Abstract

This research examines the factors supporting the success of financial performance based on local wisdom and social capital as a role in building a people's economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study were Village Credit Institutions (LPD) throughout Bali. The technique of taking respondents in this study uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the method used purposive sampling, which means that the respondent's sampling technique is based on specific criteria such as 1) LPD health status, 2) level of capital owned. Calculating the determination of respondents using the Slovin formula with the calculation results of 100 respondents. The data that is processed is primary data through surveys by distributing questionnaires which are then analyzed using Amos Ver.23.0 software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that partially accounting control variables, leadership style, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on social capital. Other findings include accounting control, leadership style, organizational culture, and social capital having a significant positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to enhance employee performance by investigating efficient human resource management (HR) tactics within the dynamic framework of the worldwide corporate environment. This study employs a case study methodology and qualitative techniques. The population of the research includes all employees in the specific organization, with a sample consisting of individuals with varying levels of experience in HR management. Document review, direct observation, and in-depth interviews are examples of research instruments. The findings of the study demonstrate that thorough hiring and selection provide a strong basis for long-term productivity, and ongoing training and development improves workers' ability to adjust to changing work conditions. A transparent and productive work environment is produced by effective communication, and a work culture that emphasizes growth and higher success and improves employee performance is created by providing constructive feedback. Increased productivity, a healthy work-life balance, motivation, engagement, career development, and efficient performance management are all impacted by HR management methods on employee performance. Through the identification of critical variables influencing employee performance and the development of corresponding strategies, this research offers businesses direction and suggestions for navigating the intricacies of the contemporary business environment and achieving sustained success

Abstract

Kasus wanprestasi terjadi karena penyewa dan pemilik tanah di desa canggu ini berawal dari si penyewa menyewa tanah dengan luas 3.372M2 (tiga ribu tiga ratus tujuh puluh dua meter persegi). Permasalahan muncul ketika tahun 2020 Si Pemilik Tanah hanya menerima uang sewa sebesar Rp. 200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran sewa pertama dari Penyewa. Pemilik tanah belum mendapatkan pembayaran tahap ke 2 dan ke 3, dari penyewa. Permasalahan yang akan dikaji, ialah apa tugas dan peran dari Advokat Gendo Law Office dalam perkara Wanprestasi dari perjanjian sewa menyewa tanah dan Bagaimana upaya Advokat Gendo Law Office dalam menyelesaikan perkara Wanprestasi dari perjanjian sewa menyewa tanah. Maka kesimpulan dari penjelasan diatas yakni tugas serta peran Tim Advokat dalam perkara ini adalah mulai dari mengidentifikasi kasus, mecocokkan kronologis dengan bukti-bukti yang ada, mengirimkan somasi kepada para penyewa karena telah lalai, mengajukan Gugatan Wanprestasi ke Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar, dan lain-lain. Kedua, upaya yang ditempuh untuk pertama kali oleh Tim Advokat yakni mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar, pada proses mediasi, Tim Advokat sebagai kuasa hukum sepakat menyelesaikan perkara dengan perdamaian dengan catatan Antara Penggugat dan Para Tergugat setuju untuk membatalkan perjanjian sewa menyewa dan Para pihak sepakat sejak perjanjian perdamaian ditandatangani oleh Tergugat II dan Tergugat III untuk memindahkan barang barangnya yang masih berada di atas tanah Penggugat.
