Abstract: Humans are social beings, in the hold of a single human life requires more human.Humans live and thrive in the community interacting.By nature humans should be united, help each other, aligned and each pair.Humans have a tendency to form pairs of permanent or fixed by way of living together, these couples realized by an official relationship or bond called marriage.The background of this study the influence of the marital home kabako against the integrity of the family in the village of Muara Uwai kec.Bangkinang kab.Kampar.with the goal to be achieved in this research is to know is there any influence marital home kabako against the family unit.Samples taken in this study is 25 people.Engineering analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis using simple linear regression equation with the process through SPSS version 20.00.Based on the results of the study, marital return kabako no significant effect on the family unit in the village of Muara Uwai Kec.Bangkinang Kab.Kampar.based on the results of tests of significance were performed in this study with the results calculated F (1,04) ˂ F table (1.98).Simple linear regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 29 039 + 464X.this suggests that the marriage home kabako not affect the family unit in the village of Muara Uwai kec.Bangkinang kab.Kampar.Keywords: Marital Home Kabako, Wholeness Family

Abstract: The implementation of Java traditional wedding in the Bay Plantation Village Panji People Kampung District of South Labuhanbatu of North Sumatra has undergone a change. This study aims to determine what factors are the cause of the shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation Village People Kampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhan Batu regency of North Sumatra. Respondents in this study were 182 heads of household and 2 elders. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used is the method of combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methodes). This method is done with the data processing result data is presented through the calculation of the percentage and given an explanation. The results showed that the factors that cause a shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation Village People Kampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhanbatu regency of North Sumatra is due to the cultural influence of other communities, contact with other cultures, advanced formal education system, respect for the work of someone and the desire to move forward, open system of society (open stratification), heterogeneous population, economic factors, time factors, technological factors, and confounding factors tribal/ crossbreeding.Key Words: Factor, Shift, Customary Marriages JavaÂ

Abstract: This research backgrounded by marks sense indisciplinary student and breaches school regulation. It because of student is still was aware just how the importance for to play the game whatever available. This research intent to know what available sanction application influence to student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency. So writer takes research title â€œ Analisis Increases Effect Student discipline Sanction Application Significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regencyâ€. Formula in observational it is how increase effect student discipline sanction application significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency?. To the effect this research is subject to be know how student discipline zoom sanction application effect significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency. Population in observational it is exhaustive student at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency that has once done new regulation beginning breach diberlakukan since January 2015 which is as much 173 person and total sample 43 person. Instrument is data collecting which is questionnaire consisting of 63 questions. Data analysed by Descriptive kualitatif passes through percentage. Of respondent answer percentage count as a whole acquired good answer as much 92,34% one lays in rank 76% 100%. Hypothesis thus that declares for to increase effect student discipline sanction application significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Regency Bengkalis is good, accepted.Â Key words: Student discipline, Sanction Significant

Abstract: The research background was related to the lack of motivation to learn PPKn on 8th grade students at SMPN 18 Senapelan Pekanbaru kecamatan senapelan kota Pekanbaru. The problem formulation is: “is there any effect on the use of hide and seek learning model toward students’ learning motivation?”. This study aims to determine the effect of hide and seek learning model upon learners’ motivation. Using experimental research with descriptive-qualitative approach, the sample was taken based on the "Random Sampling" technique. VIII D class as an experimental class were applied hide and seek learning model, while VIII A as the control class which used conventional methods. Homogeneity test, t-test and gain test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a difference percentage on students’ motivation level between two classes (tcount=39,48> ttable=1,99). The average learning motivation on experimental class was from 21.42 to 27.22 while the average learning motivation of PPKn in the control class was from 21.97 to 22.66. With contributions as much as 0.5 included in the category of "medium", thus there is an effect of using hide and seek learning model and conventional learning model towards student’s learning motivation to learn PPKn in SMP 18 Senapelan, Pekanbaru .Keywords: Hide and Seek, Learning Motivation

Abstract: This research aims to know factors affecting disobedience of community of Article 57 Paragraph 1 Article 68 Paragraph 1 Article 77 Paragraph 1 Law Number 22 of 2009 on traffic in the Subdistrict Kelayang Indragiri Hulu. The respondents in this study were 100 people by using Sampling Insidental technique. The technique of data collection conducted through Observations, interviews, Questionnaires, and documentation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis research. This method is done with the data processing results of the data presented via the calculation of a percentage of the question form. Based on the results of research conducted on factors affecting disobedience of community of Article 57 Paragraph 1 Article 68 Paragraph 1 Article 77 Paragraph 1 Law Number 22 of 2009 on traffic in the Subdistrict Kelayang Indragiri Hulu, then it can be drawn the conclusion that the overall data regarding the factors affecting disobedience that human factors are a causal factors with percentage of 51,77%. Based on the results of research and analysis of the data, the researchers then give recommendations to the community Subdistrict Kelayang in oerder to have a traffic legal awareness attitude to archieve safe,smooth, olderly, and safe condition on the highway.Key Words: Factors, Disobedience, Traffic, Community

Abstract: This research aims to know the public perception Nagari Aie Angek Kecamatan X (sepuluh) Koto against application of the law of Islamic Inheritance customs and civil. The respondents in this study were 88 family card by using Purposive Sampling technique. The technique of data collection conducted through Questionnaires, interviews, field observations and documentation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis research. This method is done with the data processing results of the data presented via the calculation of a percentage of the question form. Based on the results of research conducted on public perception public perception Nagari Aie Angek Kecamatan X (sepuluh) Koto against application of the law of Islamic Inheritance customs and civil, then it can be drawn the conclusion that the overall data regarding the application of the law of Islamic Inheritance customs and civil are at the lack of implementation of Islamic inheritance law, custom, and civil litigation in Nagari Aie Angek, third law of inheritance that most States lack of application of the law of civil as much as an heir 48.9%. Based on the results of research and analysis of the data, the researchers then give recommendations to the community in order to learn the Aie Angek Nagari and understand how the systematic division of heritage through civil law and Islamic law.Key Word: Application Of Islamic Inheritance Law, Customs, Civil
