Abstract

ABSTRAK Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan lingkungan menjadi kotor dan menyebabkan pendangkalan sungai yang mengakibatkan timbulnya banjir. Sebagian besar permasalahan sampah berasal dari limbah rumah tangga, baik sampah organik maupun anorganik. Sampah anorganik yang dapat didaur ulang, seperti botol plastik bekas air mineral dapat bernilai ekonomis dengan cara di tabung pada bank sampah, sementara sampah organik seperti sisa sayuran dan buah dapat diproses lebih lanjut menjadi eco-enzyme. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk sosialisasi pengolahan sampah organik menjadi eco-enzyme, sehingga para karyawan di Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Utara dan masyarakat sekitar dapat mengetahui cara pengolahan sampah yang benar dan dapat berperan serta dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pemahaman yang bersifat mengedukasi dalam hal pengolahan sampah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukan hasil yang baik  dengan adanya pengetahuan dalam menerapkan pembuatan eco-enzyme yang dapat mengurangi sampah organik dan peserta sosialisasi aktif dalam memberi pertanyaan serta diskusi bersama. Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Pengolahan Sampah, Sampah Organik, Eco-enzyme  ABSTRACT Waste that is not managed properly can cause the environment to become dirty and cause siltation of rivers which results in flooding. Most of the waste problems come from household waste, both organic and inorganic waste. Inorganic waste that can be recycled, such as plastic bottles used for mineral water, can have economic value by being deposited in a waste bank, while organic waste such as vegetable and fruit scraps can be further processed into eco-enzyme. The community service activity aims to socialize the processing of organic waste into eco-enzyme, so that employees and the surrounding community can know how to process waste properly and can participate in preserving the environment. The method of implementing this activity is the socialization method by providing an understanding that is educational in terms of waste management. This socialization activity showed results with knowledge in applying eco-enzyme making that can reduce organic waste and active socialization participants in giving questions and discussions together.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between HRM and job satisfaction and employee performance, with work quality acting as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 109 respondents who are employees of the North Jakarta Environment Agency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire survey method and is distributed online using Google, from which it is sent to respondents. The results show that HRM has a significant positive relationship with the performance produced by employees. Job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with the performance of employees. The quality of work has a significant positive relationship with the performance of an employee. Quality of work is able to weaken the relationship and moderate HRD's impact on an employee's performance. The quality of work is able to strengthen and moderate the relationship between employee satisfaction with their work and employee performance. The research that has been carried out has recommendations aimed at the North Jakarta Environmental Service that want to improve the performance of an employee, so the strategy that can be done is to make employees feel fair, pay according to policy, and give appreciation to employees who have achievements
