Abstract

Self-confidence as a form of self-recognition of the abilities that exist in the individual. Community service activities carried out by the STIA Bagasasi Bandung lecturer team are about developing student confidence through public speaking at SMP YPU Bandung. The results of observations and interviews with the student affairs department of SMP YPU Bandung that students in grades 7, 8 and grade 9 in communication, delivering presentations or speaking in front of classmates still experience speech anxiety and lack of confidence. The community service activity (PKM) aims to provide explanations to students about the ways and techniques of speaking in public and to improve the public speaking skills of students of SMP YPU Bandung City. PKM is carried out through the following stages. PKM activities go through three pase, namely, the preparation pase, the implementation pase and the evaluation pase. The evaluation of the training seen from the results of the pre-test participants' knowledge of public speaking techniques is still not understanding in its delivery. The results of the post test, participants were able to speak in public, with various versions of participants. The presence of notes for subsequent activities in preparation, completeness of the material. The training went well and all participants were enthusiastic about participating in the activity and wanted to try to explain ideas in public

Abstract

The role of BKKBN in preventing stunting through the ELSIMIL application program (Electronic Ready to Marry and Ready to Get Pregnant) in Gumuruh village Marriage and reproductive health are important aspects of people's lives. The research method uses qualitative methods (Sugoyono. 2022). Respondents in this study were all prospective brides in Gumuruh Village, totaling 19 pairs of prospective brides. To find out the role of the Population Control and Family Planning Office, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in reducing stunting rates through Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB), researchers use information collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The ELSIMIL application has important features that can be used by users and assistants in anticipating stunting in prospective brides. In today's advanced period, information and communication technology has become a fundamentally part of everyday life. Portable health applications have become an effective means of providing health information, education, and support to individuals. The application developed by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) is the Elsimil (Electronic Ready for Marriage and Pregnancy) application, which aims to improve the knowledge and reproductive health of prospectiv e brides (BKKBN, 2021). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN sebagai alat untuk mengakses dan mengelola layanan kesehatan bagi peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Bandung. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap 5 peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang aktif menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Data dikumpulkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pengguna, persepsi terhadap kegunaan aplikasi, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penggunaannya. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menganggap aplikasi Mobile JKN memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi kesehatan, mengelola klaim, dan memantau status kepesertaan mereka. Meskipun demikian, beberapa responden mengalami kendala terkait akses internet yang tidak stabil dan kompleksitas dalam memahami proses klaim. Efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN memberikan gambaran yang mendalam tentang sejauh mana aplikasi ini memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan peserta BPJS Kesehatan Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya aplikasi Mobile JKN sebagai alat yang efektif dalam memfasilitasi aksesibilitas dan pengelolaan layanan kesehatan bagi peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Bandung. Meskipun masih ada tantangan yang perlu diatasi, aplikasi ini memiliki potensi besar untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan secara digital di Indonesia.

Abstract

The Salaman application is one of the E-Government innovations created by Dispendukcapil which is a good innovation because it really makes it easier for the public to provide population administration services. The Salaman application provides birth certificates, identity cards (KTP), death certificates, population migration documents, child identity cards (KIA), family cards (KK), data correction, non-permanent resident registration. This research method uses a literature review with a qualitative approach, the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. This research aims to determine the innovation of the Bandung City Dukcapil Office in creating the Salaman application and to determine the level of effectiveness of the Salaman application. The research results show that population administration services are running effectively, but in their implementation there are still several obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and public knowledge of technology. The Bandung City Dukcapil Department can develop facilities and infrastructure and can socialize the Salaman Application Program to regional officials.

Abstract

The SAKEDAP application or the Integrated Population Service System carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency to organize a service for the people of Bandung Regency itself. The sources that are relevant to the topic of study, namely regarding Public Service Technology Innovation in E-Government Implementation, will be used as references in writing the article. The data collected is sourced from Google Scholar. Effectiveness of the SAKEDAP Application in Population Administration Services If we look at the positive impact of this application, it can facilitate the community in obtaining population administration services. Apart from that, this application was initially made to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the DISDUKCAPIL environment in Bandung Regency and speed up the service process to the community. This SAKEDAP application has not run so optimally, it can be seen from the Rating and Review of this application, due to the many complaints from the community because of the obstacles faced. This obstacle is caused because some people have difficulty uploading files, lack of chat features, and not a few people complain about queue numbers that are always full.

Abstract

The role of human resources (HR) in politics and human resource management (HRM), as well as the importance of community participation, especially the younger generation, in the political process to secure their voices and interests. We explain political views from the perspective of Aristotle and Prof. Miriam Budiarjo, who stated politics as an effort to achieve the common good and set goals and achieve them. Today's young generation tends to reject politics because of the existence of deviations and bad political practices in Indonesia. In fact, their participation is very important for the future of democracy and sustainable development. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the involvement of the younger generation in politics. We analyze people's political participation in the context of the role of political parties and how political education can increase the political awareness of the younger generation. The results of the research show that the younger generation has a crucial role in building a strong democracy and ensuring their active participation in building a better future for the nation. Therefore, political education for young people is an important step in creating a strong democracy and ensuring the active participation of the younger generation in building a better future for the nation, even though the role of social media as a tool to participate in politics is not yet fully effective.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a positive impact on the implementation of e-government in internet-based service innovation at the central to local government levels. One example is the LAPAKAMi application issued by the Cimahi City Government through the Cimahi City Communication and Information Service. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research will involve collecting data and information collected through reviewing research journals, literature, as well as visual sources through images and videos sourced from the YouTube application (Sugiono 2019). This article will analyze how the LAPAKAMi application has provided convenience in public services. Through this application, the public can easily access information and carry out various transactions with local governments. For example, the public can apply for permits, report complaints, or obtain information related to other public services. With the LAPAKAMi application, the public service process becomes more efficient and transparent. People no longer need to visit government offices in person, but can access services online through this application. This also helps reduce bureaucracy and speed up the resolution of various requests or complaints. Apart from that, the LAPAKAMi application also allows local governments to collect more accurate and up-to-date data and information. This makes it easier to make decisions and plan development at the local government level.
