Abstract

F-government implementation is an effort to develop electronic-based governance to improve the quality of public services more effectively and efficiently. The city of Palembang is one of the cities in Indonesia that is trying to develop E-government in carrying out administrative affairs in its government. However, in the continuation of the use of E-government in the city of Palembang, many face problems and various problems so that it has not been able to run optimally as expected. to the people of Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how to evaluate the use of e-government websites at the Demang Lebaran urban village office. The theory used in this study uses a model developed by Stuflebeam known as the CIPP Evaluation Model. CIPP stands for this theory indicator, namely Context, Input, Process, Product. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-government websites among the people of the village of Demang Lebar Daun has not been going well until now. This is because there is still little public interest in using the website, this is because people think it is easier to do offline services to the office. Another obstacle reason is that there are still many people who are not digitally literate and are not accustomed to using cellphone devices, especially among the elderly. . So that this is a big task for the village of Demang Lebar Daun to continue to try to maximize the function of this e-government website.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati kepempimpinan dalam mengembangkan infrastruktur Desa Pangkalan Bulian. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian berupa studi lapangan yang dalam penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk wawancara dengan Kepala Desa, Kepala Dusun, Perangkat Desa dan Masyarakat dan observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen terkait tentang Program yang dijalankan oleh Kepala Desa dalam mengembangkan infrastruktur Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepempimpinan kepala Desa bisa di bilang berhasil dari segi pembangunan sudah menunjukkan tanda-tanda perkembangan terhadap program yang dijalankan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perkembangkan insfrastruktur yang masih ada beberapa belum berkembang seperti lampu yang menjadi suatu peran penting bagi Desa dalam menunjukkan bahwa Desa itu sudah berkembang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for strengthening local Tanjak products as well as the obstacles or obstacles to the strategy of strengthening local Tanjak products in improving city branding in Palembang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The unit of analysis in this research is the Palembang City Tourism Office with a total of seven research informants. The qualitative data analysis used is Creswell qualitative analysis. The results of this research indicate that the strategy of strengthening local Tanjak products carried out by the Regional Government in order to improve the city branding of the City of Palembang has gone well, as can be seen from the indicators of the city branding development strategy which has supported this strategy well. These indicators are internal factors, consideration of external conditions and communication strategies used to strengthen local products. The obstacle or obstacle faced in the process of strengthening local Tanjak products is that the use of digital media, especially in the era of society 5.0, has not been used optimally by local governments to introduce and promote Tanjak to the public. Apart from that, the regional government budget for building Tanjak ornaments on agency buildings in South Sumatra is still inadequate and ASN's consistency in using Tanjak during working hours determined by the Palembang City government is still not running well.
