Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas rasa dan kesesuain harga terhadap minat beli konsumen coffe shop dengan event promosi sebagai variabel moderating pada coffe shop di Jakarta Utara. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seseorang yang sering berkunjung ke coffe shop Jakarta Utara. Jumlah sampel yang dapat dikumpul sebanyak 168 responden. Pengujian analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas rasa berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Demikian juga dengan kesesuaian harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Event promosi berpengaruh minat beli konsumen. Event promosi mampu memoderasi atas pengaruh kualitas rasa terhadap minat beli konsumen. Dan event promosi mampu memoderasi pengaruh kesesuaian rasa terhadap minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Rasa, Kesesuaian Harga, Minat Beli Konsumen, Event promosi ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine the effect of taste quality and price conformity on the buying interest of coffee shop consumers with promotional events as a moderating variable at coffee shops in North Jakarta. The research model used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is someone who frequently visits the North Jakarta coffee shop. The number of samples that can be collected is 168 respondents. Testing data analysis using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the quality of taste influences consumer buying interest. Likewise, price suitability affects consumer buying interest. Promotional events affect consumer buying interest. Promotional events are able to moderate the effect of taste quality on consumer buying interest. And promotional events are able to moderate the influence of suitability of taste on consumer buying interest.Keywords: Taste Quality, Price Conformity, Consumer Purchase Interest, Promotional events

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah suatu bentuk pendidikan dengan cara memberikan pengalaman empiris kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup ditengah-tengah masyarakat, dan secara langsung mengajarkan kepada mahasiswa cara identifikasi masalah-masalah sosial di masyarakat.Pendekatan dengan masyarakat di daerah daerah yang berada di Desa Sumbermujur, Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lumajang, Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan program ekonomi kreatif diarahkan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat lokal dalam menghasilkan mata pencaharian baru dan meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam dan budaya setempat, seperti kerajinan tangan tradisional atau pariwisata lokal, diharapkan dapat membantu menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.Dengan kombinasi pendidikan dan ekonomi kreatif dalam konteks KKN di hunian tetap penyintas erupsi gunung Semeru, diharapkan dapat membantu membangun fondasi yang kokoh bagi pemulihan komunitas, meningkatkan kapasitas adaptasi, dan merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. pendekatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan, diharapkan program ini dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumbermujur serta mendukung pemulihan komunitas di hunian tetap penyintas erupsi Gunung Semeru.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan inti terkecil dalam mendukung pembangunan suatu Negara. Negara dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila seluruh warga negaranya memiliki ekonomi keluarga yang kuat. Oleh karena itu pengabdian ini berfokus pada peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga melalui pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan. Adapun sasaran pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah warga di kampong Bojong keji. Pengabdian ini dilakukan karena adanya Informasi permasalahan keuangan keluarga masyarakat, dimana masyarakat cenderung melakukan hutang demi memenuhi kebutuhan yang secara mendadak, masyarakat tidak memiliki simpanan, pendapatan yang diperoleh selalu digunakan habis untuk keperluaan sehari-hari. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteran keluarga. Sehingga materi yang diberikan adalah konsep pengelolaan keuangan keluarga.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of scarcity marketing and customer perceived value on purchasing decisions, with brand collaboration—specifically with the Aerostreet shoe brand—acting as a moderating variable. As consumer behavior continues to evolve in the digital era, understanding the psychological triggers that drive purchasing decisions becomes essential for marketers. This study focuses on how limited availability (scarcity) and perceived benefits (value) can influence buyer intent and how a well-known local brand collaboration may amplify these effects. Methodology/approach: The study uses a quantitative research approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire targeting Aerostreet shoe consumers in Jakarta. A total of 121 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula for large, indefinite populations. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application to assess the relationships among the variables. Results/findings: The analysis reveals that both scarcity marketing and customer perceived value have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the presence of a brand collaboration with Aerostreet serves as a moderating variable that strengthens the impact of these marketing strategies on consumer behavior. Conclusion: Scarcity and perceived value are key drivers in consumer decision-making, and their influence can be enhanced through strategic brand collaborations such as those involving Aerostreet. Limitations: The study is limited to a specific brand and demographic region, so generalizability may be constrained. Contribution: This study provides practical insights for marketers on leveraging scarcity and value perceptions, especially when paired with brand collaborations, to increase consumer engagement and purchase intent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of diversity and inclusion on employee performance at PT XYZ, with organisational culture as an intervening variable. The background of this study is based on the importance of diversity management and the creation of an inclusive work environment in improving individual and organisational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The research was conducted in several stages, starting from literature and theory exploration, data collection from the research subjects, data validity testing using reliability and validity tests, data processing, and hypothesis testing. The data was analysed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, with a sample size of 322 respondents. The results of the study indicate that diversity influences employee performance, but inclusion does not influence employee performance. Meanwhile, organisational culture has been proven to significantly moderate the relationship between diversity and inclusion on performance. These findings emphasise the importance of companies building a supportive and conducive work culture, so that the values of diversity and inclusion can be fully integrated into every work process. With a positive organisational culture, diversity and inclusion are not merely symbols or formal policies but genuinely drive collaboration, innovation, and productivity, thereby contributing to sustained improvements in employee performance.

Abstract

Early childhood is a critical period for developing independence (self-help, responsibility, confidence). In Situhiang Village (Cianjur), bullying and limited home stimulation were observed to hinder these outcomes. This community service aimed to strengthen children’s independent character through the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) Student Community Service (KKM) using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Activities were co-designed with parents, PAUD teachers, and community leaders (5D: Discover–Dream–Design–Define–Destiny). Data were collected through participatory observation, brief pre–post field notes, and weekly reflections with parents/teachers. The program fostered more active participation, improved willingness to speak up, and increased independence in daily routines (e.g., tidying up toys, washing hands, simple self-help tasks). These gains were supported by a safer learning climate and consistent reinforcement at home. The findings highlight ABCD’s practicality for character education in rural settings and underline the importance of family–school–community collaboration. Future work should incorporate clearer measurement tools and follow-up monitoring to assess sustainability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh free cash flow dan fixed asset turnover terhadap pertumbuhan laba serta dampaknya terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara harga saham sebagai variable dependen, free cash flow dan fixed asset turnover sebagai variable independen, pergerakan laba sebagai variable intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 “ 2019 .Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpusive sampling.Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dan analisis jalur. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan free cash flow dan fixed asset turnover signifikan mempengaruhi harga saham. Free cash flow dan Fixed asset turnover  tidak signifikan mempengaruhi pergerakan laba. Pergerakan laba tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening dalam penelitian free cash flow dan fixed asset turnover terhadap pergerakan laba serta dampaknya terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemilihan Lokasi Usaha UMKM Yang Strategis agar tepat sasaran. Adapun Pemilihan Lokasi Usaha UMKM tersebut yang perlu dipertimbangkan antara lain meningkatkan potensi penjualan, meningkatkan efisiensi biaya operasional, menigkatkan keuntungan,. Sedangkan tujuan khususnya bagi masyarakat bahwa dengan melakukan pemilihan Lokasi usaha UMKM yang tepat dapat mempertimbangkan target pemasaran bisnis Anda, memperhatikan tingkat persaingan, memperhatikan tingkat keamanan memperhatikan Aksibilitas , memperhatikan potensi usaha dimasa depan dan menyesuaikan dengan modal bisnis yang dijalankan. Untuk itu diperlukan faktor- faktor pemilihan lokasi usaha yang strategis, disini pemilik usaha di tuntut untuk memperhatikan faktor kedekatan dengan pasar, lingkungan Masyarakat, kedekatan dengan bahan mentah, kesersediaan tenaga kerja, fasilitas dan biaya transportasi dan sumber daya alam serta lahan. Jadi, penentuan Lokasi usaha sangat menentukan kelangsungan hidup UMKM di masa yang akan dating karena Lokasi yang strategis adalah wilayah penempatan operasi produksi sebuah Perusahaan yang dapat memberikan keuntungan maksimal tehadap Perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and product quality on consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as a moderating variable on CV. Carlitos Maju Pratama. The population of this study are all consumers who have made purchases offline and online at CV. Carlitos Maju Pratama. The sample of this research is 236 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study with the smart PLS method. The results of the study show: (1) Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (3) Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) Moderation of purchasing decisions strengthens and is significant the influence of digital marketing on consumer satisfaction (5) Moderation of purchasing decisions strengthens and is significant for the effect of product quality and on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of raw material requirements planning and inventory control on the smooth production process at PT. Batik Sakera. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research approach. The study population was all 45 employees in the production department of PT. Batik Sakera, who were also sampled using a census technique (non-probability sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using T-tests and F-tests. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. The results show that raw material requirements planning has a positive and significant effect on the smooth production process. Raw material inventory control has a positive and significant effect on the smooth production process. Raw material requirements planning and inventory control have a positive and significant effect on the smooth production process.
