Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of communication digitization ability of teachers in completing administrative workload at SMP Negeri 1 Pegajahan. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were applied through in-depth interviews with 10 teachers and participant observation at SMP Negeri 1 Pegajahan. The results showed that the level of communication digitization ability of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Pegajahan was still relatively low. This can be seen from the fact that many teachers still apply manual methods in completing administrative workloads, such as using paper and pens to write reports and correspondence. In addition, teachers are also still not accustomed to using digital applications to communicate with parents and guardians. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that it is necessary to improve the digitalization communication skills of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Pegajahan. This can be done through training and workshops on the use of digital applications for administration and communication. In addition, schools also need to provide adequate infrastructure, such as computers and the internet, so that teachers can easily use digital applications.

Abstract

Background Rice farmers in processing their crops certainly use pesticides, as an eradicator of various kinds of pests that can attack rice. Pesticides have greatly helped farmers in preventing crop failure due to pests. However, improper use of pesticides can endanger the health of farmers. To prevent this, farmers must use complete PPE when spraying rice. The purpose: of this study is to see what factors are related to the use of PPE in farmers who use pesticides, in farmers in Melati II Village in 2023. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, the sample of this study amounted to 100 farmers. Data collection using interviews, questionnaires, and observation techniques. The data obtained is then processed with chi-square statistical tests. Results: Based on the results of bivariate statistical tests knowledge variables and action variables are related to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The results of the study showed that the variables related to the use of PPE were knowledge variables (p = 0.004) and action variables (p = 0.043). Suggestion: It is expected for the local government to provide knowledge to farmers in Melati II Village, regarding the importance of using personal protective equipment when spraying pesticides and the dangers of pesticides, to protect nature and also the health of farmers.

Abstract

Abstract Received: Revised: Accepted: This research discusses the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth in the lyrics of the song "Masa Mudaku Habis" which was popularized by Ghea Indrawari in 2023. This song describes the exploration of a person's emotions when they have entered the adult phase, as well as about a person's sadness and nostalgia when they realize that time is running out. passed and his youth had passed. Researchers chose this song for analysis because the song's lyrics are very touching and match the reality of life that happens to each person. By using the concept that song lyrics are a representation of emotional feelings (longing) that have a message, this research seeks to find out what the denotative, connotative and mythical meanings are in the song lyrics. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method in dissecting and studying the song's lyrics.

Abstract

Tindakan penganiayaan menjadi salah satu fenomena sosial yang terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Berbagai tindakan penganiayaan yang sering terjadi seperti pemukulan dan kekerasan fisik seringkali mengakibatkan luka pada bagian tubuh atau anggota tubuh korban, bahkan tidak jarang menimbulkan cacat fisik seumur hidup termasuk kematian. Selain itu, tindakan penganiayaan juga tidak jarang menimbulkan efek atau dampak psikis pada korban seperti trauma, ketakutan, ancaman, bahkan terdapat korban penganiayaan yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dan mental (Fikri, 2017). Mencermati fenomena tindakan penganiayaan yang terjadi, tindakan penganiayaan tidak terjadi begitu saja melainkan diduga berkaitan dengan berbagai faktor seperti pengaruh pergaulan dan kenakalan, premanisme, kecemburuan sosial, tekanan dan kesenjangan ekonomi, ketidakharmonisan dalam hubungan rumah tangga atau dengan orang lain, persaingan, konflik kepentingan dan lainnya. Salah satu kasus yang sedang terjadi dewasa ini yaitu kasus penganiyaan terhadap David ozora yang dilakukan oleh anak seorang pejabat pajak yang bernama Mario Dandy. Tindakan penganiayaan yang dilakukan oleh Mario Dandy terhadap David Ozora dapat menyebabkan timbulnya gejala PTSD atau Post Traumatic Stress Disorder yang dialami oleh korban. Selanjutnya, gejala PTSD yang terjadi akibat penganiayaan atau kekerasan fisik ini dapat mengakibatkan gangguan seperti trauma, stres, depresi, fobia, mimpi buruk dan kecurigaan terhadap orang lain dalam waktu yang sangat lama
