Abstract

The business world requires a business plan that can help entrepreneurs prepare everything needed for the smooth running of their business. This business planning can be made in the form of a business plan. One of the business plan models that has many advantages is the Business Model Canvas. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what needs to be considered to make business planning using Business Model Canvas. The results of the literature review show that by using the Business Model Canvas, business planning becomes clearer and more focused. The glass chips business which is an example in the application of the Business Model Canvas becomes more focused and clear. Therefore, in making a Business Model Canvas, there are 9 important components including Customer Segment, Value Propositions, Channel, Customer Relationship, Revenue Streams, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, Key Resources and Cost Structure that need to be considered and clearly arranged to help the business run smoothly.

Abstract

Semakin populernya kopi di berbagai kota, termasuk Palembang, menyebabkan peningkatan produksi limbah bubuk kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi dan lingkungan dari limbah ini melalui inovasi sabun bubuk kopi. Proses produksi yang dikembangkan melibatkan serangkaian tahap, mulai dari pengolahan ampas kopi hingga formulasi sabun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sabun bubuk kopi yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang baik, kaya akan antioksidan, dan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai produk perawatan kulit alami. Selain memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan limbah kopi, inovasi ini juga membuka peluang pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) berbasis sumber daya lokal, serta mendorong terciptanya ekonomi sirkular di sektor kopi. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of investors' understanding of the factors influencing stock returns , particularly in the context of companies included in the DX30 index. The main issue raised is how profitability, operating cash flow, and market value influence stock returns , and whether company size can strengthen this relationship. This study aims to empirically test the effect of these three independent variables on stock returns , using company size as a moderating variable. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA), using secondary data from 23 DX30 companies during the 2021–2023 period. The results of the study indicate that profitability and market value have a significant positive effect on stock returns , while operating cash flow has no significant effect. Company size does not moderate the relationship between profitability and operating cash flow on stock returns . Therefore, investors are advised to consider profitability and market value more carefully when making investment decisions, as company size does not always strengthen the company's performance signal on stock returns.
