Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price and word of mouth on consumer buying interest in drinking beverage products. The sample of this research is consumers who buy Beverage products as many as 96 samples. The data used is primary one. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach using the classical assumption test first. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), indicated by a t-count of 2.041 > t-table of 1.98609 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. Partially Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), indicated by a t-count of 3.009 > t-table of 1.98609 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Partially Word of Mouth (WOM (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), indicated by a t-count of 2.696 > t-table of 1.98609 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. While simultaneously both Product Quality (X1), Price (X2) and Word of Mouth (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with a F-count of 9.739 > F-table of 2.70 with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. The Recommendation for the Owner has to improve the quality of the product itself by promoting in the social media frequently

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine how the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model and the Scaffolding Method are used in math instruction and to assess how well math instruction performs when the two approaches are used together. This research technique is library research, and the papers using the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model and the Scaffolding Method are the data sources. In order to determine whether the scaffolding method and the theory of the cognitive apprenticeship model are appropriate for use in the process of teaching mathematics, the data analysis approach employs the content analysis method. The results of the data analysis show that the cognitive apprenticeship model combined with the scaffolding method is not perceived to be better. This is because the scaffolding contained in the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model step is quite clear. Without having to use the scaffolding method, assistance can be provided in stages by using the sequencing components contained in the cognitive apprenticeship model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Duta Paramarta Medan. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Duta Paramarta Medan, totaling 33 people with saturated sampling. This type of research is quantitative. Quantitative research is research that aims to determine the degree of relationship and pattern or form of influence between two or more variables. Through this research, a theory will be built those functions to explain, predict, and control a phenomenon. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis method is quantitative and multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using t test analysis, the F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the multiple regression analysis are Y = 3.696 + 0.393X1+0.465X2, which shows an increase in the recruitment process on employee performance by 0.393 units and selection by 0.465 units. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test (t test) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the recruitment process on employee performance with t-count = 3.672 > t-table 1.697 at α = 0.01 and the selection variable has a positive and significant effect of selection on employee performance where it can be seen that the t-count value =3.69 2> t-table = 1.697 at α = 0.01. The coefficient of determination (R2) with adjusted R2 is 0.709, meaning that the recruitment and selection variables can explain the employee performance variable by 70.9%, while the remaining 29.1% is explained by other variables outside the model. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Duta Paramarta Medan.
