Abstract

The process of establishing or managing an Islamic educational institution is known as Islamic education management. This process involves the use of human resources to institutional goals effectively and efficiently. In this case, epistemological philosophy serves as the basis for controlling Islamic education. The study aims to study the management of Islamic education using epistemology. This research uses a qualitative method of library study or literature study (Literature Review), and data is collected from related sources such as journals, e-books, or academic articles. The results of this study show that the management of Islamic education has a significant impact on Islamic educational institutions. The theory of Islamic education management practices refers to principles of governance that have not been fully implemented by Islamic educational institutions, such as the concept of transparency and integrity. Planning is regarded as a process or step of vital importance in achieving the objectives of an educational institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengatasi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di SD Negeri Pabuaran 4, Kecamatan Pabuaran Kabupaten Serang. Observasi awal menunjukan bahwa hanya 12 siswa dari keseluruhan yang mencapai nilai di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode ceramah yang dominan dalam pembelajaran sebelumnya membuat siswa kesulitan memahami materi. Melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas selama 2 siklus, peneliti fokus pada peningkatan motivasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan multimedia. Hasil analisis menunjukan peningkatan drastic, mencapai 91% pada siklus I dan 100% pada siklus II. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat, dari 73 pada siklus I menjadi 80 pada siklus II. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan multimedia berhasil meningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di SD Negeri Pabuaran 4 pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The management function in educational institutions plays an important role in the world of education to realize various ideas, ideas, work programs, and other activities aimed at advancing education to improve and develop the quality of educators in multiple competencies. So that it can improve the overall quality of educational staff in an educational institution. In this discussion, the researcher uses qualitative research methods as support in his research based on a literature review known as a Literature Review. This approach can clarify and simplify the presentation of the research subject. The data sources were obtained from journals, articles, and writings related to management functions in educational institutions which were accessed via Mendeley.com, the Publish or Perish application, and Google Scholar. Thus, the results of the management analysis implemented in educational institutions show that a leader can improve by implementing the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling) well.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of madrasah heads in improving teacher professionalism through the application of Islamic education management principles. Teacher professionalism plays a crucial role in achieving quality learning, encompassing not only aspects of teaching competence but also the application of Islamic teachings in teachers' behavior and work ethics. In this research, the researcher uses a qualitative research method with a type of library research approach. This study analyzes various related literature to describe in detail the role of madrasah heads in supporting the development of teacher professionalism. The results of the study show that the head of the madrasah has six main roles, namely as a manager, evaluator, administrator, supervisor, leader, and motivator. Each of these roles contributes to the improvement of teachers' pedagogical competence, professional ethics, and learning innovation. In the context of Islamic education, the application of principles such as sincerity, honesty, justice, trust, and responsibility is the foundation in building professionalism that is not only oriented to academic results but also to the formation of Islamic character. It is hoped that this research can contribute to formulating educational policies and improving teacher competence in Islamic teachings in madrasah.
