Abstract

Abstrak — Pada bidang kesehatan sangat diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang biasanya dilakukan oleh tenaga medis, serta nantinya dapat mengambil keputusan dengan cepat. Penyakit yang umum terjadi dimasyarakat yaitu gigi dan mulut. Kesehatan gigi dan mulut dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan tubuh secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode certainty factor sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut pada manusia. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem mampu membantu pasien dalam mendiagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut sesuai dengan gejala yang dialami dan meberikan solusi atau penanganan yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan pengujian dengan uji coba 10 kondisi data, menghasilkan tingkat kecocokan 8 kondisi data hasil diagnosa pakar dan sistem. sehingga tingkat keakurasiannya 80% dari 28 gejala dan 10 penyakit. Dan nilai tertinggi untuk 10 kasus diperoleh nilai CF 0.8 dengan jenis penyakit karies media dan karies profunda.Kata kunci — Certainty Factor, Mobile Web, Sistem Pakar

Abstract

Lembaga sertifikasi usaha sebagai badan yang berwenang menentukan klasifikasi hotel berdasarkan kelas hotel, bersinergi dengan dinas pariwisata, perhimpunan hotel dan restoran dalam proses audit, pembinaan dan pengawasan. pelaksanaan sertifikasi usaha pariwisata di kota makassar  masih perlu ditingkatkan secara efektivitas dan efisiensi, murah, mudah dan cepat. untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan klasifikasi hotel, sistem ini mengimplementasikan metode Electre dalam mengolah data sehingga mempercepat proses klasifikasi status hotel,  memudahkan auditor dalam melakukan proses audit, membantu pelaksanaan pengawasan secara periodik. Metode ELECTRE memberikan keputusan multikriteria dengan konsep outranking perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif-alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang sesuai. Hasil uji akurasi dari sistem sebesar 85,71% dengan data uji sebanyak 15 data.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to provide recommendations for planting season based on predictions of rainfall, air temperature, and wind speed based on the website.Design/methodology/approach: This study implemented the Double exponential smoothing to predict rainfall, air temperature, and monthly wind speed one year in the future using past data.Findings/result: This study has succeeded in providing recommendations for planting season. Based on the results of the accuracy calculation between the prediction results and the actual data using the Mean Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE), each has a forecast error value of 30.69% for rainfall, 0.63% air temperature, and 5.89% wind speed. Originality/value/state of the art: Research related to the application of Double exponential smoothing to determine the planting period. Based on the results of the accuracy calculation between the prediction results and the actual data using Mean Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE), this has never been done in previous studies.

Abstract

   Potato plants have great potential as a source of carbohydrates for human needs. Potato yields are very influential in meeting food needs, so a system that is able to predict the amount of potato production is needed in order to be able to meet the production of potato harvests every year as a material for consideration and recommendations for the amount of potato production each year so that the need for the next market demand can be met. In addition, farmers can determine the amount of land area for planting potato vegetables. This study aims to implement the double exponential smoothing method in a decision support system for predicting potato crop yields, using this technique to help potato farmers/managers in recording crop yields per month and every year. Harvest data from the previous 6 years is used as training data, to find predictive data for the following year's harvest. From the results of the study, the best alpha value used to predict was 0.5 with an accuracy of 82.9%.

Abstract

Tanaman untuk reboisasi ditanam dan dipelihara dengan tujuan memperbaiki hutan atau non hutan yang mengalami kerusakan pada suatu area lahan, dimana lahan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh manusia untuk melakukan kegiatan menjaga ekosistem hutan. Untuk menentukan jenis tanaman reboisasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi lahan, terdapat beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan metode Naive Bayes untuk menyesuaikan manfaat tanaman dengan kondisi lahan yang rusak, yang meliputi topografi, iklim, dan jenis tanah. Proses pada penelitian ini dilakukan dari tahap data cleaning, data integration, dan Classification. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 2 Tahap, pengujian dilakukan untuk menentukan akurasi dari Model Naive Bayes terhadap data dan hasil luaran Aplikasi. Data diuji dengan 10-fold validation. Berdasarkan Hasil skenario kedua tahap pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, diperoleh tingkat akurasi skenario pertama sebesar 96% dan akurasi pengujian tahap kedua sebesar 83.53%, rata-rata akurasi dari kedua tahap pengujian didapatkan hasil sebesar 89,76%.

Abstract

Abstract — The Human Development Index (IPM) is an indicator that explains how people can access development outcomes in obtaining human income, health and education. This study aims to make predictions on the Human Development Index (IPM) in North Toraja Regency using the Double Exponential Smoothing algorithm. The stages of this research began with collecting data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The research design used is UML which is designed in a structured manner consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The software used in building this system is PHP and MySql for database processing. The algorithm used is Double exponential smoothing to predict the Human Development Index in North Toraja Regency for the next few years using past data. In this case, the best alpha and beta values are 0.6 and 0.9. The results of calculating the accuracy between the prediction results and the actual data using the Mean Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE) each have a forecasting error value of 0.13% for the Health Index, for the education index of 0.55%, and for the Purchasing Power Index of 0.45 %. Based on the results of these predictions, the value of the Human Development Index (IPM) in North Toraja Regency for the following year is 69.48%. Abstract

CV. ABN Transport is a company providing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) transportation fleets in East Kalimantan with a fleet of seven (7) units, capable of transporting 8 tons of CPO liquid. This research aims to design a multi-platform based application that utilizes the ELECTRE algorithm to determine fleet rental priorities and the Google Maps API to obtain rental origin and destination locations and calculate mileage. The main objective is to overcome delivery schedule problems that often occur and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of utilizing the rented fleet. This research uses the ELECTRE method to rank tank truck fleet rental priorities by collecting data through observation, interviews and literature study. The research design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) functional modeling, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. In the application, the RESTful API architecture is used in the Laravel framework to enable easy and effective API creation and management. On the mobile side, a Model View Controller (MVC) is used in the Flutter framework and the database is implemented with MySQL. Based on the results of application testing, 8 respondents as a sample, 50% of users agreed that the application provides rental order recommendations based on the weight of the assessment criteria and helps in making prioritization decisions. Apart from that, 33.33% of respondents strongly agreed and 16.67% somewhat agreed with the statement. In conclusion, the application designed can assist CV ABN transport to determine CPO fleet rental prioritas more affectively and efficiently due to the use of the ELECTRE Algoritm and Google Maps API integraton to manage the rental of pick up location and destination.

Abstract

Rice is the staple food of most Indonesian people. Rice contributes more than 22% of global energy intake. Indonesia, especially South Sulawesi is a major rice producer where rice production is around 92% of total world production 1.2 For nations in Asia. This research aims to implement the Hue Saturation Value (HSV) algorithm for extracting color features in Android-based rice quality determination. In this research there were 600 images of rice which were divided into 80% training data and 20% testing data. Training samples are used for color feature extraction by applying Red, Green and Blue (RGB) features to the Hue Saturation Value (HSV) method. Next, image identification is carried out to determine the quality of the rice using color features. From the test results using the confusion matrix at a value of K=7, precision was 82%, recall was 90%, F-1 score was 86%, and accuracy was 85%

Abstract

The Hotel industry is a key component of the tourism sector that is required to obtain business certification. This certification determines the star classification of a hotel. The determination of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-star classifications for hotels, particularly in the city of Makassar, involves the Tourism Business Certification Agency (LSUP) as the auditing body, the Makassar City Tourism Office as the regulatory body responsible for supervision and guidance, and the industry as the auditee. The conventional and manual processes for determining star ratings reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of audit implementation, as well as hinder the supervision of business certification by the Makassar City government.

Abstract

Strawberry is one of the fruit commodities that has a high demand so that it is widely cultivated by most people in Bantaeng Regency to meet with the market needs. The high intensity of weather changes is the main challenge in the strawberry production, which is influenced by climate dynamics and the start season time changes. Climate change does not only affect the amount of rainfall, but also causes a shift in the rainy season and dry season start. As a result, in the cultivation of plants such as strawberries, there are often difficulties in adjusting or slow anticipation in the extreme changes of rainfall. This research began with the data collection stage through field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The design tool used a systematically organized UML, which included a use case diagram, then an activity diagram, as well as an elaboration into sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The system was developed by implementing the PHP programming language on the interface design as well as MySQL as a database processing. The algorithm used to predict the air temperature feature, wind speed feature, and rainfall feature was Double Exponential Smoothing, followed by the optimization of the Golden Section method to select the right smoothing value. Referring to the results of this study, the system can provide planting time recommendations based on prediction of rainfall, air temperature, and wind speed parameters through a web-based platform. Based on the calculation of the accuracy value of the prediction results using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), the obtained forecast error value was of 5.89% for wind speed, 0.63% for air temperature, and 0.69% for rainfall. The Golden Section Optimization in Double Exponential Smoothing provided the best smoothing for prediction.
