Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji landasan etik dari nilai keberpihakan yang terkandung dalam fatwa MUI no. 83 tahun 2023 tentang dukungan terhadap perjuangan Palestina. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode library research dan teknik analisa hermeneutika. Data primer diambil dari naskah Fatwa MUI No.83 tahun 2023, dan data sekunder diambil dari buku, media massa, dan jurnal ilmiah atau penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan materi penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa landasaan etik yang digunakan MUI untuk mengeluarkan fatwa adalah berangkat dari situasi historis-faktual agresi militer Israel atas Palestina. Adanya fenomena dukungan terhadap kedua belah pihak membutuhkan sikap memilih untuk tidak berpihak pada zionisme Israel dan mendukung perjuangan kemerdekaan Palestina. Nilai keberpihakan MUI berlandaskan pada hirarki nilai Islam yang bersifat rasional-transendental. Nilai relijius Islam sejalan dengan nilai mashlahat (kebaikan bersama) yaitu demi menegakkan nilai keadilan dan kemanusiaan. Keberpihakan MUI kepada perjuangan Palestina dilandaskan pada prinsip menjaga agama, jiwa, keturunan, harta, dan akal budi. Keberpihakan ini diambil bukan berdasarkan preferensi subyekti tetapi didasarkan pada pilihan nilai-nilai universal yang disepakati. Kata kunci: Etika, Islam, Fatwa MUI, Palestina Abstract The research examines the ethical basis of the values of subsistence contained in MUI fatwa no. 83 of 2023 on support for the Palestinian struggle. This type of research is qualitatively descriptive with library research methods and hermeneutic analysis techniques. Primary data is taken from the 2023 MUI Fatwa manuscript No.83 and secondary data from books, mass media, and previous scientific journals or research related to research material. The results of the analysis show that the ethical basis used by MUI to issue the fatwa is based on the historical-factual situation of Israeli military aggression against Palestine. There is a phenomenon of support on both sides that requires an attitude of opposition to Israeli Zionism and support for the struggle for Palestinian independence. The partiality value according to MUI is based on a rational-transcendental hierarchy of Islamic values. Islam's religious values are in line with the values of mashlahat (common goodness) in order to uphold the values of justice and humanity. MUI's partiality to the Palestinian struggle is based on the principles of preserving religion, soul, descent, wealth, and reason. This partiality is taken not on the basis of the preference of the subject but based on the choice of universally agreed values. Keywords: Ethic, Islam, Fatwa MUI, Palestine

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the application of the Snowball Throwing type cooperative learning model in increasing student learning participation in PPKN Subjects in Class XI MIPA (2) the application of the Snowball Throwing type cooperative learning model can increase Student Learning Achievement in PPKN Subjects in Class XI MIPA (3) the application of the Snowball Throwing type cooperative learning model to improve student Learning Achievement in PPKN Subjects in Class XI MIPA. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design and quasi-experimentation. The research subjects (PTK) were students of class XI MIPA.1 semester 1 as many as 34 people. For the quasi-experimental sample of class XI MIPA.2 students as many as 30 people and for the control class is class XI MIPA.3 as many as 30 people. The data collection technique in this study used observation sheets and tests. The results showed that (1) the application of the Snowball Throwing learning model can increase student learning participation in PPKN subjects at SMA Negeri 4 Lahat. Academic Year 2022/2023. (2) the application of the Snowball Throwing learning model model, can improve student learning achievement and become a motivation for students in following the subject matter (3) the Snowball Throwing learning model, effectively improves student learning achievement in PPKN subjects
