Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia have a major influence in terms of economic growth. NN MSMEs are MSMEs engaged in culinary. One type of NN MSME product is ready-to-eat emping. Often during the Eid al-Fitr holiday experience overwhelmed in terms of meeting the demand for ready-to-eat emping. This study aims to assist NN MSMEs in estimating the amount of consumer demand for ready-to-eat emping, as well as to find out the best results and methods in calculating forecasting in trend projection methods. The trend projection method used in forecasting calculations in this case is linear regression and least squares. Meanwhile, to calculate the error value from the forecasting results using the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) methods. The best method from the results of this study is to use a linear regression method with demand values for 2024, 2025 and 2026 during Eid al-Fitr are 1771.23 kg, 1914.24 kg, and 2057.25 kg respectively with error values of MAD, MSE and MAPE respectively are 612.0781, 525807.4 and 48.83%. Abstract

Penelitian berhubungan dengan pengendalian bahan baku produk kontruksi baja di perusahaan PT Surya Jaya Perkasa. Perusahaanuntuk melakukan pengendalian persediaan dengan tujuanmenekan biaya dan memaksimalkan laba dengan metode EOQ dan Just In Time (JIT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode metode Economic Order Quantity(EOQ) dan metode Just In Time (JIT) sebagai pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada PT Surya Jaya Perkasa serta mengetahui apakah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan metode Just In Time (JIT) lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan kebijaka perusahaan. Metode analisis menggunakan Heizer dan Render model EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan metode Just In Time. Hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh terdapat perbedaan efisiensi biaya persediaan antara Metode Economic Order Quantity dan Metode Just in Time dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada periode produksi tahun 2022 dimana temuan penelitianmenunjukan hasil yang berbeda. Dalam hal perhitungan efisiensi biaya persediaan, teknik Just in Time lebih baik. Dan Efisiensi penerapan Just In Time dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku lebih besar dari pada Economic Order Quantity yang hanya memberikan efisiensi pengendalian persediaan dibuktikan biaya persediaan menggunakan metode JIT untuk bahan baku UNP 100 menunjukan hasil sebesar Rp 74.001,38 dan untuk bahan baku Frame roller menunjukan hasil sebesar Rp 60.772,45. Metode EOQ dan metode JIT bila dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan dengan total biaya persediaan untuk bahan baku UNP 100 sebesar Rp. 2,721,555.66 dan untuk bahan baku frame rollersebesar Rp. 2,492,395.03 menghasilkan biaya persediaan dengan selisih yang signifikan. Dari hasil tersebut adanya selisih yang besar sehingga efisien menggunakan metode JIT. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian, Bahan Baku, Economic Order Quantity, Just in Time.

Abstract

KSPH sudah melakukan aktivitas maintenance yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan performa mesin agar dapat beroperasi dengan optimal namun pemeliharaan mesin yang mereka lakukan tidak teratur yang menyebabkan masih banyaknya kerusakan yang terjadi. Data kerusakan mesin KSPH periode Januari – Desember 2023 mesin AC adalah mesin dengan frekuensi kerusakan tertinggi yaitu sebanyak 328 kali atau sekitar 86,35% dari total kerusakan mesin engineering. Metode Realibility Centered Maintenance (RCM) adalah metode pemeliharaan mesin yang dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis semua mode kegagalan yang terjadi pada semua komponen dengan menyesuaikan rencana pemeliharaan yang akan dilakukan. Metode ini dipilih dikarenakan dapat menentukan komponen kritis, pemilihan tindakan yang tepat pada setiap komponen, dan interval waktu minimum sebelum terjadinya breakdown. Pengolahan data RCM menghasilkan beberapa komponen kritis yaitu kompresor dan Filter, kemudian dilanjutkan uji distribusi menggunakan software minitab 20 untuk menentukan distribusi dan nilai parameter komponennya masing-masing. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa komponen kompresor berdistribusi weibull dan memiliki nilai TMD sebesar 3,75804 dengan interval pemeliharaan setiap 17 hari sekali. Komponen Filter berdistribusi lognormal dan memiliki nilai TMD sebesar 438,24528 dengan interval pemeliharaan setiap 10 hari sekali. Hasil penentuan interval pemeliharaan komponen yang telah dilakukan, digunakan untuk melanjutkan perhitungan nilai Realibility. Nilai realibility komponen kompresor sebelum dan sesudah adanya usulan penjadwalan pemeliharaan adalah sebesar 0,494 atau 49% menjadi 0,836 atau 84% ada kenaikan 35%. Sedangkan nilai realibility komponen filter sebelum dan sesudah adanya usulan penjadwalan pemeliharaan adalah sebesar 0,383 atau 38% menjadi 0,733 atau 73% juga ada kenaikan 35%. Dengan hasil tersebut usulan penjadwalan pemeliharaan dapat dikatakan efektif dikarenakan dapat menaikkan nilai keandalan

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are carried out outside campus with the aim of increasing the relevance of higher education to development and society's need for science, technology and art to carry out development which is increasing, where students' perceptions of the relevance of the curriculum studied on campus with the reality of development in society. Where the aim of the Real Work Lecture is to guide and direct students in increasing creativity through coloring competition activities and socialization through bullying films at Sindon 1 State Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative type of research in this activity, coloring picture competitions with plant and animal themes for grades 1-3 and screening of films about bullying for grades 4-6. The implementation method approach uses two types, namely the student education approach with the student companion model, while the data collection process is carried out using participant observation techniques and literature study using the Miles and Huberman analysis model but supplemented with data triangulation tests. The results of the activity showed that students' creativity with the picture coloring competition and socialization through showing films about bullying went according to expectations, as evidenced by the participation of all students in grades 1-3 and grades 4-6. The level of enthusiasm is high due to their participation in delivering material and practical activities and students are able to understand the theory and knowledge related to the process of coloring pictures and there is awareness among students to live in harmony, respect and help each other and not carry out bullying which is detrimental to friends.

Abstract

The human resources aspect is the most important thing for companies, especially to achieve organizational goals, because the success or failure of an organization is greatly influenced by human factors as people who carry out the work. One of the targets of human resource management in the organizational management function concerns employee performance issues. Employees at the Sewing Department PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali has an unstable level of performance, which can affect the achievement of company goals. This research aims to explain the factors that can influence a person's performance, such as leadership style, work culture and physical work environment which can influence employee performance. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Pan Brothers, Tbk Boyolali.

Abstract

PT Indo Calli Plast experienced a decline in sales in 2015-2023. Therefore, the company is trying to increase product sales by implementing ISO 9001:22000 in 2023 so that it can compete to customer. This research aims to determine the conditions of ISO implementation at PT Indo Calli Plast and to determine the effect of implementing ISO 9001:22000 on local sales volume at PT Indo Calli Plast. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews at PT Indo Calli Plast. The data processing method in this research uses a semi-qualitative analysis method, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. SPSS Data Processing, including: Validity and Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test. The results of this research: The implementation of ISO 9001:22000 has a positive and significant effect on the local sales volume of PT Indo Calli Plast. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) in the table above, obtained an R Square value of 0.844. This means that 84.4% of the Local Sales Volume at PT Indo Calli Plast is influenced by the ISO 9001:22000 Implementation variable, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

Internet merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia saat ini. Aktivitas manusia saat ini sebagian besar membutuhkan internet. Internet dapat memberikan dampak positif seperti kemudahan dan kepraktisan dalam menjalani segala aktivitas, disisi lain internet juga memberikan dampak negatif dan berpotensi menimbulkan tindak kejahatan atau yang dikenal dengan phising. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga data pribadi untuk menghindari kejahatan phising. Edukasi dilakukan di Pendopo Kelurahan Pajang Kota Surakarta dan dihadiri oleh 30 peserta dari berbagai kalangan. Metode edukasi dilakukan dengan presentasi dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab terkait phising. Hasil kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran pengguna internet untuk menjaga data diri dan informasi penting untuk memimalisir terjadinya kejahatan phising.

Abstract

Sumber daya utama dari sebuah organisasi adalah manusia. Dalam sebuah perusahaan, kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh kepada kesuksesan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan dan pemantauan kinerja karyawan menjadi sangat penting dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah membuat Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) Penentuan Kinerja Karyawan Terbaik di Pabrik Sarung Goyor cap Botol Terbang Dengan Metode TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution. Metode Disini pihak manajemen hanya menilai dengan satu kriteria saja karena akan sulit menilai dengan beberapa kriteria apabila penilaian masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang memungkinkan pemilihan karyawan terbaik berdasarkan beberapa kriteria dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) yang diharapkan dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik.

Abstract

Draft Sizing quality is a crucial issue in the sizing department. There were 14,881 total warp breaks woven during the November to December period. This led to low draft sizing quality. This research aims to improve the quality of draft sizing by applying Grey Theory in traditional FMEA. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations and interviews at PT Delta Merlin Dunia Tekstil V. The data processing method in this study uses Grey Theory and FMEA methods. The results of this study indicate that from the sizing process flow there are 7 sizing areas that are potential failures of draft sizing and show that out of 26 priority sequences there are 10 different priorities and 16 the same priority. Determination of improvement priorities is based on the value of the smallest degree of relationship, namely Potential causes PIV is not stable in the size box area with the result of the degree of relationship value of 0.356, Potential causes PIV is not stable in the head stock area with the result of the degree of relationship value of 0.382, Potential Causes Kampas wear in the creel beam stand area with the result of a degree value of 0.477, Potential Causes Gear and Chain wear in the dryer cylinder area with the result of a degree value of 0.453 and Potential Causes The break regulator hole is not symmetrical (pneumatic piston is not aligned) in the creal beam stand area with the result of a degree value of 0.466. This research can recommend the sizing improvement process based on proposed improvements or maintenance schedules on the sizing machine, using Grey Theory in the FMEA method to improve the quality of the sizing draft.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of individuals to leave the organization for various reasons, one of which is the desire to get a better job. This study aims to examine the effect of overtime working hours and leader member exchange on turnover intention of finishing department employees of PT Ungaran Sari Garments. The sample taken was 144 finishing department employees. The sampling technique used the slovin formula with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained that overtime working hours have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while lmx has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. overtime working hours and leader member exchange have a simultaneous or joint effect on the dependent variable, namely turnover intention of pt usg finishing department employees.
