Abstract

Abstrak BPJS Kesehatan adalah badan hukum yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan. Jaminan Kesehatan adalah jaminan berupa perlindungan kesehatan agar peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh pemerintah. Program ini melayani dari berbagai lapisan dari kalangan masyarakat. BPJS Kesehatan ditujukan untuk memberikan proteksi agar seluruh lapisan masyarakat mendapatkan akses kesehatan secara merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektifitas sistem badan penyelenggara jaminan sosial (BPJS) kesehatan dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan kepada peserta di puskesmas tuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan petugas administrasi dan pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menganggap layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Tuntungan cukup memuaskan. Serta prosedur pendaftaran dan verifikasi BPJS sudah di lakukan secara baik dan efektif. Namun, terdapat temuan bahwa waktu tunggu untuk mendapatkan pelayanan medis masih cukup lama, terutama pada hari-hari sibuk. Hal ini dapat mengindikasikan adanya potensi perbaikan dalam efisiensi penyelenggaraan layanan. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa sistem BPJS Kesehatan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Tuntungan. Pelayanan yang disediakan melalui BPJS memungkinkan akses yang lebih merata dan mudah bagi masyarakat, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti waktu tunggu yang lama dan sikap kurang ramah dari beberapa petugas. Namun, secara keseluruhan BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Tuntungan berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan meski ada ruang untuk perbaikan dalam beberapa aspek operasional dan pelayanan. Kata kunci: BPJS Kesehatan, Efektivitas, Kepuasan pasien, Pelayanan kesehatan, Puskesmas Analysis of the Effecitiveness of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) Health Insurance System on Health Services at Tuntungan Comunity Health Center Abstract BPJS Health is a legal entity established to administer the health insurance program. Health insurance provides health protection to ensure that participants receive health maintenance benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs. These benefits are provided to everyone who has paid contributions or whose contributions are paid by the government. This program serves various layers of society. BPJS Health aims to provide protection so that all layers of society have equal access to healthcare. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the BPJS Health system in providing healthcare services to participants at Puskesmas Tuntungan. The study uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with administrative staff and patients. The results of this study indicate that most respondents consider the healthcare services at Puskesmas Tuntungan to be quite satisfactory. The registration and verification procedures for BPJS have been carried out well and effectively. However, there are findings that the waiting time to receive medical services is still quite long, especially on busy days. This indicates a potential for improvement in the efficiency of service delivery. The conclusion of this study is that the BPJS Health system has a significant impact on improving healthcare services at Puskesmas Tuntungan. The services provided through BPJS allow for more equitable and easier access to healthcare for the community, although there are still some challenges such as long waiting times and the less friendly attitude of some staff. Overall, BPJS Health at Puskesmas Tuntungan has succeeded in enhancing the quality of healthcare services, despite some room for improvement in several operational and service aspects. Abstract

Abstrak Permasalah yang dihadapkan pada penggunaan kartu JKN yaitu masih rendahnya penggunaan kartu jaminan kesehatan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum optimalnya pelayanan yang diberikan pada fasilitas kesehatan dan beranggapan dengan menggunakan kartu jaminan kesehatan sangat merepotkan khususnya dalam sistem rujukan, padahal dengan adanya JKN ini dapat memperingan biaya layanan Antenatalcare. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program JKN pada layanan antenatalcare (ANC) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan metodologi dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang terkait penelitian di Puskesmas Simalingkar dan bersumber dari informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Tata Usaha, Bendahara JKN dan Bidan dalam layanan ANC. Ketersediaan fasilitas dan aksebilitas ANC di Puskesmas ini sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Peningkatan atau perubahan yang dilakukan dalam pelayanan ANC sejak Implementasi JKN sangat meningkat dari fasilitas dan aksebilita sebelumnya dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya pasien dalam memeriksakan kandungannya ke Puskesmas. Aadapun tantangan khusus yang dihadapi dalam mengitegrasikan JKN dengan layanan ANC di Puskesmas yaitu BPJS pasien tidak aktif dikarenakan premi yang menunggak dan tenaga kesehatan tidak berada ditempat namun dengan adanya kendala tersebut tetap dilayani.

Abstract

The JKN program is to ensure equal access to high-quality health services for all Indonesian citizens, offering extensive coverage at affordable rates. Despite the numerous advantages provided by the JKN Program, some participants fail to adhere to the regulations, such as delays in contribution payments. This study seeks to identify the factors influencing the level of compliance among communities regarding contributions to the JKN Program across various regions in Indonesia. Employing a literature review design, the researcher collects relevant and reliable research articles. Subsequently, these articles are thoroughly reviewed to generate new analyses. The findings of this study suggest that community compliance with JKN program contributions is influenced by factors such as income, knowledge, education, family size, perceptions of health services, and employment.

Abstract

One of the main needs of society that is considered important is health. The aim of this research is to find out whether the health services provided by community health centers are adequate and how easy it is for National Health Insurance (JKN) consumers to get health services. This article was prepared using the literature review method, namely summarizing and explaining the contents of previously published sources of findings in accordance with the topic of the author's analysis regarding the implementation of the JKN program and health services at regional health centers. Articles from 2019 to 2023 are used as references, using Google Scholar, Garuda Journal, and Springer Link. The results of this research are that the quality of health services received at the Community Health Center is in accordance with the national health insurance provided by the government. With the existence of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program, it is very useful in health services, patients are seen as the parties who utilize and benefit from these services, and they are also the parties who have the greatest influence on the quality of services provided. The facilities and infrastructure provided by the government are also complete and adequate for use when seeking treatment at the Community Health Center.

Abstract

In 2016, the satisfaction rate of BPJS Health participants in Indonesia reached 78.6 percent, while the Satisfaction rate to partner health facilities (faskes) was 76.2 percent. Meanwhile, in 2017, the participant satisfaction index rose to 79.5 per cent, and the Participant Satisfaction to Fascism index reached 89.5 per cent. The National Health Insurance Programme is designed to provide effective and efficient health care with a variety of considerations and purposes. The benefits of the JKN Program ensure equal and equitable access to health care for all Indonesian citizens. Improve the quality and standard of health care provided by health facilities throughout Indonesia. From the background of the problem, the purpose of this research is to know the benefits of the JKN Program in providing effective and efficient services. This research method uses the literature study of JKN programmes in providing effective and efficient service. Systematic Literature Review (SLR), a systematic, detailed, and reproducible method, which aims to identify, evaluate, and synthesize findings and thoughts produced by researchers and practitioners. This approach is made explicitly to scan, review, and evaluate all relevant research. From research conducted using literary methods it can be concluded that the JKN program has benefits in providing effective and efficient It can be seen from the journals that have been reviewed that the JKN program represents an opportunity to improve quality management of health services in Indonesia. Quality management of health services has a crucial role in achieving the goal of JKN, which is to provide access to quality health services to the entire population of Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) has been agreed to be implemented by many countries, however, achieving UHC is not always realized quickly in some countries. The JKN (National Health Insurance) program is an Indonesian government program aimed at The JKN (National Health Insurance) program is an Indonesian government program that aims to provide health protection to all Indonesian residents. The program is managed by the Health Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) and is one of the efforts to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Indonesia. The JKN program aims to provide public access to health services and provide financial protection. The JKN program in Indonesia can be considered as a concrete step in supporting the achievement of Universal Health Coverage by providing access to health, financial protection, and improving the quality of health services for the entire population. Based on the background of this paper, the purpose of this study is to implement the JKN program in achieving UHC in Indonesia and what are the things that support the JKN program in achieving UHC. The method applied in this study is the Literature Study method. This research involved analyzing research findings related to the topic under study. Data sources for the literature review were selected from recent journals published between 2019 and 2023. The researcher conducted a search through a search site using the Google Scholar publication database, successfully identifying 7 relevant national research journals to serve as references in this study.

The aim of this research is to determine the financing received by the community from the JKN program in this era. digital, whether the program provides adequate health protection, and whether this program really causes an increase in welfare for society as a whole. The method used is to analyze articles published in the last 5 years through Google Scholar searches. The results of this research are that to achieve various important goals of health development in a country, such as equitable access to health care and quality services, strong, stable and sustainable health financing is very important. for health development. In the current digital era, the JKN financing and health service system is running well and the system used is getting easier and speeding up the verification process in administration.

Abstract

Salah satu kebijakan kesehatan dari pemerintah adalah Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dimana ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat menerima pelayanan kesehatan yang merata dengan sistem premi seperti pada asuransi kesehatan lainnya. Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) atau BPJS-Kesehatan sudah menjamin pelayanan kesehatan dengan sistem yaitu premi yang sesuai dengan dengan pelaksanaannya di puskesmas dan klinik yang tergolong kedalam fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuain pelaksanaan pelayanan BPJS pada masyarakat di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Mayoritas fasilitas yang didapat kan pasien pada saat mereka dirawat sudah 67,7% sesuai dengan iuran mereka dan 32,3% hampir sesuai dan pelayanan yang didapat pasien hampir mendekati sempurna yang dimana 77,4% sesuai dengan kelas kepemilikan kartu BPJS mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang BPJS Kesehatan yang dibentuk guna terselenggarannya pemberian jaminan agar terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar yang layak bagi setiap individu dan anggota keluarganya. Kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) dan Peserta yang Bukan Penerima Bantuan Iuran (Non-PBI). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan peserta Non-PBI dalam pembayaran iuran BPJS di Indonesia. metode penelitian ini adalah kajian literature dengan me-review jurnal dengan memasukkan kata kunci kepatuhan, iuran JKN, peserta mandiri, BPJS kesehatan yang telah di publish selama periode 2016 hingga 2021. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan peserta mandiri dalam pembayaran iuran BPJS (ρ<0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan dan motivasi dengan kepatuhan peserta mandiri dalam pembayaran iuran BPJS (ρ>0,05).

Abstract

Background Rice farmers in processing their crops certainly use pesticides, as an eradicator of various kinds of pests that can attack rice. Pesticides have greatly helped farmers in preventing crop failure due to pests. However, improper use of pesticides can endanger the health of farmers. To prevent this, farmers must use complete PPE when spraying rice. The purpose: of this study is to see what factors are related to the use of PPE in farmers who use pesticides, in farmers in Melati II Village in 2023. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, the sample of this study amounted to 100 farmers. Data collection using interviews, questionnaires, and observation techniques. The data obtained is then processed with chi-square statistical tests. Results: Based on the results of bivariate statistical tests knowledge variables and action variables are related to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The results of the study showed that the variables related to the use of PPE were knowledge variables (p = 0.004) and action variables (p = 0.043). Suggestion: It is expected for the local government to provide knowledge to farmers in Melati II Village, regarding the importance of using personal protective equipment when spraying pesticides and the dangers of pesticides, to protect nature and also the health of farmers.
