Abstract

The Objective of the research to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer satisfaction of Rumah Cantik Sabina Balikpapan which is motivated by the phenomenon of the  showing beauty clinics that offer a variety of beauty products and services, therefore in choosing a beauty clinic as a place for health care and skin beauty, good service quality will affect customer satisfaction.  One of this place is Rumah Cantik Sabina clinic in Balikpapan which complements healthy and beauty care and with the dynamic market condition, market players work extra to be able to win is very tight competitive market. This study was conducted on people who had finished doing of the  facial beauty treatment and had done facial beauty treatment at least twice.  The Sampling technique by non probability sampling. The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression and questionnaires as a tool for collecting respondent data and then processed with  the SPSS Statistic program with a sample number total of 238 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, partial test, r square determination coefficient test and simple linear regression analysis. The partial test is used to test the hypothesis, and the coefficient of determination test R square to see how much the independent variable affects the dependent variable. Based on the result of this research obtained from this study, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Rumah Cantik Sabina Balikpapan.  Service quality has an influence of 69.9% on customer satisfaction, while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The research is intended to exploit the SWOT strategy implemented in an attempt to increase the sales of heavy equipment reconstruction units in P.T. Pamapersada Nusantara District Balikpapan. In this study, there were 10 employees who gave their statements. The sample method applied to this research is purposive sampling, which selects samples based on special consideration. IFAS and EFAS matrices are analytical tools used for internal and external analysis of the Company. The results of the research show that the use of SWOT analysis has successfully increased the sales of re-conditioning units of heavy equipment brand Komatsu in this company

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum serta kesehatan khususnya kesadaran akan hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita terutama wanita usia reproduktif yang berada di Kelurahan Tertip, Kota Balikpapan Kalimantan timur menjadi salah satu atensi Kelompok B6A KKN Universitas Balikpapan Gelombang XVI 2024 untuk berperan aktif melalui program kerja kelompok berupa penyuluhan Hukum dan Kesehatan terhadap warga Kelurahan Teritip khususnya warga wanita usia reproduktif berupa penyuluhan mengenai peningkatan pengetahuan hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum serta kesehatan khususnya kesadaran akan hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita terutama wanita usia reproduktif yang berada di Kelurahan Tertip , Kota Balikpapan Kalimantan timur, agar bisa menjaga serta meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi, sehingga harapannya wanita Indonesia menjadi wanita yang sehat dan bisa berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Metode program kerja kelompok ini adalah Metode Penyuluhan , bertempat di Puskesmas Teritip, Balikpapan Selatan, dihadiri 28 peserta warga Kelurahan Teritip, yang dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan deteksi dini kanker mulut rahim. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini dengan kuis didapatkan hasil adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product variety and service quality on consumer repurchase intention at Nostimo Food Stall, Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data obtained from 246 respondents as samples selected based on convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed based on multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The result shows that product variation and service quality have a significant effect simultaneously on consumer repurchase intention. The product variety has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest, but service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer repurchase interest. The results provide managerial implications for Nestimo Balikpapan Food Stalls to increase its product variety and improve health protocol-based services in order to increase consumer repurchase interest. With the increase of consumers' repurchase interest, it is expected that this restaurant business that is run can develop and be sustainable. Confirming that the combination of both creates a satisfying eating experience and increases consumer loyalty. These findings provide important insights for culinary entrepreneurs in improving their competitiveness. Despite this success, the researcher still recommends exploring the impact of additional factors such as digital customer experience and social media-based marketing strategies on repurchase intention. In addition, a more in-depth study of market segmentation based on demographics could provide additional insights into different consumer preferences.

Abstract

Sustainability report menyajikan laporan tanggungjawab perusahaan pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang bertujuan untuk dapat mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang, keberlangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan organisasi. Pengungkapan sustainability report dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu good corporate governance (GCG) dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai mediasi. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terkait pengaruh mediasi ukuran perusahaan antara Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap Sustainability Report. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari web idx.co.id. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dari sektor pertambangan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 30 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh positif terhadap ukuran perusahaan, GCG berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainability report, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sustainability report, dan mediasi ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dalam hubungan GCG terhadap sustainability report.
