Abstract

Along with the number of dealers standing in Ponorogo district. In this context, MPM Ponorogo dealers provide various facilities and conveniences to the community, so that this convenience makes the lower middle class interested in owning a motorcycle with purchases on credit or cash. In this case, the purchase of a motorcycle with an indent system is in great demand by the public because of the easy indent requirements by paying a down payment of less than 1,000,000 can already carry a motorcycle. The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal consequences of agreements with the indent system. The research method used is to use qualitative methods, using descriptive analysis methods. The legal consequences in the practice of buying and selling motorcycles with an indent system are contained in article 1338 of the Civil Code paragraphs (1), (2), (3), while the seller's obligation in delivering goods to the buyer is contained in article 1417 of the Civil Code. And for the validity of data in the practice of buying and selling motorcycles with an indent system, it has also been regulated in article 1320 of the Civil Code, which is one of the conditions for the validity of the agreement.

Abstract

This research aims to identify capabilities and to formulate strategies for the role of e-commerce in developing the woven bag business in order to increase competitiveness. In this study, the problem is that when the market declines, sales of these woven bags do not sell immediately. The population in this study were 5 woven bag craftsmen in the Sambit Ponorogo sub-district. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews. The interviews in this research were conducted with the owners of woven bag businesses located in Sambit sub-district. The analysis technique is by using SWOT analysis. The research results show that this woven bag is a local Ponorogo product which has quite large potential if developed. Increasing aspects of production, personnel, marketing, capital, business management and organization are very important aspects in the management of woven bag business development. Meanwhile, from the social and cultural as well as technological aspects, it is an aspect that can be an opportunity for the development of the woven bag business. Regarding marketing, to be competitive with similar businesses, it is necessary to pay attention to several production factors, labor, marketing, capital, and management of the woven bag craft business. Meanwhile, political, regulatory, social and cultural aspects can create opportunities to develop the woven bag business using technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of women's empowerment through waste recycling as a form of the implementation of going green economy in Ponorogo. The waste problem has become a universal phenomenon in various parts of the world. Empowering women through waste recycling is an effort to improve the community's economy, especially women. The research method here is field research with a qualitative approach. In obtaining information, researchers use primary data sources as well as secondary data sources. Primary data is obtained from interviews, Observation, and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from books, articles, and journals that support it. Interviews in this study were conducted with woven bag business owners, as well as women who participated in empowerment programs. The results showed that the process of empowering women through waste recycling went quite well. The women were given training and also assistance on how to make woven bags. In the implementation of this empowerment carried out by CV Witama Plastindo which was then facilitated by the industry and social services. The targets here are women who work as farmers. The impact of the implementation of this empowerment is that they in terms of income have increased even though they are still far from the UMR.
