Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the recommendations for learning Multiple Intelligence in the independent curriculum in elementary schools, these findings are then used as a basis to encourage the implementation of the learning process that uses multiple intelligence learning in elementary schools. The research method uses content analysis of 2019-2023 articles from Publish or Perish using Google Scholar data searched using the keywords "multiple intelligence learning , multiple intelligence learning strategies in independent curricula in elementary schools". Research findings show that multiple intelligence learning can be used in an independent curriculum and has an impact on the process of student learning success in school, a factor that influences student learning success both from increasing understanding, learning effectiveness, creativity skills owned by students. The recommendations for educational units in the learning process, namely the application of multiple intelligence learning in the independent curriculum must consider the characteristics, interests and needs of students in the learning process at school. The results of the study provide input for the application of multiple intelligence-based learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture and self-efficacy with teacher performance. The background of this research is based on the essential role of teachers in improving the quality of education, which is influenced by various internal and external factors. A positive organizational culture can create a conducive work environment, while high self-efficacy encourages teachers to be more confident in carrying out their professional duties. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of elementary school teachers in the Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency, selected through random sampling. The instruments used included questionnaires on organizational culture and self-efficacy, as well as a teacher performance assessment sheet. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance, but significant relationship between self-efficacy and teacher performance. However, organizational culture and self-efficacy together contributed significantly to improving teacher performance. These findings indicate that strengthening organizational culture and enhancing teachers’ self-efficacy are important factors in efforts to improve the professionalism and performance of educators.
