<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Increased blood pressure in stemi patients due to anxiety can be seen from the patient's pulse. Treatment that can be given to stemi patients to reduce pulse rate and anxiety is murottal Al-Qur'an therapy. The purpose of this researchcapable studentsdetermine the effect of murottal therapy on pulse changes and anxiety in stemi patients in the CVCU Room at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital. The research method used was pre-experimental with a one group pre-post test design on 10 stemi patients in the CVCU room at Prof. Hospital. Aloei Saboe. The results of this study show that from the paired sample t-test analysis, the significant value for pulse before and after was 0.012 (<α 0.05) and the significant value for anxiety before and after was 0.000 (<α 0.05), meaning that there was an influence of murottal Al therapy. -Qur'an on changes in pulse and anxiety in STEMI patients in the CVCU Room at Prof. Hospital. Penatalaksanaan yang dapat diberikan kepada pasien stemi untuk menurunkan denyut nadi dan kecemasan yaitu terapi murottal Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian ini mahasiswa mampu mengetahui pengaruh terapi murottal terhadap perubahan nadi dan kecemasan pada pasien stemi di Ruangan CVCU RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pra-eksperimental dengan one group pre post test design pada 10 pasien stemi di ruangan CVCU RSUD Prof. Aloei Saboe. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari analisis paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikan untuk nadi sebelum dan sesudah adalah 0,012 (<α 0,05) dan nilai signifikan kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah adalah 0,000 (<α 0,05) artinya ada pengaruh terapi murottal Al-Qur’an terhadap perubahan nadi dan kecemasan pada pasien STEMI di Ruangan CVCU RSUD Prof. Dr. H.
