESP32, which activates the water pump via a DC relay when soil moisture falls below the threshold. Testing shows the system operates continuously, with solar panels charging a VRLA battery daily to sustain nighttime operation. Battery voltage fluctuates between 12.5 V and 15.0 V, maintaining a charge above 12.0 V after sunset. To ensure reliability in extreme weather, the system employs waterproof enclosures for all components and uses sensors calibrated to maintain accuracy in saturated soils. An MPPT charge controller optimizes solar energy usage during low sunlight, while selected components operate in a wide temperature range, ensuring extreme heat or cold performance. This system improves water efficiency, reduces manual labor, and offers an environmentally friendly solution for shallot cultivation, particularly in remote areas without conventional power access. Its resilience to environmental challenges enhances productivity and supports sustainable agricultural practices.

Abstract

Integrated Primary Education (TK Kusuma Mulia) is a basic education activity that is organized by, for, and with the assistance of primary education officers. Therefore, TK Kusuma Mulia is a community-driven initiative in the field of basic education, with the village head as the responsible party. A.A. Gde Muninjaya (2002:169) states: "Basic education services are a form of integrated basic education services carried out in primary education. Currently, computers are tools used to process and create work reports, whether in the form of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint data. Up until now, TK Kusuma Mulia, located in the Sumberejo Badas Pare Village, Kediri Regency, still uses conventional manual typing machines for reporting, resulting in various limitations experienced by the TK in terms of administrative operations and data management."

Abstract

UMKM Jamu NGEJAMU ANG KEKINIAN menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan mempertahankan daya saing di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam memajukan sektor ekonomi lokal. Salah satu UMKM yang memiliki nilai budaya dan tradisional yang tinggi adalah UMKM Jamu NGEJAMU ANG KEKINIAN. Meskipun memiliki warisan khas, UMKM Jamu NGEJAMU ANG KEKINIAN perlu menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan mempertahankan daya saing di era modern. Teknologi mikrokontroller menawarkan solusi inovatif yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mendukung hasil produksi UMKM Jamu. Melalui pelatihan teknologi mikrokontroller, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM Jamu NGEJAMU ANG KEKINIAN dapat memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dengan optimal, meningkatkan kualitas produk, efisiensi produksi, serta menjawab tuntutan pasar yang terus berubah. Latar belakang ini menjadi dasar untuk menginisiasi program pelatihan teknologi, yang bertujuan memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan dan keberlanjutan UMKM Jamu NGEJAMU ANG KEKINIAN di era yang serba canggih ini.

Abstract

Operasi Sistem Tenaga Listrik menyangkut berbagai aspek yang luas, salah satunya adalah stabilitas suplai energi listrik dari pembangkit sampai kepada konsumen. Dalam mempertahankan stabiltas Sistem Tenaga Listrik, diperlukan tindakan yang tepat dari gangguan-gangguan yang dapat terjadi kapan saja. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai stabilitas transien Sub Sistem Paiton dan Grati dari gangguan Short Circuit 3 Phase dan Generator Trip. Pada kasus Short Circuit ditentukan nilai CCT(Critical Clearing Time) didapatkan sebesar 0,97 ms, dan untuk kasus Generator Trip dilakukan tindakan Load Shedding. Hasil yang diperoleh ketika terjadi Short Circuit, sistem dapat kembali steady state dengan nilai frekuensi 50,38 Hz. Sedangkan untuk kasus Generator Trip, tegangan transmisi 70 kV naik dari 78,75% menjadi 95,77%, tegangan transmisi 150 kV naik dari 81,24% menjadi 98,53%, dan tegangan transmisi 500 kV naik dari 82,02% menjadi 98,98%.

Abstract

Traditional herbal medicine MSMEs face challenges in increasing the appeal of their products among the younger generation who prefer fresh and modern drinks. To overcome this, innovation in the presentation of herbal medicine is needed to make it more practical, hygienic and attractive. One solution is the manufacture of a microcontroller-based portable box cooler that can maintain the freshness of herbal medicine at an optimal temperature. This box cooler is equipped with an automatic cooling system controlled by a microcontroller, ensuring the jamu stays fresh and high quality for a longer period of time. A temperature sensor monitors and adjusts the cooling conditions as needed, so that the herbs remain at their best when served. In addition, the automatic dispenser system helps regulate the volume of herbs dispensed precisely, reducing wastage and maintaining flavour consistency. With its portable and efficient design, this box cooler is perfect for use in various locations such as bazaars, cafes, offices, or community events. This innovation not only improves the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs, but also reinforces the image of jamu as a modern and contemporary healthy drink, making it more attractive to young consumers.

Abstract

This community service initiative was carried out with the aim of introducing and training students of SMP Islam Sawahan Turen in programming and utilizing Arduino and ESP32 microcontrollers as a foundation for understanding modern technology. The workshop was specifically designed to provide students with knowledge of basic electronic concepts, sensors, and data communication, while also equipping them with practical skills to create simple microcontroller-based projects. During the sessions, participants received explanations about Arduino and ESP32, including how to connect sensors, process collected data, and transmit information to the Internet of Things (IoT) platform. In addition to the theoretical materials delivered, students were given opportunities to engage in direct practice under the guidance of experienced instructors, allowing them to gain a deeper comprehension of how the devices function. The combination of theory and practice helped students strengthen both their conceptual understanding and their technical abilities. Furthermore, the activity aimed to foster creativity and curiosity among participants in designing innovative projects that have real-life applications. This spirit of exploration is expected to nurture problem-solving skills, adaptability, and technological awareness from an early age. Beyond simply broadening students’ technological insights, the program also contributes to the enhancement of their competencies and preparedness in facing challenges of the digital era, ensuring that they can continue to grow as innovative learners and future innovators.

Abstract

Tempeh is a highly nutritious food source that is widely consumed by people every day. Tempeh artisans, such as those in Jatisari Village, produce quality tempeh through an optimal fermentation process. The ideal fermentation process takes place at a temperature of 30°C–35°C, a humidity of 65%–72%, and an ammonia gas content of 43–50 ppm, with a fermentation time of about 18 hours to produce cooked tempeh. To improve the efficiency and quality of the fermentation process, a tool that is able to control and monitor the condition of the fermentation chamber is needed automatically. This research develops a tempeh fermentation control and monitoring system using a NodeMCU microcontroller, relay, VNH2SP30, DHT11 sensor, and MQ-137 sensor, which are integrated with fuzzy logic. This system controls the incandescent lamp as a heater and the peltier as a cooler in the fermentation container compartment. Control and monitoring results are displayed in real-time via LCD and Android app, with the successful fermentation time shortened to 16 hours.
