Abstract

ABSTRACT The study about strategic management theory  growth continually. Many expert have told various strategy management,  growth model and approach. Growth thinking of dynamic Management Strategy that way and very influenced by environmental growth of company which also growth dynamicly and continually. The Growth show the existence of change from pragmentasi  to toward integration thereby, can be created by a strategic management which have sturdy conceptual framework and accurate methodologies. Strategic management relate to strategy implementation and development in excellence development framework compete. Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) examine the impact of organizational commitment to job performance of faculty member in Surakarta; (2) examine the impact of Islamic work ethic to job performance; and (3) examine the mediating role of institutional-base on the impact of Islamic work ethic to job performance. The results show that organizational commitment and Islamic work ethic had significance effect to job performance, but institutional-based had no moderating role in the effect of Islamic work ethic to job performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, Islamic work ethic, job performance, institusional-based.

Abstract

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress conflicts and organizational culture on employee performance. The first hypothesis examines whether conflicts have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis examines whether job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis examines whether organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The population in this research is 475 employees at PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo. This research is a census study using proportional random sampling technique. The sample used was 119 people by referring formula from arikunto because of the large population. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Analyzer used in this research is multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results of the research instruments show that the overall variables of conflict, work stress, organizational culture and employee performance are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the free data multicollinearity, free autocorrelation, free heteroscedasticity and normal distributed data. The result of the research instrument test shows that work stress conflict, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo.Keywords: Conflict, work stress, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing and determining the influence of religious workethic on deviant behaviour and mediating the role of ethical atmosphere.Thestudy design is a corelational research. The variables of this research aredeviant behaviour as the dependent variable, religious work ethic as anindependent variable and ethical atmosphere as the mediating variable. Thepopulation in this study were employees of government offices, universities,hospitals and schools in the region of Surakarta. The samples of this study are100 people participant with convenience sampling techniques. The researchinstrument used is questionnaire. The analysis applied in this research is pathanalysis with multiple linear regressions. Theoretically, this study is expectedto provide benefits in developing a model that describes the concept of thereligious work ethic with deviant behaviors of human resources in anorganization. Practically, this study is expected to give benefits in decisionmakingby the head of the institution that is the object of this research. Theresults show that there is a negative and significant influence religious workethics and ethics atmosphere on deviant behaviour, there is a positive andsignificant influence religious work ethic on ethical atmosphere. Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significancy between: (1) Work family conflict to the job satisfaction; (2) Job stress to the job satisfaction; (3) Work family conflict to the organizational commitment; (4) Job stress to the wards organizational commitment; (5) Job satisfaction to the organizational commitment; (6) Work family conflict to the organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable; (7) Job stress to the organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the General Official Work And Administration Departement of Sukoharjo The population is the employee of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sukoharjo 2019 as many as 139 persons. Samples were taken by cluster random sampling of 60 people. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The conclusion of the research; (1) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (6) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work family conflict on organizational commitment. (7) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work stress on organizational commitment.

Abstract

It has purpose to analyze the significance of organizational commitment and leadership style on work motivation as a mediating variable in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo. The benefits of practical research can be a consideration in management decision making in the future examinations and academically can increase knowledge, especially about the development of human resources. The sample is amounted to 39 respondents from a population of 39 civil servants with the calculation of the number of respondents using the technique taken from the entire population. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational commitment on work motivation and job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on civil servants work motivation in the district inspectorate of Ponorogo.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, and work culture on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an ASN mediating variable at the Department of the Environment of Ponorogo Regency. Specific objectives are to test and analyze: (1) the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) work culture on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, (4) the influence of work culture on organizational commitment, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of work culture on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all ASN Ponorogo Regency Environmental Services as many as 89 people. In this study using the census method. This research data is primary data by filling out the questionnaire by respondents. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of the validity test and the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Then the t test, F test, R2 test, hypothesis test are performed. analysis techniques using linear regression, descriptif analysis, and path analysis.The results showed that 1) the influence of positive and significant leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) the influence of positive and significant work culture on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of positive and significant leadership style on organizational commitment, (4) the influence of positive work culture and significant on organizational commitment, (5) positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of work culture on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect motivation on organizational commitment; (2) significance effect job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (3) significance effect motivation on employee performance (4) significance effect job satisfaction on employee performance; (5) significance effect organizational commitment on employee performance; (6) effect motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location in State Treasury Service Office/KPPN Solo Raya, using sample of 109 employees. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis.The result shows that (1) motivation have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (2) job satisfaction have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (3) motivation have a significance effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction have a significance effect on employee performance; (5) organizational commitment have a significance effect on employee performance; (6) effect of motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment.
