Abstract

Relating issues for a teachers or educators is inevitable among other things related, there are: a personal self teacher, institution where duty, salary or honorarium, employment status, and other systems. For example, welfare issues and the promotion or advancement, as well as the low salaries of teachers being interest for theme in the some seminar or discourse. But, after the certification, teacher welfare debate subsided.Some other issues related to teachers include: (a) teacher caught up in the routine of learning in running a static, as one of the main components of learning with dual function as educators and teachers, the teachers need to do a progressive learning dynamics. (b) Teachers have not been up applying relevant learning theories in the learning process. (c) Teachers lack of commitment to the learning paradigm, as a result, a variety of instructional changes that need to be adapted, innovated ignored. (d) And a low academic contact as meeting with guest speaker or scholarly nature to discuss education issues across subjects to find a way necessary.Keywords: Teacher, National Educational System, Professionalism

Abstract

The management function in educational institutions plays an important role in the world of education to realize various ideas, ideas, work programs, and other activities aimed at advancing education to improve and develop the quality of educators in multiple competencies. So that it can improve the overall quality of educational staff in an educational institution. In this discussion, the researcher uses qualitative research methods as support in his research based on a literature review known as a Literature Review. This approach can clarify and simplify the presentation of the research subject. The data sources were obtained from journals, articles, and writings related to management functions in educational institutions which were accessed via Mendeley.com, the Publish or Perish application, and Google Scholar. Thus, the results of the management analysis implemented in educational institutions show that a leader can improve by implementing the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling) well.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengawasan merupakan aktifitas penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Pengawasan dimaksudkan sebagai kegiatan kontrol terhadap seluruh kegiatan pendidikan untuk mengarahkan, mengawasi, membina dan mengendalikan dalam pencapaian tujuan. Sehingga Manajemen mutu pendidikan dapat menuju ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan sebelum dan sesudah adanya fungsi pengawasan, untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan dimasa pandemic covid-19 di MTs Negeri 2 dan MTs Negeri 4 Kabupaten Tangerang Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara bebas (non terstruktur). Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deduksi analitik sesuai teori Milles and Habermen Hasil penelitian, Implementasi fungsi pengawas Madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Negeri 2 dan MTs Negeri 4 Kabupaten Tangerang dapat digambarkan sebagai berikut, pertama pengawas madrasah sudah melakukan pemantauan tehadap perencanaan pembelajaran walaupun pada pelaksanaannya belum secara maksimal dan efektif menyentuh kepada semua guru karena kondisi pandemic covid-19, Yang kedua pengawas madrasah sudah melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan terhadap guru atau kepala madrasah sudah berjalan dengan baik karena setiap kali pengawas madrasah melakukan kunjungan pasti selalu melakukan atau memberikan sedikit ilmu atau motivasi terhadap guru-guru dan kepala madrasah Yang ketiga yaitu pengawas madrasah sudah melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja guru sudah berjalan dengan baik, pengawas madrasah melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja guru satu semester dua kali penilaian atau minimal setahun dua kali. Keberhasilan implementasi fungsi pengawasan yang dilakukan pengawas menjadikan kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru sudah baik namun masih perlu untuk selalu ditingkatkan. Hambatan pelaksanaan implementasi pengawasan yang ideal dikategorikan dalam dua aspek, yaitu struktur dan kultur.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the implementation of conflict management strategies to prevent violence in schools. The research method used is a literature study. The literature study approach requires a number of reading materials to be carried out by managing research materials, taking notes while reading, and gathering information from the library. This study found several things about the correlation between conflict and violence that occurred in the school environment. Conflicts that arise in schools can be reduced and even overcome by using conflict management techniques to the maximum extent possible. In addition, this study discusses effective conflict management in schools which is important for preventing violence. This involves taking proactive and reactive actions to resolve conflicts before they lead to violence. It also involves education and training for students, teachers and staff to resolve conflicts peacefully. Good conflict management can help create a safe and conducive school environment for learning. Therefore, good conflict management in schools is very important to prevent violence and ensure student safety. Keywords: Conflict, Conflict Managemen, Violence in Schools

Abstract

This research analyzes the contribution of the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School education system in Banten in shaping the students' personalities. Two research methods were used: library research and field research. Library research involves collecting relevant theories and writings, while field research is carried out by direct observation at the research location. The research results show that the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School in Banten has an important role in instilling moral education in students. The Islamic boarding school tradition is a reflection of the vision and mission of the institution, with moral educational values ​​internalized by the students. The learning system based on the Compassion System (SKS) has succeeded in forming students who obey the rules and are able to adapt to the Islamic boarding school environment and society. Islamic boarding school education in Banten is considered an effective means for parents to shape behavior that is in accordance with religious and social values. Even though it is faced with the challenges of modernization, Islamic boarding school education remains relevant in shaping good moral behavior through religious activities and the rules that are applied. However, there are still certain behavioral deviations in Islamic boarding schools. However, the formation of students' personalities is maintained through the values ​​of family, togetherness, helpfulness, honesty and responsibility. The centralized role of kiai as role models, as well as community support in various forms, also supports the existence and development of Salafi Islamic boarding schools amidst challenges and threats from both internal and external sources

Abstract

This article aims to explain the meaning of Islamic education and explain the intellectual impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari on the implementation of Islamic education. The research methodology used in this research is library research, which includes reading, writing and analyzing research materials, as well as utilizing library-centered information collection strategies. The author uses content analysis as a method for analyzing data in this research. Content analysis is used to compare the findings of a study with other studies related to the same issue. Textbooks and journal articles serve as sources of knowledge used to prepare this article. The research problem revolves around two key questions: "What is the definition of Islamic education proposed by K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari?" and "What is the specific intellectual impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari on the progress of contemporary Islamic education?". The findings of this research explain that K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's ideas regarding the conceptualization of Islamic education as found in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'alim and the impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's ideas on the implementation of Islamic education can be found in the formulation of Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the Indonesian national education system.

Abstract

Keunggulan lembaga pendidikan Islam salah satunya adalah bukan hanya memiliki pemimpin yang mampu menjalankan tugas-tugas manajerialnya, akan tetapi mampu mengambil sebuah keputusan untuk kepentingan bersama dan kemajuan lembaga pendidikan yang didasari oleh nilai-nilai keislaman. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk-bentuk pengambilan keputusan seorang pemimpin di lembaga pendidikan Islam khususnya untuk memajukan lembaga pendidikan adil, bermoral dan beretika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif library research, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan mencari sumber-sumber dari artikel Ilmiah, E-Book atau sumber bacaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik kepemimpinan kelembagaan pendidikan Islam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, salah satu bentuk pengambilan keputusan pemimpin lembaga pendidikan adalah dengan merujuk pada tiga karakteristik yaitu, adil dalam menetapkan keputusan, memiliki sikap yang bermoral dan beretika dalam setiap proses pengambilan keputusan untuk kepentingan dan kemajuan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Reward dan Punishment merupakan sebuah tindakan atau perilaku yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sebuah kualitas pekerjaan, seperti penghargaan berupa hadiah atau hukuman berupa sanksi, namun hal tersebut belum semua diterapkan oleh setiap kepala madrasah dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru. Maka dari itu, tindakan memberikan reward dan punishment oleh kapala sekolah kepada guru sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan amplifikasi terhadap kinerja setiap guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana penerapan reward dan punishment kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui analisis literatur secara komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan systematic literature review berdasarkan dari basis data melalui publish or perish Google scholar pada rentang tahun 2019-2024, dengan kata kunci : reward dan punishment kepala sekolah, kinerja guru. Penulis mengidentifikasi 10 Jurnal relevan yang mengeksplorasi penerapan reward dan punishment kepala madrasah. Kesimpulannya adalah, bahwa banyak macam model dan strategi pemberian reward dan punishment efektif dalam meningkatkan terhadap kinerja guru. Pemberian reward dan Punishment yang tepat dan teratur menjadi salah satu faktor terpenting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru di Madrasah.

Abstract

Educational innovation is an effort to overcome existing challenges in education. Innovation in the educational context can take the form of various things, be it products or systems. For example, a teacher can create learning media in the form of mock ups to improve the quality of learning. The educational innovation model at the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture still tends to use a "top-down" strategy, where educational innovation is developed from central policy to the lowest educational institutions in an imperative way. This can hamper the creativity of teaching and education staff. Therefore, a balance is needed with a "bottom-up" strategy, where educational innovation is developed from below, originating from the creativity of teaching and education staff in each educational institution, as an effort to improve the quality of education delivery.

Abstract

Perencanaan atau al-takhtīṭ merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam manajemen pendidikan, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali secara mendalam fungsi perencanaan dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam berdasarkan perspektif al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penulis mengkaji teks-teks al-Qur’an dan hadis serta literatur klasik dan kontemporer yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan bukan hanya aspek teknis dalam dunia pendidikan, melainkan bagian integral dari ajaran Islam yang memiliki dimensi spiritual, moral, dan strategis. Al-Qur’an memberikan banyak isyarat mengenai pentingnya perencanaan dalam kehidupan manusia, seperti yang tergambar dalam kisah Nabi Yusuf dan kisah penciptaan alam semesta. Demikian pula Sunnah Nabi Muhammad ﷺ menunjukkan praktik perencanaan yang sistematis dan bijaksana dalam mengelola umat. Artikel ini mengajak para praktisi dan akademisi untuk memahami al-takhtīṭ dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai bagian dari ‘ibādah dan bentuk tanggung jawab terhadap amanah pendidikan. Kata Kunci: al-takhtīṭ, manajemen pendidikan Islam, al-Qur’an, Sunnah, fungsi perencanaan.
