This study aims to determine the influence of visionary leadership and academic supervision on the professionalism of public elementary school teachers in Sako District, Palembang City. Teacher professionalism is strongly influenced by various internal and external factors, including school leadership and supervisory strategies. This research employed a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to public elementary school teachers.The results indicate that visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism, as evidenced by increased commitment, creativity, and professional responsibility. Academic supervision also significantly influences the improvement of teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. Simultaneously, the two variables contribute 67.2% to teacher professionalism. Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Academic Supervision, Teacher Professionalism. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dan supervisi akademik terhadap profesionalisme guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang. Profesionalisme guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan strategi supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket kepada guru SD Negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru, ditandai dengan meningkatnya komitmen, kreativitas, dan tanggung jawab profesional. Supervisi akademik juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67,2% terhadap profesionalisme guru. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner, Supervisi Akademik, Profesionalisme Guru.
