Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research activity was to create a model for empowering MSMEs in wetland areas after the flood disaster. The model that would be produced in this study was expected to be able to contribute in increasing the resilience of SMEs after the disaster in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The specific objectives of this study were a) Identifying the characteristics of MSME empowerment in the post-flood wetland area in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, b) Analyzing the pattern of MSME empowerment in the post-flood wetland area in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, c) Developing a MSME empowerment model in post-flood wetland area in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The research used a quantitative method with a survey approach to MSMEs affected by the flood disaster in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency using research instruments and supported by in-depth interviews to map the problems and policies that would be taken in empowering MSMEs affected by the disaster. Furthermore, a literature study was used to synchronize field conditions with all local government programs and related stakeholders to be assembled into a model for empowering MSMEs in post-disaster wetland areas in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The data collection used field research and library research. The AHP method used Rapfish Software to formulate a structured decision model formulation with AHP modeling to set priorities for empowering MSMEs in post-flood disaster wetland areas in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The results of research data analysis using Expert Choice 11 from expert respondents (Local Governments, MSMEs, Universities, and Companies), obtained the results of the criteria for marketing facilities (20%) and priorities/alternatives for MSME business resilience (38%) as strategies in empowerment program and increase the resilience of MSMEs post-flood disaster in wetland areas in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Business Model Canvas on Business Performance at Lampit MSMEs in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The purpose of this research activity is to test and evaluate the Business Model Canvas on Business Performance and evaluate the Business Model Canvas on Lampit MSMEs in the Wetland Area of ​​Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The model produced in this study is expected to be able to contribute to improving Lampit MSMEs in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative research aims to test to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables. While Qualitative aims to describe/construct in-depth interviews with research subjects so that they can provide a clear picture of the Business Model Canvas analysis in improving business performance at Lampit MSMEs in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The results of data processing using the Partial Least Square analysis model using the SmartPLS computer program, obtained the results that the Business Model Canvas (Customer Segment, Customer Relationship, Customer Channel, Revenue Structure, Value Proposition, Key Activities, Key Resources, Cost Structure, and Key Partners) has an effect on the business performance of Lampit MSMEs, while the results using SWOT analysis show that Lampit MSMEs have indirectly implemented the Business Model Canvas concept in carrying out their business and the application of the Business Model Canvas to Lampit MSME Products can help Lampit MSMEs survive and develop Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Business Performance, SWOT

This studies is a quantitative studies, this kind of studies is associative. Sampling on this observe used the Accidental Sampling technique, as a way to reap sixty five respondents who have been used as studies samples. The information used have been taken from a questionnaire. Ha is generic, that means that Promotion has a huge impact on Customer Satisfaction. X2 (Ease of Use) has a sig cost of 0.one hundred and five because, because of this that it's miles extra than 0.05, then Ho is generic, Ha is rejected, that means that Ease of Use has no huge impact on Customer Satisfaction. And the sig cost withinside the F check is 0.000 because of this that much less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is generic because of this that Promotion (X1), and Ease of Use (X2) simultaneously (together) has a huge impact on Customer Satisfaction (Y) .So, the conclusions on this observe are: (1) Promotion in part has a huge impact on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Partial Ease of Use has no huge impact on Customer Satisfaction, and (3) Promotion, and Simultaneous Ease of Use have a huge impact on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to conduct a Du Pont System analysis (ROI, NPM and TATO) in measuring the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The research approach uses quantitative, with the type of research the comparative-associative. Samples were taken of all components in the form of company data, namely telecommunications company financial data that measures the value of NPM (Net Profit Margin), TATO (Total Assets Turnover) and ROI (Return On Investment) 2015-2019, census sampling technique / total sampling. Data collection used secondary data with documentation study, while data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and two way ANOVA. The results prove that H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no difference in the financial performance of telecommunications companies 2015-2019 based on financial ratio grouping, with a sig. 0.86. H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a difference in the financial performance of telecommunications companies for 2015-2019 based on grouping of business entities (companies), with a sig. 0.45. And H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a du pont system interaction with telecommunications companies in the financial performance of telecommunications companies 2015-2019, with a sig value of 0.021.
