Abstract

The aim of the study to determine how the process of project scheduling and project completion time. Analysis of projects using PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique). To determine the time of completion using the two calculations, forward and backward calculation. From all calculations start from ground, first, second and the third floor, note that all activities of critical experience caused delayed completion of the project. Thus there is effect on project schedule project on completion time of project.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the method of quantitative sales forecasting for raw materials. Population in this study are sales data PD Sinar Rejeki Ban in Pandeglang Banten from July 2011 to September 2011. This study using purposive sampling and data collection by observation. Data were analyzed using the least squares method. The study found that there are effects sales forecasting on raw materials.

Abstract

Queuing problem is a part that cannot be avoided in the banking system. In banking, serving customers speed can improve customer satisfaction. The aim of this study was to determine the queuing system is applied to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Rangkasbitung. In this study, the authors use the case study method. Data used to conduct research is secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques used to obtain the necessary data is by observation and interview. Based on the research results, Discipline imposed queue is First Come First Serve (FCFS) or FIFO, from teller utilization BRI Rangkasbitung reaches 0.90 or 90% and the average customer in the queue the longest occurred in the 10:00 to 11:00 time period where the average customer waiting in line at the period of time as much as 7.62454 (8 customer), the average customer waiting in the system as much as 9.47454 (9 customer). The average time spent by a person of customers to wait in the queue is 0.21179 hours, the longest time spent in the system is a long .20869 hours. In order for teller service can run optimally so that it can overcome the problem of the queue should the bank provide additional teller opened number one for transaction deposits, withdrawals, and other services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and opportunities of human resource management in the digital era to improve the career development of Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Subdistrict. The digital era has changed the way Generation Z views and manages their careers, especially in utilizing the growing digital technology. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with several informants from Generation Z who work in various fields. The results show that digital technology supports daily work, especially in communication, task management, and learning. In addition, human resource management strategies such as training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations have proven effective in improving Generation Z's competencies and readiness to face future career challenges. Despite facing challenges such as adaptation to new technologies and undisciplined student management, the opportunities offered by the digital era, such as easy access to learning resources and the chance to upgrade skills through online courses, are key drivers in their career development. This study concludes that proper support from the work environment, supported by an adaptive and flexible human resource management strategy, can help Generation Z in Rangkasbitung Sub-district to continue to develop and adapt in their careers in the digital era. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of competency and work discipline on employee performance at Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, literature study, and documentation. The population in this study was all employees of Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency in 2023, totaling 403 people. With a sample of 80 people obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used uses multiple regression by going through the instrument prerequisite test stages (validity test and reliability test) and classic assumption. The results of the research show that: The Competency Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency. Or it could be said that H1 is accepted, which means employee competency influences employee performance at Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency. Meanwhile, the research results for the Work Discipline and its influence on employee performance, concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency. Thus, H2 of the research is accepted, or it can be concluded that there is an influence between work discipline and the employees of Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency. And for research regarding the influence of Competency and Work Discipline together on employee performance, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Kartini Hospital, Lebak Regency. Or in other words, H3 of this research is accepted.
