Abstract

This research is being done with regards to the dressing habits of students from Teacher Training and Science Education Faculty, University of Riau. Therefore, the above contributed to the author to explore and research this study entitled “The Study of Students’ Perceptions and Attitudes towards Decent and Presentable Dressing in Teacher Training and Science Education Faculty, University of Riau.” The formulation of the program in this study is how perceptions and attitudes of students from Teacher Training and Science Education Faculty, University of Riau towards the program of decent and presentable dressing. The purpose of this research was to determine the perceptions and attitudes of students toward the program of “Decent and Presentable Dressing”, Teacher Training and Science Education Faculty” also known as FKIP in University of Riau.This research was done in the premises of Teacher Training and Science Education Faculty, University of Riau. The population within this research was recorded as 779 people. The sampling method used in this research is known as descriptive qualitative method and was guided by the opinions of Suharsimi Arikunto, this research utilized only 10% out of a total of 779 people, resulting only in the figure of 78 people. The instrument used in this research consisted of a questionnaire running up to a total of 20 questions and an interview of 5 questions. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive qualitative through percentages calculation. From the total percentage calculation of the total respondents, 59.65% (range scale between 50.01% - 75.00%) agreed to the idea of decent and presentable dressing in the vicinity of University of Riau. Thus, the hypothesis of this research toward Decent and Presentable Dressing in Teacher Training and Science Education Faculty, University of Riau is accepted and represented by 13 questions supporting a total of 20 questions in the questionnaire.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya pelanggaran dan kenakalan siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. Banyak informasi didapat dari guru agama, PKn dan BK yang menyatakan banyak sekali siswa yang kurang atau rendahnya etika dan sopan santunnya terhadap guru maupun teman-temannya. Apalagi peneliti secara langsung mengadakan observasi di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai budi pekerti siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru serta mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 387 orang (keseluruhan siswa kelas VIII) dengan mengambil 10%, jadi sampel sebanyak 40 orang siswa dan 2 orang guru mapel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Dalam memperoleh data dari angket yang disebarkan kepada responden dalam bentuk persentase menggunakan rumus: P = F/N x 100%. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai budi pekerti siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru yaitu sering 62,98%, kadang-kadang 32,96%, dan tidak pernah 4,05%. Sedangkan dari wawancara guru mata pelajaran disimpulkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai budi pekerti banyak disampaikan dalam pelajaran dan saat jam pembinaan setiap hari sabtu. Memang banyak faktor penghambat yang dirasakan oleh guru mata pelajaran, tetapi para guru sudah cukup baik dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai budi pekerti untuk diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah seperti slogan 3S yaitu (senyum, sapa, salam). Jadi, implementasi nilai-nilai budi pekerti siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru masih cukup baik yaitu sebanyak 62,98% menurut tolak ukur pendapat Sutrisno Hadi, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak.

Abstract

Abstract: This research conducted because of a lot of social variances coming through students especially SMA students. For these cases, it was necessary to commit an intensive treatment for educating the students. One of the solutions recommended was implementing nation character building in order to apply the moral values, to be able to facing the challenges in future, and live independently in globalization era. Therefore, the writer conducted a research entitling “A Study on the Implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru.” The research question in this study was ‘how good is the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru?’ The purpose of the research is to find out how good the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru is. The population was all the civics education teachers and the eleventh grade students of SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru by the total number were 8 teachers and 1024 students.  The sample was the 8 teachers and 105 students. The instrument used to collect the data was Questionnaire that consisted of 74 items of questions/statements and Interview sheet that consisted of 15 questions. The data was analyzed by using the percentage of Descriptive Qualitative. From the calculation of percentage concluded that the total answers of the respondent was Fairly Well as much of 62, 88% at the rank between 56% - 75%. According to the research finding, it could be concluded that the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru was Fairly Well.  Key Words: Implementation, Nation Character Building, Civics Education.

Abstract: Humans are social beings, in the hold of a single human life requires more human.Humans live and thrive in the community interacting.By nature humans should be united, help each other, aligned and each pair.Humans have a tendency to form pairs of permanent or fixed by way of living together, these couples realized by an official relationship or bond called marriage.The background of this study the influence of the marital home kabako against the integrity of the family in the village of Muara Uwai kec.Bangkinang kab.Kampar.with the goal to be achieved in this research is to know is there any influence marital home kabako against the family unit.Samples taken in this study is 25 people.Engineering analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis using simple linear regression equation with the process through SPSS version 20.00.Based on the results of the study, marital return kabako no significant effect on the family unit in the village of Muara Uwai Kec.Bangkinang Kab.Kampar.based on the results of tests of significance were performed in this study with the results calculated F (1,04) ˂ F table (1.98).Simple linear regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 29 039 + 464X.this suggests that the marriage home kabako not affect the family unit in the village of Muara Uwai kec.Bangkinang kab.Kampar.Keywords: Marital Home Kabako, Wholeness Family

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Java traditional wedding in the Bay Plantation Village Panji People Kampung District of South Labuhanbatu of North Sumatra has undergone a change. This study aims to determine what factors are the cause of the shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation Village People Kampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhan Batu regency of North Sumatra. Respondents in this study were 182 heads of household and 2 elders. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used is the method of combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methodes). This method is done with the data processing result data is presented through the calculation of the percentage and given an explanation. The results showed that the factors that cause a shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation Village People Kampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhanbatu regency of North Sumatra is due to the cultural influence of other communities, contact with other cultures, advanced formal education system, respect for the work of someone and the desire to move forward, open system of society (open stratification), heterogeneous population, economic factors, time factors, technological factors, and confounding factors tribal/ crossbreeding.Key Words: Factor, Shift, Customary Marriages Java

Abstract

Abstract : This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 1 East Kampar Kampar District in following civics lesson. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model arisan card on learning outcomes in Civics class VII SMP Negeri 1 East Kampar Kampar District. The study population was all students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 East Kampar Kampar District which consists of eight classes with a number of 216 students. The study sample consisted of VII4 class with 27 students and class number VII5 the number of 27 students, thus totaling 54 students. This sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with homogeneity test. Data were collected through observation, documentation, literature study and observation sheet. The results show student learning outcomes in experimental class (VII4) increased compared to the control class (VII5), before the average treated experimental class learning outcomes (VII4) are 50.37 and 87.22 after treatment. While the control class (VII5) average yield of 54.26 while the study before treatment after treatment the average results of their study, namely 69.44. When viewed from the statistical analysis by t test then obtained t 7.29, then tcount compared with the value ttabel with significance level (α) 5% = 0.05 df = n1 + n2 - 2 = value ttable is 1.69. Thus that there signifikam influence on a significant level of 5%. This research intent to know what available sanction application influence to student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency. So writer takes research title “ Analisis Increases Effect Student discipline Sanction Application Significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency”. Formula in observational it is how increase effect student discipline sanction application significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency?. To the effect this research is subject to be know how student discipline zoom sanction application effect significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency. Population in observational it is exhaustive student at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis's Regency that has once done new regulation beginning breach diberlakukan since January 2015 which is as much 173 person and total sample 43 person. Instrument is data collecting which is questionnaire consisting of 63 questions. Data analysed by Descriptive kualitatif passes through percentage. Of respondent answer percentage count as a whole acquired good answer as much 92,34% one lays in rank 76% 100%. Hypothesis thus that declares for to increase effect student discipline sanction application significant at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu Regency Bengkalis is good, accepted. Key words: Student discipline, Sanction Significant

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by Batak Toba people in the church of “karismatik” who consider a marriage hold in the church is a legal marriage, it is no longer hold a ceremony. But, Batak Toba people consider a marriage is not perfect without a ceremony because it can lead to conflicts in the family. It motivated the writer to take a title “A Study on the People Perception of the Traditions in the Process of Batak Toba Traditional Marriage in the Church Rajawali Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru”. The formulation of the research was as follows: “How is the people perception of the traditions in the process of Batak Toba traditional marriage in the Church Rajawali Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru?”. The objective of the research was to know how the people perception of the traditions in the process of Batak Toba traditional marriage in the Church Rajawali Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru is. The population of the research was 572 KK and the sample was 43 people. The instrument to collect the data were questionnaires which consist of 16 questions and interviews which consist of 4 questions. The data was analyzed by Qualitative Descriptive through percentage. Based on the calculation of percentage by respondents, the  answer “good” was obtained as 70,79% placed on rank 66,67%-100%. Thus, the hyphothesis which explains the people perception that was “good” of the traditions in the process of Batak Toba traditional marriage in the Church Rajawali Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru was accepted. Based on the research finding, it can be inferred that a study on the people perception of the traditions in the process of Batak Toba traditionalmarriage in the Church Rajawali Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru was good.  Key word: Perception, Traditional marriage (custom).

Abstract: This study is entitled " The perception of Riau University students on the role of pemuda pancasila community organizations in pekanbaru city." The formulation of the problem in this study is how the University of Riau students perceive the Role of Pancasila Youth Community organizations in Pekanbaru City. The Role of Pancasila youth organizations in the city of Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all undergraduate students (S1) at the University of Riau. While the sample of this study was 150 respondents. Data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, library studies. Data analysis techniques using Quantitative Descriptive methods. The conclusion of this study is the percentage of excellent answers (SB) of 15.84% plus good answers (B) of 50.31% so that the results of 66.15% in the "Good" range, so that University of Riau Student Perceptions of the Role of Organizations The Pemuda Pancasila Community in Pekanbaru City is "Good".Key Words: Student Perceptions, Role, Organizations, Pemuda Pancasila

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know how to implement Citizenship Education for students disabled in SMALB Negeri Indragiri Hulu. This study uses a qualitative approach. As for the informant researched using the technique snowbowling is the principal of the SLB Negeri Indragiri Hulu, the curriculum field, the head of administration, the teacher of class disabled SMALB, and students disabled SMALB. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the research done, it can be concluded that for the implementation of the Learning of Citizenship Education students in SMALB Negeri Indragiri Hulu which starts from the planning, implementation, Until the evaluation is still not running smoothly and is subject to the reasons for lack of the school's preparation in applying the curriculum to the learning process.Key Words: Learning Citizenship Education, Children Of Disabled
