Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Effect of Organizational Communication on the Job Satisfaction of Permanent Lecturers of Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) in South Sulawesi. This research uses survey method. This research was conducted on 5 PTM which have the most permanent lecturers from 19 PTM in South Sulawesi with a population of 841 permanent lecturers with a sample determination of 276 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using SEM Amos 21. The results found that organizational communication has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Decoder merk nex parabola di Desa Bonda Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju dan untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara  simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Decoder merk nex parabola di Desa Bonda Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju. Teknik Pengumpulan Data melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Studi Kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F dan Uji T. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk pada keputusan pembelian Decoder  merk Nex Parabola maka dapat ditarik hasil analisisnya antara lain sebagai berikut :1. Harga berpengaruh berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Decoder merk nex parabola di Desa Bonda Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju, 2. Kualitas produk berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Decoder merk nex parabola di Desa Bonda Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju, 3. Harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Decoder merk nex parabola di Desa Bonda Kecamatan Papalang Kabupaten Mamuju.

Abstract

The objective of this study was threefold: (i) to examine the impact of work facilities on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Sulawesi Province, (ii) to investigate the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the same agency, and (iii) to explore the combined effect of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Sulawesi Province. This study employs quantitative methodologies by gathering data through the administration of questionnaires. The present study was conducted in the Human Resources Development Agency of West Sulawesi Province, encompassing a total population of 43 personnel. The sample for this research was determined using the saturation sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire were subjected to analysis using the SPSS software programme. The findings of the research indicate that there is a noteworthy and favourable impact of work facilities on the performance of employees. This finding demonstrates that the presence of favourable and satisfactory work conditions has a positive impact on employee performance. The adherence to work discipline is found to have a notable and favourable impact on the overall performance of employees. This finding indicates a positive correlation between an employee's work discipline and their performance.

Abstract

The DPRD secretariat is a government organisation whose job it is to manage the DPRD's finances and secretarial tasks, help the Provincial DPRD carry out its duties and functions, and provide and coordinate the experts the DPRD needs to carry out its rights and duties, such as running the DPRD secretariat, managing the DPRD's finances, setting up meeting rooms, and providing and coordinating the experts. The digital world, lack of employee discipline, and the idea that work discipline hurts employee performance are some of the problems that show up in the West Sulawesi Provincial DPRD office. The researcher wants to look into the factors that affect how well employees do their jobs in the DPRD office in West Sulawesi Province based on their digital work setting. A qualitative study method was used, and direct interviews were used to get the first-hand information. The people who answered are workers. The Proportional Random sampling method was used to pick samples, and 4 employees were interviewed for each group. A method of analysing the interview data that involved asking direct questions was used. From the interviews, we learned that the variables in the digital environment, work discipline, and employee performance all had some impact on how well the DPRD Office of West Sulawesi Province workers did their jobs.

Abstract

Investigasi pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi digital terhadap efisiensi perhitungan kubikasi dan penerbitan rekening air di PDAM Mamuju. Pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 150 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan dan pelanggan PDAM Mamuju. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menilai persepsi tentang kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, efisiensi perhitungan kubikasi air, dan proses penerbitan rekening. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi digital dengan peningkatan efisiensi dalam perhitungan kubikasi air dan penerbitan rekening. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi implikasi praktis bagi manajemen PDAM dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional melalui optimalisasi teknologi digital. Studi ini juga menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan dukungan teknis yang berkelanjutan bagi pengguna aplikasi digital
